Maintain positive environment and energy the place I find full and climate also was not suiting me 509. Series room please avoid giving as no proper cooking and ventilation

The location and rooms are great. but the problem is the staff. ZERO help or smile. As if they don't want us there. guests are an inconvenience.

We had a lady and a child in our group. they were carrying the luggage but the Staff who came to show the rooms didn't even help with a single bag.

1. The room was very spacious with adjoined sitting area with sofa set, teapoy. In addition a table and chair. Another platform for tea making. Plus one more for keeping luggage. A large cupboard with many hangers. Even an ironing stand! A large and comfortable bed. Two air conditioners etc. 2. The buffet breakfast was good with lots of varieties. 3. The staff was cooperative. We were allowed both early check in and late check out at no extra charge. Overall a great stay.

breakfast was ok not good.

After reaching at property they told us booking.com has cencelled my booking which was big distress after long journey. Then they said if I re book from their app I can get a room. I booked using their app but i did not get same room which I wanted. They do not entertain bookings from booking.com It is too much noisy and in front of railway station. It is accissible but too much on the road.

Overall the property was good. Staff was courteous.Special mention to Muzzamil who helped us and was very kind

Hotel needs to make some arrangements when there is rain. We faced this situation and hence providing this feedback for improvement

I don't know whether they were porters available to help us with the luggage because I had to ask to be assisted

Уже в который раз останавливаемся в Sunday, всё всегда на высоте!! Номера великолепные, уборочка кпждый день, laundry не исчезает на 3дня и более, max на след.день возвращают. Рядом с отелем все необходимые улицы, парки, wine shop и магазины народного потребления!)) Банкоматы на вокзале, 100м от отеля. Такси под боком тоже.

Location, staff and the food served at the restaurant was amazing. Value for money!!

May be some of rooms need some paint work, and some basic bathroom tap maintenance, AC maintenance etc. But no issues or complaints if you’re staying overnight or if you in transit and need a spot next to the station.

nabya stay is very good, varies of food provide, nice and clean reaturant, every staff are friendly and helpful, i will come here in my next trip again. 吃的住的都非常好，食堂很干净，我这几天都没去吃饭，这里早中晚餐都有。

Extremely disappointing experience. During breakfast, I found live cockroaches crawling around my food plate. It was completely unhygienic and unacceptable. I immediately stopped eating and reported the issue to the reception. Unfortunately, the staff showed little concern and did not respond professionally or take appropriate action. This experience raised serious concerns about the hotel's hygiene standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness and food safety.

Just the Location Opposite train station and the Basement Car Park Facility

Gave me the Furthest room on top floor. 200 steps from room door to the lift. Was a let down having to walk so much to go anywhere! No fridge in the room for drinks. Had an Iron Board but No Iron. Only 1 towel per person, tv remote didn’t work.

L Host è receptionist Nabya, she was very kind, helpful and patient, resolved my credit card issue, and fulfilled all my requests. A beautiful hotel with a restaurant, elevator, and a very large and beautiful room with all the comforts, including a refrigerator, fan, and air conditioning! I invite everyone to stay at this hotel, just steps from the train and bus stations!

Our stay was flawless from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a Deluxe to a Superior Room, which was incredibly spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud—easily some of the most comfortable we’ve experienced. The location is a huge plus; it's a stone’s throw from the railway station and public transport, making sightseeing effortless while still feeling very safe. We also loved the vibrant neighbourhood—there are endless cafes and shops right outside, and the fact that several excellent food outlets are open 24/7 was so convenient for our late-night cravings. A big thank you to the friendly staff for the smooth check-in and for making us feel so welcome. Outstanding value for money—we will definitely be back!

The breakfast could be improved a bit, as there were very few “international” options, but still it was okay.

Sunday hotel is one of the best hotels nearest centre of the city, good staff, quite, gym accessible and good cleanliness , budget friendly

Hotel has a nice lobby, with a good spacious room. Food was also very delicious overall everything were good. Staff was also very polite and humble , I would like to mention few of them Mr.Avinash (FO), Mr.Gaurang, Ms.Pratigna & Mr.Muzammil are one of them.
