Reviewed Sep 19, 2026We were offered an alternative accomodation outside booking.com platform. It was comparable or slightly better as service.
We were asked to click for cancellation with no fee but then host claimed we should wait until next day for them to accept it. Probably overbooking case. Only after putting pressure they accepted it right away. For the new accomodation we were put under pressure to accept it, host becoming "offended" and "mad" (?!) for us not trusting him. That was understandable given the tricks made to avoid booking fees by them + no communication before our arrival on the unavailable room.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Die Unterkunft hatte eine super Lage. Eine Klimaanlage. Bequemes Bett.
Es war sehr hellhörig in den Zimmern. Die Handtücher waren nicht wirklich sauber. Wir hatten um eine Rolle Toilettenpapier gebeten und diese leider nicht mehr bekommen. Unser Gastgeber war an sich sehr nett und konnte gut englisch. Allerdings muss man schon aufpassen, dass er einen nicht über den Tisch zieht. Er wollte uns zum Beispiel am Abreisetag ein Taxi organisieren, welches uns zum Busbahnhof bringt - es kostet 120 MAD. Wir haben uns natürlich schlau gemacht und das war viel zu viel - kostet eigentlich 20-30 MAD. Daraufhin haben wir ihm gesagt wir kümmern uns selber drum. Das gleiche mit ein paar anderen Dingen. Wir haben uns am Ende etwas veräppelt gefühlt. Also bitte verlasst euch nicht auf solche Aussagen, sondern hinterfragt auch manchmal gewisse Angebote? Dir der Host euch macht.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Idriss war von Anfang an unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Er hat uns jede Frage beantwortet, uns tolle Tipps gegeben und sich wirklich bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Besonders lieb fanden wir, dass wir früh losmussten und Idriss trotzdem darauf bestanden hat, uns noch Frühstück zu machen und sogar ein Taxi für uns zu organisieren. Solche Kleinigkeiten machen einen Aufenthalt einfach besonders und wir haben seine Hilfsbereitschaft wirklich sehr geschätzt. ☺️ Auch die Lage ist perfekt und das Frühstück war gut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis fanden wir absolut passend. Die teilweise schlechten Bewertungen können wir ehrlich gesagt nicht nachvollziehen – für diesen Preis darf man natürlich kein 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten. Für uns war alles vollkommen im Rahmen und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Il s'adapte à votre séjour et ce n'est pas à vous de vous adapter au rythme du riad (surtout par rapport au petit déjeuner), cela a été très apprécié car cela nous a permis de nous reposer suffisamment. Encore merci à vous! nous recommandons cet établissement

Causa malfunzionamento della stanza prenotata, assegnazione di una diversa per la prima notte. Il titolare è stato gentile a comunicarcelo appena arrivato, ahinoi si è dimenticato di cambiare le lenzuola degli ospiti precedenti che emanavano odori sgradevoli. Il Riad essendo al piano terra da la possibilità di avvistare qualche blatta da vicino. Presenza di soli 2 tavoli interni per la colazione Rooftop abbandonato a se stesso. Tutto molto lento dal check in alla colazione

Desayuno muy básico, no es buffet sino que te lo preparan en el momento ( pan, café, te, huevo). Sin tv ni frigobar en la habitación. Piso del baño se inunda, sin división de ducha. Si bien las fotos son verdaderas, no muestran el deterioro.

Le temps interminable du service du petit déjeuner (45mn le 1er matin et 30 mn le 2e alors qu'on avait décidé l'heure du petit déjeuner !)

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026La ubicación es excelente. Muy buen desayuno, todo hecho por ellos. Es la primera vez en todo nuestro viaje donde podemos comunicarnos bien con el propietario, tenía un nivel de inglés excelente. Nos ayudó mucho, nos contó mucho de la historia y de la zona y fue muy amable!
Alguna cama era un poco dura, pero no se hizo incómodo dormir.

La segunda habitación, pues éramos dos parejas, estaba en la planta baja, a nivel del patio. Habitación también muy bonita pero vimos alguna que otra cucaracha. Informamos al encargado y prometió resolver el problema para próximos invitados.

AC was amazing, breakfast was great but best of all the location! Right next to the main road but on a side street so it's super quiet! Super convenient location to be able to pop in and out throughout the day. Such a wonderful stay!

La habitación tiene mucho encanto, es acogedora, muy bonita y amplia. El colchón es especialmente cómodo, dormimos super bien. Además, la limpieza de la habitación y del baño era de 10.

De host was een heel vriendelijk en altijd behulpzaam. Maar je moet wel je tijd nemen. Alles duurt vrij lang, dus niet geschikt als je gehaast bent.

Per il resto è semplice, i letti un po' scomodi perché il pavimento non è in bolla, almeno quello della stanza con terrazza... Idriss davvero gentile!!

Reviewed May 20, 2026Excellent séjour , l'emplacement est idéal, proche de tout , tout en restant très calme grâce à sa situation dans une petite ruelle. Le parking juste à côté est un vrai plus. L'hôte a été extrêmement gentil et disponible, il nous a beaucoup aidé durant le séjour. Le riad est agréable, propre et très pratique pour visiter la médina.
Le seul petit inconvénient concerne les escaliers, qui peuvent être assez difficiles à monter, surtout avec des bagages, mais cela reste largement compensé par tous les points positifs du riad. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Мястото се намира в самата медина, излизаш и си буквално в малките и улички и въпреки това беше тихо и спокойно. Момчето беше много любезно към нас, отдели ни време да ни разкаже за тяхната култура и история. Леглото беше много удобно.
Единствено като минус за мен беше, че вратите на стаята са донякъде стъклени и мястото за изхранване на гостите се падаше буквално пред вратата ни, тоест те можеха да чуват нас, както и ние тях. Иначе всичко останало беше страхотно!

Organizamos los transfers de ida y vuelta desde aeropuerto através del alojamiento, y muy bien. Desayuno adecuado, habitación amplia con baño/ducha caliente. Ideal para realizar visita a Fez y excursiones cercanas.
Fuimos en marzo, por lo que las noches refrescan bastante, y para el desayuno que se realiza en el patio interior hacía bastante frio. Estaría bien poner un calefactor en esta zona para poder desayunar a temperatura más cómoda, o ponerte unas cuantas capas. Pero es simplemente un detalle a mejorar en los meses más frios.

Un contratiempo por parte del alojamiento con Booking. Booking nos lo arregló muy bien y finalmente en el alojamiento actuaron como tenían que actuar desde un principio.

Le petit déjeuner, sûrement le pire pris au Maroc en 33 ans, qui plus est ds un ryad ..et à Fès..Honteux comme petit déj, ok c'était le Ramadan..mais ds ce cas, ne pas mettre petit déjeuner inclus..si c'est pour qu'on en reprenne un dehors.. Le personnel méga-relou... difficile de faire un pas seul ds la maison..

L’eau de la douche était froide mais l’hôtel est vraiment pas cher comparé aux autres du coin, ça s’oublie vite… en plus il faisait chaud !

They went out at 2 am to find a couple that was lost in the medina!!! Walked us to our taxi. Definitely a good place to stay for a couple of nights.
Ventilation seems to be a bit of a problem like all riads

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026The host was extremely kind and really went out of his way to make the guests comfortable. My mom’s bed wasn’t comfortable during our stay and he changed the mattress for her. Electric heating for the water so you could always take a hot shower with good water pressure. Location is amazing, in the Medina with a 2 minute walk from a street where you can be left from a taxi. Breakfast was really good. Laundry provided for $20 MAD a kg. Nice balcony. Small property, only 4 rooms so it’s quiet to rest. You can see the owner did many upgrades, eg: the shower, the light switches ect
