スタッフは親切だったが、チェックインが最も立て込む時間はやや人手不足になるようで待ち時間が長かった（その日だけかもしれない）。

部屋に時計がありませんでした。あるといいです。 冷蔵庫が小さいので、買ってきた飲み物を冷やすのに不便を感じました。

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Great location! It is right next to Toyama Station with a shopping mall downstairs where you can find everything you need. I really liked the public bath, and the room was spacious and well-maintained. Definitely money well spent!
I wasn't given the passcode for the women’s bath at the front desk during check-in. There was no bottled water in the room, meaning you have to get your own water from the dispenser on the 5th floor. Last but not least, I accidentally left my IC card in the room after checkout, but no one has contacted me about it.

The AI gave us info on how to park I would suggest the hotel gives exact info in English on how to park on the 5th floor and access the side entrance. The location is central and good for going around Toyama and travelling to Tateyama. We travelled early, went up to the Dam and, not full crossing, and it was really worth it. Excellenbt retaurants around the hotel, especially at the train station and the people in Toyama so nice. Excellent breakfast and very practical facilites, laundry (perfect functioning) and nice lounge with free coffee and tea. WE were very pleased.

Reviewed May 29, 2026必要最低限の設備が新しく清潔で整っていた。富山駅に隣接しており、又市内の中心部に位置しているので交通の便も大変良かった。バスルームのシャワーは温度も湯量も十分調節可能で満足した。10階の部屋だったので窓から見える景観も素晴らしかった。
ダブルベッドの部屋で、ベッド自体は大きさも寝心地も良かったが、部屋の片側に接近して備え付けられており、ベッド両サイドのくくり付けの小さいテーブルが邪魔して壁から離して位置をずらせないため、左片側に寝た人はベッドから下りるのに苦労をした。洗面所の便器が左側に近く設置してあり、左肘がトイレットペーパー入れにぶつかる事がある点がマイナス点。

部屋が狭かったのと、部屋のテレビではyoutubeが観られると思ってタブレットを持っていかなかったら観られず、大人のスマホを子供に与えたので翌日の調べ物が全然出来ずに困った。

お水を5階まで汲みに行かねばならない（せめて同フロアなら。そういうホテルはあります）。個人的には出先に持っていくのでペットボトルが嬉しいです。 ベッドボードの辺りが埃で、掃除が甘い感じでした。 コーヒーエリアのティーバッグにりょくちがなかった。 ５月に入っても朝夕は冷えるので便座はもう少し暖かくてもよかった。

Perfectly perched above Maroot Mall and just steps from the train station, the location is a dream—especially for rainy days or as a base for exploring nearby cities. The facilities are spotless, and I especially loved the separate bath and toilet layout. Don't miss the breakfast; the variety is fantastic, and the coffee tastes even better with the panoramic view! Most importantly, the staff is beyond wonderful. Their helpfulness made us feel truly cared for. We are so grateful for this experience. Highly recommended!

有一个问题不知道是酒店方面的还是booking的沟通问题？当我在网上预订时选择了特价房然后让我勾选希望的房型，然而我勾选的双床房在到店后被告知是不可能实现的，于是不得不现场加了将近一倍的价格才能入住双床房。如果在预订时无法实现客人希望的房型，去掉这种误导人的选项岂不是更好？

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026Sehr gute Lage direkt am Shinkansen-Bahnhof und der Staßenbahnhaltestelle. Zimmer gerade groß genug für zwei Personen, sehr bequemes Bett, gute Aussicht auf die Stadt und die Alpen. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufmöglichkeiten im drunter liegenden Maroot-Gebäude.

Car should park in Times car park. Go to the fifth floor, where the Hotel entrance situated. Should state clearly in the website of hotel description.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Unbeatable location. We stayed one night on our way to Tokyo. The room was on the 10th floor with a view of the mountains and train station. The rooms and public bath facility, which included a dry sauna, were very clean. Breakfast was good, just a little crowded, and felt a little rushed since a timeline is assigned during check-in.
It wasn't anything worth mentioning. I would definitely come back again.
