Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent. It is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Everything is within easy reach, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its fantastic location.
the hotel service could be improved, as it was somewhat below expectations. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Je to krásný hotel celý v mramoru s fascinujícím pohledem na Středozemní moře, kousek od pláže. Podél promenády je řada restaurací, kde si můžete dát něco dobrého. Pokoj je vším vybaven vč. koutku, kde si sami můžete uvařit čaj nebo kávu a vychutnávat si krásný pohled na moře z balkónu.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The hotel staff do not read your preferences. I booked a single room with a large double bed, a sea view, on an upper floor, for a non-smoker. Upon arrival, I was given keys to a triple room with small beds on the 6th floor. Why would I need three small beds for one person?? In the end, I got a single room for smokers on the 7th floor, with a view of rooftops and a partial sea view. I was too tired to wait any longer. The room interior is tired and worn out, and does not live up to 4-star standards. The breakfast is very poor — no fresh fruit, and the cheese, cold cuts, and sausages are the cheapest and most tasteless. Dishes like beans, potatoes, and vegetables in oil look unappetizing. I only ate the omelet with vegetables. There is no bean-to-cup coffee machine.

My room was spacious, spotless, and offered a spectacular sea view. Every member of the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to make my stay comfortable. Their hospitality made all the difference. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I will definitely be back.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026This is a clean, modern hotel, with reasonable rates, in Port Said. I had a nice view of the beach in the distance, including great sunset view, and it's just a two block walk to the beach. (Oddly a hotel staff member said it wasn't safe to walk alone to the beach, but nothing seemed dangerous.) The beach is very popular with Egyptians. (Western bathing costume might be out of place in this conservative locale.)
This hotel is a better location for beach vice exploring historic Port Said (and ferry to Port Fuad), although it is walkable. Alternatively a brief "In Drive" taxi for a dollar. There is a rooftop restaurant, which should have spectacular views (and one can see out), but the window condition is such that it's hard to appreciate. The breakfast buffet food is not bad. For $10 one can have buffet dinner there too, although honestly I'd recommend the $5 shwarma place around the corner.)

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Totally scammed! I booked this hotel for 1 night from June 21-22 and arrived around 3:00 am on June 21. I texted them before arrival and told them my arrival time, but No one answered until the next day at 10:20 am! As I arrived The receptionist told me your booking is for tomorrow on 22nd and I told him I booked it from 21-22 and showed him the details. He said its not in our system yet but you are welcome to stay in a room now but we have to change the room tomorrow. I changed the room the next day and I explained it to the morning shift receptionist and asked her if there is a problem or charge she said no and changed my room. As I was in the shower they cut my service without any notice, a call in the room and I was under the shower stuck in the darkness! I managed to the receptionist down and he told me I must do a payment first so I asked to talk to the manager and waited there more than 20 minutes no one showed up. Made payment as I had to get back to the room. And realised they charged me for 2 days with different prices!!! Very disappointed. They trick you!

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026L'hotel bellissimo. La stanza era pulita e ordinata. Check in veloce. L'hotel è difronte alla spiaggia. La vista stupenda sul mare. Il ristorante per la colazione con una vista meravigliosa sul mare. Colazione a buffet. C'era di tutto: da un' assortimento di marmellate, e miele diversi al salato: uova salsiccia affettati, si potevano pure chiedere uova cucinate al momento oppure pancake. Diversi tipi di pane. Anche molti piatti tipici egiziani. Port Said è una bella città da scoprire.

Das Internet ist leider schwach und unzuverlässig. Fazit: Perfekt zum Entspannen und Sightseeing – für Videocalls oder Homeoffice ist jedoch eine eigene SIM-Karte mit Datenvolumen Pflicht.

الإدارة انا لو قاعد في بانسيون ها يكون افضل من الفندق العظيم الي انا فيه دا افضل واقف امام الغرفه مش عارف ادخل لعطل في الباب الغرفه و طلبت من مسؤول النظافه تبلغ الصيانه تم الرد تخليني انزل الاستقبال علشان ابلغ بالعطل و نزلت بالفعل و تم البلاغ و تم الرد علي ان مسؤول الصيانه في طريقه للغرفه اطلع لم اجد احد مايقرب كن 20 دقيقة واقف انتظار الفني ثم نزلت مره اخري للاستقبال وحتي الان لم يتم الحل بقالي ساعه انتظار خدمة سيئه جدا و تم حل المشكله بعد ساعه وربع عند حضور مسؤول الفندق بالكارت الرئيسي للغرف
