Leuke speeltuinen, hele mooie ligging, riviertje, mooi zwembad, cafetaria, zelfbedieningswinkel Prijs was goed in verhouding met de kwaliteit

De huisjes zijn wat verouderd, zoals tapijt op de trap, oude stoffen bank, is minder hygiënisch. En wat ik al eerder elders heb meegemaakt: je betaalt voor kinderbedjes, waar geen matras bij zit. Zonder matras zijn ze eigenlijk niet te gebruiken (hebben nu kussens gebruikt, maar ondanks dat je ervoor betaalt, zou je dan dus je eigen matrasjes alsnog mee moeten nemen?)

Leuke speeltuin voor kinderen, perfecte locatie dichtbij Coo en algemeen bij wandelpaden, vriendelijk personeel.

Verouderde verblijven. Heel simpele bedden.

Prachtige locatie, leuk vakantiepark.

Huisje was vies, smerig en was duidelijk niet schoongemaakt voordat wij arriveerde. Apparatuur is al een paar jaar aan vervanging toen. Toen dit bij de receptie werd aangegeven kregen we een zachte sorry.

Je viens ici depuis très longtemps pour : le calme, la rivière, l'accessibilité en transport public, le charme du parc, les petits bungalows bien équipés.

Par contre, déception : bar et restaurant fermés, petit magasin fermé à 16h mal achalandé ...

Rooms were ok, bedding and towles are a joke cob webs everywere, dead moths all over floor, cutlery was dirty from previous people Was not made aware there was a campass of students there and food and bar was closed just for them, so we could not eat or drink onsite, and we wete in middle of nowere Not greatvat all

The view was amazing , perfectly organised place. House was equipped nice kitchen

How close it was to spa karting track as was racing in a 24hr race

The staff at the bar on the Thursday due to a load of college student we were Turned away from the bar as they said they would be to busy to serve us but served some other customers before hand we was not notified that any of the facilities during our stay would effected also the toilet on the property stank of wet sewage and damp and travel loot we requested was not there on arrival and due to late arrival reception was not open to collect so had no where for the baby to sleep.

This one as nice but shower wasn’t great not given a lot of loo roll and everything you need is extra to buy on arrival basic but was ok just to sleep as was not hardly there as racing

Die Unterkunft ist Perfekt, die Lage ist auch Perfekt Man hat viele möglichkeiten rundum Stavelot. Perfekt für Erwachsene oder mit Kinder Groß und Klein haben sich amusiert

Unterkunft war bei der Ankunft nicht ganz sauber. Im Mülleimer waren noch reste des Vormieters drin. So kann man sich ja vorstellen wie es aussah, wenn der Mülleimer draussen auf der Terrasse in der Sonne steht. Küchengeschiir war nicht komplett und was noch im Schrank war, war nicht sauber. Warmwasser reischt nicht aus um 4 Leute zuduschen und dann noch den Abwasch machen. Duschbrause muss man springen um nass zuwerden. (Alle Probleme wurden an der Reception gemeldet und zum Teil sofort gelöst. Hoffen dass die nächsten Gäste einen problemlosen Aufenthalt haben)

Huisje kan wel een kleine opknapbeurt gebruiken

De liggen in het bos was super mooi zou er zeker nog een keer willen komen

Je zit in een prachtig plek van België met een mooi huisje

De ligging is prachtig, interieur wat verouderd maar verder schoon. Personeel is echt behulpzaam en het eten in het restaurant is goed. Ik kom er graag maar meer vanwege de ligging. Uiteindelijk toch een plek om goed tot rust te komen.

Nogmaals, het publiek! Het park trekt de laatste jaren steeds meer mensen aan die minder netjes gedragen. Misschien tijd om een ander type publiek aan te trekken, prijzen omhoog! Sfeer is soms intimiderend. Hopelijk doet het management hier iets mee.

goed onthaal aan de receptie, alles lag klaar, uitleg in het Nederlands, de locatie was heel goed vlak aan de Amblève, mooie wandeling startte vanop het terrein, huisjes lagen ver genoeg uit elkaar, rustige atmosfeer

Het huisje rook een beetje muf en de koelkast was heel klein. Het terras was te klein om met 5 op te zitten.

The pool was great the location is awesome with a little stream in the backyard. Lots of playing possibilities for kids. Huge place. But read the negative side before book

I need to address 2 main issues: During the booking in this app nothing was mentioned about that the room is usually rented for dogs. It was mentioned that you can bring dog for an additional fee. There were also rooms where there was a sign that no dogs allowed. However we learned that this does not matter. There was a terrible dog odor which needed like 2-3 hours of constant airflow to disappear (sort of). The apartment is located not on a single floor rather than basement + ground floor. Then the next apparent above you same. The other problem was with other guests. You cannot obviously avoid idiots but here were 2 cases: When we visited our friends their direct neighbour had a fighter type dog. The dog immediately attacked on us. No leash nothing. We explained them that we have little kids over here. Solution they pushed the dog inside and slightly closed the balcony door. Of course in a way that the dog can simply run out… The other nice neighbour was the idiots above us who thought it is a nice challenge to split into drinks from the balcony above. We might got the wrong neighbours because we had interaction with others in the camping and others were normal nice people. However the dog situation needs to be addressed by the owner because the place is great but if fighter dogs running around without leash then the place is not suitable for families with small kids.

Huisje was wat verouderd, kapotte waterkoker, kapotte vriesdeur, banken en fauteuil beste tijd gehad.

Les logements et équipements sont datés. Cela reste fonctionnel mais peu confortable.

Nu mia plăcut mizeria si mirosul insuportabil din camere constatat si de administrator insalubru igenic. Am solicitat la rezervare cameră unde sa nu fie par de animale că-ci am alergie dar am constat contrariu la intrarea i locația care mia fost repartizata un miros insuportabil constatat si de administrator după ce am mers la receptie unde recepționera sa comportament foarte urât la sesizarea mea când am refuzat cazarea si restituirea banilor că-ci este insuportabil de locuit .După constatarea administratorului a nereguli si a mirosului insuportabil sa căzut de acord pentru restituirea banilor. Păcat de locație si zona este frumoasă am revenit a doua oara după aceeași experienta urâtă ca prima .Nu recomand că-ci calitate și preț lasă de dorit.

Emplacement du domaine top. Beaucoup de verdure et de places de parking. Nombreux jeux et activités pour enfants de tous les âges mais également pour adultes.

Le logement où nous étions installés mériterait vraiment un bon rafraîchissement. Serrure de la porte d'entrée en piteux état je bataillais pour ouvrir et fermer la porte. Couettes mériteraient également d'être mieux nettoyées ou changées. On voit que le mobilier n'est pas de première jeunesse. Après on en a pour son argent comme on dit. Sinon responsable des lieux accueillante et personnel au bar par exemple très sympathique.

Le personnel de la Réception était très agréable et disponible. Les installations sont très correctes et le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

De ligging en uitzicht

De tv niet alle zenders deden het, de schoonmaak niet optimaal. De thermostaat kraan in de douche werkt niet goed.

Een rustig park en ruim opgezet. Het is wat verouderd maar wel charmant. Een echte topper is de rivier die langs het park stroomt. Er beginnen wandelingen en je zit op 5 minuten rijden van de watervallen van Coo. Prima voor een weekje of als korte stop op doorreis.

Het huisje kon schoner. De bedden waren niet heel best. De slaapbank daarentegen weer wel.

Gute Lage, es war schön für die Kinder. Alles, was man braucht, gibt es im Haus.

Obwohl angegeben ist, dass Apartments nicht für Tiere geeignet sind, war am Anfang Hundegeruch vorhanden, und Nachbarn hatten zwei riesige Hunde, vor denen unsere kleinen Kinder Angst hatten. Sehr laut, wenn von allen Seiten (sogar von oben) sehr laute, unruhige Leute sind – damit hatten wir Pech. Wenn man Ruhe braucht, muss man unbedingt einen alleinstehenden Bungalow buchen. Das Wasser im Kinderwaschbecken war zu kalt.

Die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr schön. Man ist mitten in der Natur und die Landschaft ist ruhig und erholsam. Für Familien ist die Anlage grundsätzlich schön gelegen.

Leider hat uns unser Chalet sehr enttäuscht. Wir waren mit drei Familien dort und hatten insgesamt einen deutlich besseren Zustand der Unterkunft erwartet. Das Chalet war stark abgenutzt und leider auch nicht richtig sauber. Die Ausstattung war sehr einfach und teilweise unzureichend. Selbst grundlegende Dinge wie vernünftige Messer in der Küche haben gefehlt. Für den Preis und unseren Aufenthalt hätten wir eine gepflegtere und besser ausgestattete Unterkunft erwartet. Insgesamt waren wir deshalb leider enttäuscht.

Omgeving is heel mooi. Zeer goede locatie. Fijn zwembad leuke speeltuintjes. Vriendelijk personeel. Leuke binnenruimtes. Mogelijkheid tot eten, winkeltje, pistolets bestellen. Parking

Huisjes zijn hoogdringend aan opfrissing toe!! Wat jammer is daar de omgeving rond de huisjes wel echt in orde en fijn is. Zeer slechte bedden. Heel het huis kraakt. Heel ongezellige inrichting die echt stokoud is. Muffe geur. Babybedje bijgeboekt voor 5euro per nacht waar niet eens een matras instak. Dit was altijd zo zeide ze, al heel veel gereist met ons zoontje, nog nooit meegemaakt. Ze zochten wel naar een oplossing en kregen iets om alsnog ondehem te leggen (dikke lakens..)

Het huisje was goed schoon en bij de receptie waren ze aardig en hielpen ze je goed

L'accueil et la propreté sont déplorables. Nous avons dû nettoyer le logement avant de nous installer la personne à la réception. Est très désagréable. La piscine était considérée comme étant chauffée, ce qui n'est pas du tout le cas. L'équipement est vieillissant.

Le retour chez moi

Publicités mensongère piscine non chauffée. Restaurant brasserie fermé a 20h logement pas très propre et une partie du parc énormément de crottes poubelles qui débordent. Ect ect

The location: This small holiday resort is charming. Tucked away in a valley between 2 tree covered hills, with a beautiful stream running next to it, you really feel like you're in the center of nature. Meanwhile, civilization is also at your doorstep with the stunning small towns with their cobble streets of Malmedy, Stavelot and Trois-Ponts only 10 minutes drive away. There is no shortage of hikes in the local area. The accomodation: Perfect for relaxing. We stayed in the 5 sleeper cabin (number 425). It was perfect for a relaxing family visit. Perfectly equipped for dinners and movie nights. I actually liked the fact there there was no wifi in the house. My children were forced to do something other than sit on devices. We had some nice dinners around the 6 seater table, some drinks on the deck, and the owners provided a box full of DVD's so we had 2 nights were we watched some old movies. The cabin was in pretty good condition. The facilities: There's a nice brasserie - we had a few drinks there. You can order fresh bread to be ready for you the next morning (just make sure you order before 7pm). The pool was sparkling. The parking is locationed conveniently in front of your accomodation. There's a pool table, darts and foosball which you don't have to pay for. The surrounding grounds are well maintained. Value for money: Well... I received a last minute discount, so I would say value for money is 100%. Don't expect a 5-star hotel. It's a rustic getaway perfect for families. It's a self catering unit: Take your own toilet paper + towels + bedding. Else you have to pay. I saw other people complaining about this, but Domaine Long Pre is completely clear about this when they email you information about your stay - I really don't get why people are complaining. Extra: Plopsaland + Spa-Francorchamps is on the doorstep. Therefore, something special for the children and for the parents.

Nothing. The only thing I wish is that there could be units with a fireplace in. We went in summer, and the house was really cool, even though there is no aircon - I think this is because of the tree coverage and river. The reason I say the only thing I don't like is that there is no fireplace, is because I want to go back over Christmas for a second time this year, but if I go back in winter I want a fireplace so that it's a cozy vibe.

Bellissimo villaggio immerso nel verde con giochi, ruscelli, scivoli e piscina. Gli appartamenti non sono dotati di lenzuola, asciugamani e phon.

Het huisje was erg schoon en de ligging was prachtig. Rustig genoeg maar alles in de buurt. Ook het zwembad was erg schoon.

Veel lichten in het huisje deden het niet. De huisjes zijn ook heel gehorig en je hoort letterlijk alles boven en naast je (huisjes zitten gestapeld). Ook had een oventje of iets dergelijks wel prettig geweest.

Prachtige locatie en genoeg te doen in het vakantiepark voor kinderen

Helaas viel de accommodatie tegen: erg stoffig, vlekken op de afwas en erg gehorig; het gesnurk van de buren was goed hoorbaar. Ook het restaurant viel tegen. Veel vliegen, droge en te zoute spareribs met verlepte rauwkost. De penne was wat flauw, maar wel te doen.

Küchenmaterial könnte mal überprüft werden. Die Unterkunft war sauber aber nicht ganz perfekt. Waren noch Rückstände vom Vormieter zusehen.

Les frais qui s'ajoutent, nous avons payé 84euros supplémentaires à notre arrivée alors que nous n'étions pas près de la rivière. Le peu d'articles alimentaires à vendre sont excessivement chers... logement qui aurait besoin d'être retapé très vieillot tout ça pour plus de 1000 euros...la douche de fortune ne fonctionnait pas l'eau passait de froide à bouillante sans arrêt sans parler du vieux frigo défectueux... nous avions choisi un chalet 5personnes...je déconseille fortement
