La habitacion que nos asignaron esta en muy malas condiciones, con humedad, muy sucia la pared. No fue una buena experencia. Lo unio bueno es que el sector es muy seguro y central.

This hotel is absolute trash,,,, when I arrived to the hotel, front desk, informed me the the room I paid for in advance was NOT available because they gave it to somebody else,,, Next, they put me in a downgraded room with no windows,,, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting.,, the shower head was missing from the shower,,,,, thank goodness the air conditioning worked,,,, but overall this hotel is total garbage.... DO NOT go to this hotel

Le stanze non sono compatibili con le foto messe a disposizione sul sito. Nella stanza cadeva acqua dal tetto. Bagno e dotazioni sanitarie sporche e vecchie. Dopo aver chiesto di cambiare stanza, non siamo stati accontentati e abbiamo deciso di abbandonare la struttura per troverei un'altra sistemazione. Sconsigliato, non ci torneremo più.

Excelente ubicación, toda la zona colonial se puede recorrer a pie desde el hotel. Obviamente es un hotel sencillo, pero el personal super amable, y todo limpio, el desayuno sencillo, pero rico, tienen un café y unos sándwiches delis. Calidad precio excelentes

I need a refund, I arrived to the hotel late at night ready to crash and the attendant told us the hotel was overbooked and that we needed to find a different hotel. Which we had to do last minute in walking around comfort which hotels had availability. This is unacceptable, there should be some sort of email communication letting guests know when your booking has to be cancelled, so you can plan accordingly. Please issue a refund!

The hotel you book me was out of service Had to get another hotel, out of my pocket. In the middle of the night. In a strange place. 59.oo a night With no breakfast..witch was another expense. I wasn't counting with that..it was a very bad experience. Tryind to get refunded. But so far i haven't gotten any answers from you....

Once I opened the door to my room realized the room was already occupied or filled with other guest personal belongings. Error was corrected but during my 24 hours stay there was not running water in the entire hotel. Spoke to staff about the issue and he kept playing games on his phone and did not even look at me.

Al ingreso no aceptaban pago con tarjeta a pesar que había carteles que así lo decían. El check-in es a las 13 no a las 12 como publican. Nos dejaron en la puerta con el equipaje porque no tienen guarda valija.tuvimos que subir nuestras valijas 3 pisos x escalera sin ayuda de nadie aunque mi acompañante es discapacitada motora. La habitación mínima al punto que para abrir la puerta tuve que correr la cama que quedó pegada a la puerta del baño. El acolchado manchado con lavandina y las paredes y el baño sucio. Una sola toalla toda rota y No había agua caliente .solo había un enchufe que andaba en la habitacion.ni hice el intento de prender la tele. Lo único bueno es que queda en la peatonal principal en el centro de la zona colonial.

Horrible rude service by the night staff person. Water was cold and they said that was a problem with no solution. The tv did not work. The night person said he would get someone he never and just lied. I felr unsafe with him there at night and left hotels. It felt dangerous. The breakfast lady has the traditional attitude. I asked for coffee she gave me this odd look ans gave me half a glass.she is probably over worked. The cleaning ladies tried there best to keep the rooms clean. But ghetto ass rooms need repair. Excellent location for those planning to do a walking tour of the historic sites. Price is very affordable but don’t expect much. Room is clean, basic but lacks table, chair and closet to hang your clothes.

Todo me pareció muy bonito los jóvenes de la recepción (Christopher. Eduardo) muy amables serviciales amigables la verdad fue una experiencia fantástica, La chica de limpieza la más joven creo que es (cubana) es un amor definitivamente vale la pena conversar con ella es súper servicial y amigable siempre sonríe y eso tiene mucho valor, lo único malo que hay una señora mayor de limpieza creo que es (venezolana) siento que no está bien es grosera dice cosas sin sentido a mi me atacó verbalmente sin razón hablo de mí en mi cara por teléfono diciendo cosas que no eran así la verdad me desconcertó ese comportamiento el señor nuevo que llegó al hotel a cubrir los turnos de la mañana creo que es (venezolano) me parece un poco antipático y tosco no vi en el alguien para conversar y pedirle algún consejo de la zona talvez por ser nuevo no le preocupa que el tema de conservar los recursos como la electricidad encienden las luces y el árbol navideño todo el día y creo que eso está mal porque no están contribuyendo al cambio climático y la conservación de recursos, les falta mucho en temas de reciclaje no existen rótulos de cuidar el recurso que deberían implementarlo más seguido para dar un buen ejemplo al turista más cuando venimos de países como Costa Rica que es pionero en este ámbito, en cuanto a todo lo demás súper bien me encantó y volvería pero si no estuviera esa señora tan extraña que me provocó ansiedad y estrés en mi antepenúltimo día mil gracias 😊 saludos amigos de RD

Hice una reservación del 16 de octubre al 13 de noviembre y le dije en recepción que iba unos días al otro lado que volvía y cuál fue mi sorpresa alquilaron la habitación y mis cosas me dijeron que la robaron y después llamaron a mi hija que aparecieron de la nada y solo algunas cosas no todas y tuve que alquilar otro hotel.ademas está lleno de cucarachas,ratones lagartijas etc

Estuve hospedado por siete días y dos no tuve agua y uno sin luz por 24 horas y no daban solución, ni siquiera una respuesta al problema, necesitan mejorar mucho ya que tienen una ubicación excelente y es un lugar muy económico, me gustaría regresar ya que como alguien que viaja solo no necesita mucho, solo lo básico, pero si no pueden proveer eso pues no dan ganas de volver

Buen día, hice una reservación y cuando llegue al hotel, ya después que todo estaba pago, me dicen que no había habitación disponible para mi, es algo que eso no puede seguir sucediendo, no se saben manejar y te envían a otro hotel más lejos de la zona colonial es un abuso, sobre todo el servicio pésimo, cuando llego al otro hotel te tratan como si estuvieras pidiendo y te dan la peor habitación, el aire acondicionado no me dejo dormir con una bulla terrible, de por Dios, tengan un buen servicios al cliente, porque es lo que habla por usted, para que el cliente vuelta y sobre todo que se sienta comodo, se supone que si reservo y pago por la app es para que esa habitación esté segura para mi, no para que se la sedan a otra persona, muy muy mal servicio, no vuelvo a reservar con ustedes…

Please do not stay here. The photos they show are not the same hotel. They said they only put those pictures to attract clients. It is disgusting, black mould everywhere. We weren’t able to stay and had to find a different hotel. They didn’t give a refund and said we had to stay.

Desde que estoy hospedada se ha ido la electricidad 2 veces por problemas en la zona pero no tienen planta eléctrica para suministrarle al hotel.

A localização do hotel é ótima. Esta na Zona Colonial. Próxima dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Conta também com locais para comer perto. O hotel na entrada é bem estreito, tem um escada. Se tiver muita mala pode ser muito desconfortável. O quarto que fiquei foi o 201. As janelas tinham vistas para a rua. A lâmpada do quarta estava com problema e ficava piscando sempre. A geladeira do quarto fazia um barulho muito estranho, que alguns momentos ate me assustei. O banheiro tinha toalha e papel. Mas não tem agua quente no chuveiro.

Hola. Llegué al hotel y la verdad que no podía subir. Esas escaleras tan pequeñas por el equipaje y por el daño que sufrí al pie la chica bien Me llevaron a otro hotel de ellos que se llama Discovery.. y la verdad que horrible la cama de esa de muelles que. Casi no dormí holor a tabaco y sucio y la verdad que. Viajo mucho pero es la primera vez que. Veo algo tan malo . Así que les comemto que a hoteles.com que miren que este tiempo de hoteles. Nos echan para atrás.

A los 15 minutos de hacer check in, devolvimos la habitación. Animales de la calle en el hotel. Bañera y cortinas llena de hongos. Lugar nada de saludable e antihigiénico.

There is nobody to help you with the luggage up to a 3rd floor and then when we got there the room was full of mold, we were unable to breath when asked to be moved to a different room we were told that there was not another room available and the guy at the reception tried to send us to another hotel outside the safe area (2 women by themselves). We ended up not staying and just loosing our money

Excelente ubicación, ideal para pasar una noche. Necesita mejorar limpieza en cocina y mejoras generales. Tiene a la par un excelente restaurante y en toda la zona hay variedad de restaurantes y tiendas de artesanías, un supermercado a dos cuadras. Zona segura.

Excellent location in the Colonial Zone. Friendly staff and we got a great nights sleep. Only negative was the shower did not work Nonetheless we enjoyed it.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! Please take heed to the warnings posted by other travelers! Do NOT be fooled by the cheap price and pictures. The pictures are not of the property. My flight was severely delayed and I contacted the property to let them know I’d be in past check in and was assured my room would still be available. When I walked into the hotel the attendant was sleeping and was clearly upset I woke him up. He then proceeded to tell me they had no record of my booking and that they had no rooms available anyway. He then told me he’d contact his manager to get me another room but had no idea when the manager would respond since it was 4am. I had to drive around and find another hotel in the area at 4 something in the morning. The absolute worst experience. Please don’t bother booking.

I reserved for 6 days, We left on the third night. Air was not working, roaches everywhere. Power out more often. Staff was not helpful.

The only thing that I didn’t like from this hotel is that when the lights went off there was no plant to keep them from going off. That lead to my room being hot as an oven I was baking like a rotteseri chicken in there. Other than that the staff is very friendly and generous.

This hotel is old and poorly built. No noise attenuation between rooms at all. Great location.

Staff speaks very little to no English (not a big issue, but shouldn't be advertised). Some staff very nice, some not very interested in their job. Breakfast was VERY slow to get, and always the same for the 4 days staying there (toast with ham and a fried egg; a piece of fruit). Bathroom with missing tiles on the walls, VERY modest furniture (would be good to have a chair or a small table...). EXCELLENT location, right in the middle of the pedestrian zone.

I booked Comfort room but got only Standard room, so downgrade for the higher price. The place was dirty, the room looked like it wasn't cleaned, there was still used soap from the previous guest and some hair on the sheets.

They send me to another place because they over booked and the other place was the room was dirty an and there was no bath towel even after asking the receptionist she was only able to give me a bath math. The internet did not work in the room any at all.

It was amazing!!!!!!! The service 10/10. Gabrielle and other staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. I wish they could get a higher pay for how well they work. They work so hard i’m really and definitely gonna book an other reservation there once i come back they are awesome ♥️! 10000 stars i rate it ! 8 start hotel !
