朝夕の食事はよかったですし，なによりご対応した抱いた給仕の方にはいろいろ周辺の情報など丁寧に教えていただき感謝しております．また，フロントの女性の方には市内の見所など大変丁寧に資料もいただきながらご案内いただき感謝しております．

これは当方が十分に確認せずに予約したことが原因だと思いますが，お風呂は室内のものだけで大浴場的なものはありませんでした．またホテル自身のロケーションも坂の上（お城山の中腹といってもいいところ）にあり市内に向かうにも車で行かねばならず，市内を散策しようとするとせっかく市内のホテルに泊まっているにもかかわらず駐車場代が別途必要になります．坂もかなり急で簡単には散策にはゆけない感じです．

泊まった部屋は新しく改装されて、良かったのですが、洗面所にあったトイレに扉が無く使いずらかったです。 快適の基準がずれているようでした。

お料理があまりにも普通で、工夫が感じられませんでした。 泊まり客に楽しみを与えるクオリティがかなり低くかったです。 金額はそれなりなのに、次に行くことはないと思います。

郡上おどりの期間中に訪問しました。街からは近いものの山の中腹にあるため、急な山道を登らないと行けないのかと思案しておりましたが、通常の送迎に加えて踊りに参加する人向けの送迎バスがあり大変助かりました。特に深夜0時までバスを出して貰えるのは治安的にも大変助かります。 外出用の浴衣の貸し出しや着付けもあり、有料ですがさほど高くありません。私たちは利用しませんでしたが、次回は利用したいと思っています。 また無料で下駄の貸し出しがありました。下駄を鳴らす踊りもあるので踊りに参加する方はオススメします。 大浴場はありませんが、清潔な部屋のバスルームは快適でした。部屋は広く、静かで清潔です。 郡上八幡は水がきれいな街としても有名ですが、地元の水が部屋に用意されていたのも嬉しかったです。 夕食と朝食は目を見張る程の食材ではありませんが丁寧に作られたもので好感が持てます。 ロビーにはオレンジジュースやコーヒー等が常に用意されていました。 さりげないサービスがとても心地よいホテルです。

強いて挙げるなら、朝食会場のコーヒーよりもロビーの1杯ずつドリップするコーヒーのほうが美味しかったので、あのマシンを朝食会場にも置いて頂けたら嬉しいです。

O único ponto é a dependência de shuttle para ir para a cidade e voltar para o hotel, pois ele fica em uma subida íngrime. Porém, o shuttle funciona bem e com pontualidade em horários determinados.

郡上踊り発祥祭の利用4回目 スタッフさんの対応が皆さん凄く良かったです。 部屋広くて綺麗で凄く良かった。 朝食夕食郡上八幡の食材がとても美味しかった。 また是非利用したいです。

The building is lovely. The ryokan breakfast is quite extensive but perhaps difficult for some tourists.

It was quite far from the train station. The hotel arranges pickup from the station but not drop-off. It’s around a 35 minute walk, downhill at least. It still quite far. The town is charming but there are only a handful of restaurants. The trains do not run often and there are no taxis that come out to the village. The hotel was bizarrely expensive, though there was no onsen, we had no balcony, no particular amenities. It was not a good value for the high price.

Un hôtel incroyable situé en hauteur, offrant une belle vue sur Gujo Hachiman. Chambre spacieuse, propreté irréprochable, literie confortable : détente et sommeil réparateur garantis ! La salle de bain de style traditionnelle possédait une baignoire et une douche. Confort et détente garantis de ce côté là également. Les WC étaient séparés de la salle de bain. Le petit-déjeuner : notre table nous attendait, avec un petit déjeuner traditionnel servi chaud, à base de poisson, omelette et jambon, riz, soupe, légumes cuisinés, pickles et tofu. Une belle expérience et un très bon séjour ! ℹ️ Attention : si vous souhaitez dîner à l'hôtel, il est nécessaire de réserver à l'avance (la veille). Sinon, il y a de nombreux petits restaurants au coeur de Gujo, à 10/15 min à pieds de l'hôtel. Aussi, pour vous faciliter l'accès à l'hôtel, vous pouvez réserver une navette la veille, qui part de la station de Gujo. Je vous le recommande très fortement, car à pieds, ça grimpe ! La vue pendant le trajet est incroyable.

Our room was amazing! Very large, with a couch and table, as well as two comfortable beds. Yakuta provided. The bathroom was great - separate toilet room, a large room with the sink, and a separate shower/tub room. The TV allowed for streaming services, which was great. The staff was very friendly - no English, but we were able to use translation apps as needed. Shuttle service provided (on a specific schedule) from the bus station and from the town square. We are animal lovers, and there was a cat who seems to live out behind the hotel who we got to see through the window, which made us happy. She seems well taken-care of by the staff.

Just know that the location is a steep uphill walk from town, but shuttles are provided. The hotel seemed a bit deserted, not sure if it's more of a conference hotel.

The person who checked us in was kind, professional, and gave us excellent service.

Sehr schönes Zimmer, Lage auf halber Höhe zum Gujo Hachiman Castle. Shuttle Service in die Stadt vorhanden. Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, Verständigung auf Englisch funktionierte fast immer, ansonsten halfen Übersetzungs Apps.

Spacious room with nice mountain view. Eventhough there is no public onsen, the in-room bath is very well designed and convenience. Staffs were very nice and helpful. Good location near Gujo Hachiman Castle with private parking make it very confortable to explore the city.

Just the location that is a little from the castle town and Igawa lane, you may need to walk down and up hill or drive and pay for some parking fee.

The staff is very polite and helpful. Even though the hotel is far from the central of the city. They regularly provide shuttle bus. The plants around the hotel is beautiful.

大浴場があれば理想的でしたが、事前に無いことを把握していたため、隣町の日帰り温泉に立ち寄ってからチェックインしました。 館内のアルコール料金はやや高めで、ビールは900円、日本酒一合は1,100円でした。お酒が好きな方には気になる点かもしれません。また、熱燗とビールを注文した際、どちらもぬるく、温め直していただきました。 朝食会場のスタッフの方が、味噌汁鍋の注意喚起を大きな声で何度も繰り返しており、朝から少し落ち着かない印象でした。1度伝えれば十分に伝わる内容だと思いますので、「お気をつけくださいね」程度の声掛けで良いのではと感じました。 立地は抜群で、お城のすぐ近くにありアクセスはとても良いです。

Nice quality hotel. Huge room including a sofa, large writing desk and separate rooms for bath, toilet and sink. Free hotel transport pick up and drop off to and from the hotel upon arrival and departure.

Although the hotel is on a hill away from the centre of town, it wasn't as far away as I'd anticipated because the town is reasonably small and the transport to and from the hotel made it easy to transport luggage.

Hôtel très moderne et au calme proche du château. Grand parking, accès facile. La chambre était lumineuse et spacieuse. Le personnel était très accueillant et poli. Le petit déjeuner était extraordinaire et vraiment délicieux, avec des produits frais et de saison.

Very clean. Enormous size of room plus balcony. Great hot tub on balcony. Free parking. Lovely big bathroom great amenities. Excellent cleaning staff.

Beds were bit hard. Could not cool the room down but should have asked for help with AC. Was a little way out of town but easy to get to castle.

The room was huge and beds were comfortable ( but we got two king singles rather than a queen or king bed).

We couldn't have dinner in the hotel restaurant because we hadn't booked it prior to arrival. The hotel is far from town, up a steep hill which is close to the castle. We had a car, so we were able to drive to town, but it was a Monday and only a few restaurants were open.

食事が昔、昭和な感じ。 火にかける料理が多く、演出と言うか手抜きな感じ。シズル感が全てにおいて無い。 食事環境が良くない。窓も無く閉鎖的な所の同じ場所に毎回座らせれる。いくつか食事場所が有るのだから、場所を変えてサービスする様な演出があっても良いと思う。 記憶に残るとか、期待値以上とか、値段相応な食事内容ではない。

ロケーションは郡上八幡城のすぐ足元の高台にあり、シティービューの部屋に泊まりましたが街の眺めがきれいでした。ホテルは街のすぐ近くにありますが坂を上ったところにあるので、街の中まで送迎バスが出ておりそれを利用して片道１分で簡単に往復できました。郡上八幡はコンパクトな街なので送迎場所から簡単に見て回ることができます。夕食の鮎の塩焼き、飛騨牛しゃぶしゃぶ、そして一人づつ目の前で炊く釜たきのごはん、どれも絶品でした。なかでも鮎の塩焼きは絶品でした。

価格に対してお料理の内容が少し期待外れでした。品数を少し減らしてもメインのお料理（肉料理）に力を入れてほしかった。ウェルカムドリンクは嬉しいけどオレンジジュースの薄さに驚いた（笑）価格的に他の人気観光地のホテルではオールインクルーシブで料理も豪華な所が沢山あります。郡上おどりの参加目的での宿泊でしたが、会場への送迎バスはありましたが内容と価格を考えると民宿でも踊り会場近くにするべきだったと思いました。

After spending about 10 days in ryokans it was a nice change to have comfy modern beds and a large spacious bathroom and shower. The property is close to Hachiman castle, about a 15 minute walk up an incline.

While the staff that we encountered away from the front desk were always smiling and cheerful, interactions with the front desk staff were often odd. While they would answer questions and be helpful, they did not demonstrate much flexibility and emphasized the rules beginning at check-in. They lacked the degree of hospitality that we found common in the other places we stayed during our month in Japan.

Fantastic customer service. We had a lot of questions as we were from out of the country and the staff was helpful and patient with us. We enjoyed the food, shuttle to Gujo Odori, and the dressing service for our yukata.

Staff were very helpful.

It’s located very close to Gujo Castle and offers a beautiful view. The room was very spacious and everything was spotlessly clean. They also arranged a transfer to pick me up from the train station when I arrived in Gujo — which was a lifesaver, as it was raining.

If you’re not traveling by car, the 20-minute uphill walk to the hotel can be a bit tiring. Another important detail to keep in mind: rooms that don’t face the mountain and lack a balcony overlook a huge power generator that turns on at 7 AM and stays on until 11 PM, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. After I raised the issue, the staff kindly upgraded me at no extra cost to a room with a view and a balcony, where the generator couldn’t be heard.

Absolutely lovely hotel well located close to the castle and a short (steep) walk to the centre of town. Excellently appointed rooms with plenty of space and a luxurious bathroom.

Breakfast time is too early, I'm sleepy. The air conditioner is limited to heater mode, so I needed to open window to get cold air (it's difficulty to get the desire temperature.)

The staff went above and beyond helping us with travel arrangements and restaurant reservations. I cannot stress enough how kind and helpful they were. The room was large and recently remodeled. It was nice to have space to spread out a bit.

isolated location and no meals easily accessible. - restaurant too fancy for what we were after. township dining was all closed. 2women had to wander on cold dark night ( 5pm) through town to find something to eat as restaurants said open on google but actually closed. After an hr found one place open which was excellent. No convenience stores open. no cafes open until 12noon lunchtime in town the following day. Suggest hotel shop stocks 2 minute noodles and offer light bfast options and coffee and tea options in room. Township was beautiful.

It is very clean and the room was spacious. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast provided by the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful even though they barely speak English.

The best feature of the hotel is her proximity to the castle. I put up with those awful narrow lanes to the car park at the foot of the castle to see harassed drivers queuing there with no hope of finding a parking space or being up at the castle before sunset while I just zoomed up to the hotel next door, parked my car and walked to the castle in 10 minutes. That's why the hotel can proudly say on the hotel information that they were not an onsen hotel and they didn't have a big public outdoor bath. Guest should wash in their private bathroom if they needed to. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was sumptuous and tasty. I'm a bit tired of the buffet style breakfast but they offered a J breakfast set which is way better to me. Coffee and other welcome drinks were available in the lounge all day. The safe in the room is much bigger than average.

Perhaps the lift (elevator) could be in the centre of the sprawling building?
