De familie van de Homestay is heel behulpzaam. We konden via het verblijf een scooter huren, ze gaven veel tips voor activiteiten, bieden dagtrips aan en hielpen met vervoer. De locatie is een minuut wandelen van het strand dus perfect! Ik zou dit zeker aanraden!

Het warm water van de douche was heel snel op.

Tout! L'extrême gentillesse des hôtes et leur disponibilité surtout mais aussi le petit-déjeuner, la piscine, le calme, la proximité de la plage (1 minute à pied) et donc de nombreux warungs et petits magasins. Il se dégage de cet endroit une sérénité qui restera un souvenir précieux! Merci Tiwi 🙏

The Perdana Homestay is a beautiful accommodation off a very "beaten" track. My bones are still rattling after getting there 😀. I actually wish I stayed for longer as I really wanted to go fishing but 2 nights is rushed. The area is quiet. Its a short walk to Mushroom beach and a 20 minute walk to Dream beach and Devils Tears. I will go back again. Thank you all at Perdana Homestay.

I didnt like the difficult access to this location but once you arrive you are made feel very welcome and comfortable. Makasih Perdana Homestay.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit im Perdana Homestay auf Nusa Lembongan. Die Zimmer sind blitzsauber, sehr gepflegt und bieten alles, was man für einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch die Lage ist unschlagbar: Der traumhafte Strand Mushroom Bay liegt gerade einmal 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch das gesamte Team: Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und extrem zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Egal welches Anliegen oder welchen Wunsch wir hatten – es wurde sich sofort und mit einem Lächeln darum gekümmert. Diese Hilfsbereitschaft ist wirklich außergewöhnlich! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder. 10/10 Punkte!

Ein wunderschönes Homestay in perfekter Lage! Nur etwa zwei Gehminuten von der Mushroom Bay entfernt und von Sanur aus ganz unkompliziert mit dem Boot zu erreichen. Besonders begeistert hat mich der zauberhafte Blick über die Bucht. Direkt am Strand gibt es außerdem mehrere sehr schöne Restaurants. Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Sie organisiert alles, was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht, und hat tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen auf der Insel. Schnorcheln... gutes englisch... Auch die Anlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Morgens gibt es einen wunderschönen Platz, an dem man ganz in Ruhe Yoga machen und in den Tag starten kann. Ich habe mich hier rundum wohlgefühlt und meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ich komme definitiv wieder! Absolute Empfehlung! ❤️

Este alojamiento tiene una excelente ubicación frente a Mushroom beach. El sector es tranquilo y encuentras mucha variedad de restaurantes y spa. La hospitalidad de Tiwi y su familia fue excelente, nos mostraron un mapa de la isla y nos dieron recomendaciones de cada lugar.

Tiwi is a wonderful host - nothing was too much trouble. She genuinely cares about her guests. Rooms and garden and pool area - all very relaxing and well kept. Amazing food - try the chicken sate!

Super séjour a Perdana, l'hôtel est très bien placé à quelques pas de la plage de Mushroom. C'est un hôtel familial comme on les aime, Tiwi est très attentionnée et on a tout organisé avec elle: sortie snorkelling, visite nusa penida, location de scooter sur place... Très bon resto sur la plage à 2min à pied mais la cuisine à l' hôtel est au top !!

Une famille adorable tient cet établissement, au petits soins durant le séjour. Ils proposent un service de restauration, le petit déjeuné inclus est bon. Ils proposent également des excursions et la location de scooters. Situé à quelques mètres de la plage mushroom on entend même les vagues dans notre lit. Le bungalow est spacieux et la salle de bain aussi. Le ménage est fait tout les jours

Emplacement parfait, 2 minutes à pied de la splendide Mushroom Bay. Accueil charmant au sein d'une famille, on s'y sent bien, belle piscine, rapport qualité prix extra ! Merci !

Wat een fijne locatie, fijne familie (zo lief), fijne kamer (nr1) en lieve hondjes Terry en Goba. De locatie is heerlijk, straatje uit paar meter en je staat op het fijnste strand Mushroom Beach, waar je veilig kan zwemmen (dit kan oa bij Dream beach niet bijvoorbeeld). Lekker zwembad wat goed onderhouden is. Leuke eettentjes en fijne sfeer op het strand. Goede duikschool in de buurt. Je kan lopen naar oa Devils tear en voor een mooie zonsondergang naar Clifftop bar Lembongan. Met een taxi eilandtourtje is een aanrader. Eigenaren staan altijd klaar om zaken te regelen voor je en te bellen. Fijne dagen gehad, helaas weer door!

Hosted by such a beautiful local family at Perdana Homestay, which is a really beautiful, quiet spot just a couple of minutes walk down to Mushroom Bay beach. Great locations close by to watch stunning sunsets and scooters - Nusa Lembongan has much quieter roads than mainland Bali - are available to hire on site. Great little warung just around the corner and many beach-front restaurants.

Très agréable séjour dans 2 bungalows. La famille est très sympathique. Sans oublier les 2 petits chiens qui ont fait le bonheur de ma petite fille ! Bien situé à deux pas de Mushroom Bay et au calme.

The location was fabulous and the Homestay was clean, comfortable and hosted by a lovely family with 2 cute dogs. Great pool, yum breakfast.

Perdana was the most fantastic place to stay. Everything about the property was perfect. The family are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

We had the perfect stay with Tiwi and her family. Close to the most beautiful beach on Lembongan, great food, awesome pool, comfortable rooms, nothing was ever too hard for the family and they helped us book lots, did laundry and gave us scooters. We look forward to coming back. Thanks Tiwi and Gaday and the whole family

Amazing value for money and a fantastic location in Mushroom Bay only 50m to the beach front and a short walk from the ferry. Lovely family who own and run it. Great clean pool and grounds.

The track to the beach was sandy and slippery.

This was our second time at Perdana Homestay and it didn’t disappoint! Gede and his family are so friendly, helpful and accommodating and we just love staying there. They have 2 gorgeous little dogs which are always a highlight, a lovely pool and a basic but yummy breakfast. The location is excellent, just a short stroll down to the start of Mushroom Beach.

The staff was extremely kind and accommodating to our needs. They provided a delicious breakfast, taxi booking, laundry services, daily cleaning. They had adorable dogs hanging around and a great pool to lounge at.

Hele aardige familie, locatie ligt aan smal straatje waar geen scooters langskomen, dus heerlijk rustig. Ook lekker eten!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce logement et le très bel accueil de cette famille. Ils ont été adorables et très arrangeants tout au long de notre séjour. La chambre était confortable, propre, la literie super. La salle de bain était plus rudimentaire avec l’eau chaude un peu capricieuse, mais pour le prix c’était largement suffisant. La location est super, à 3 minutes de la plage, au calme. La piscine est très agréable et le jardin est magnifique, verdoyant. Le petit déjeuner était bon !

Very relaxing place with friendly and helpful staff. Close to the beach, comfortable beds, lovely clean swimming pool.

Desalinated water but drinking water is provided for teeth cleaning. There’s no hot water for showers. Not a problem for us as it’s so hot but might be for others.

Incredible place to stay! Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely family run accommodation - they are so warm and friendly and helpful with everything. You can rent a scooter, they’ll organsie snorkelling, transport, laundry, day trips etc. 1min walk to the beach, very clean pool (some other pools nearby are nasty!). Beautifully kept grounds with lots of beautiful plants and birds. Clean rooms with AC. Loved their complementary breakfast. It’s also just across the road from a great massage place. I would recommend getting the tanis ferry to mushroom bay… I made the mistake of getting a ferry to the other bay and had to take a 20min taxi. Wifi is a bit patchy here but I don’t care as I have an eSIM - so would recommend having data.

Close but not too close to Mushroom Beach. Lovely family run homestay where nothing was a problem. Beautiful bungalow and their food was great as well. Best banana pancakes by far on our travels and the egg toasted sandwich was excellent as well. The homemade vegetable soup was just what I needed after being sick.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were kind, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel very welcome. The accommodation was comfortable, well-maintained, and wonderfully quiet—perfect for relaxing. Its location was also very convenient, just a two-minute walk from the Tanis boat arrival point. We truly appreciated the hospitality, would gladly stay here again, and recommend it to others.

Geweldige familie die liefde hebben voor hun gasten, homestay en prachtige tuin met een fijn zwembad. Mooie kamers, fijne ligging 50 mtr van het strand (stukje omhoog) ontbijt prima! Je kunt je fles water bijvullen voor weinig. Lekker bed, schoon, en airco die geen kabaal maakt. Warm water uit de douche.

A lovely small family run homestay. A great little pool, lovely gardens and bungalow room. A comfortable beds and pillow with mosquito net. Breakfast is limited but lovely. The owners were happy for organise any trips or taxis we wanted they were very and nothing was a bother. The two little dogs were adorable wanting lots of pets.

Gardens are fantastic with a lovely clean pool in the centre of the 4 bungalows. A beautiful small property with lovely owners Tiwi and her brother always happy to help with tours, taxis, cold beer and food around the pool. Breakfast was excellent, try the banana pancakes! Bungalows are basic but spotless and had everything we needed. Only a very short walk down a path (no bikes) to the beach which is a great place to swim, white sand, clear water. The cafe at the base of the path, Mola Mola is fantastic.

It was so beautiful. So close to the beach and the hosts Tiwi and her husband were delightful. Nothing was too much trouble. Incredible value for money, I couldn’t think of a more perfect place to relax and unwind from the bird song in the morning to the croaking frogs at night. The beach was literally 3 mins down a little path and along with a generous offering of beachside cafes the clear water and golden sand were an invitation to linger and never leave. Tiwi cooked up a delicious breakfast which for a small additional price became a banquet. Book now while you still can!

Perdana is a little oasis 50m from Mushroom Beach! Theres a path up from the west end of the beach, super close to where the Tanis ferry lands. Run by a gorgeous extended family and their cute little dogs, Tiwi immediately made me feel at home, cooked amazing meals (free breakfast fantastic - try the banana pancakes and fresh OJ & fruit). The room and bed were really comfortable with a good mosquito net, and covered bathroom, bar fridge to keep some water chilled, and good AC. Tiwi and her brother Gada will happily arrange tours or scooter rental for you, or lend a mask and snorkel to explore the coral reef just off the beach (rent fins from Nusa Islands Surf school on beach). The pool area is lovely and peaceful, but their hospitality was so lovely, and this is what I value the most about this stay. Highly recommend! I will probably stay again!

Our second stay at Perdana and everything was just as lovely as the last time. We love the cottages right off the pool. They are simple but exactly what we needed. Tiwi and Gede were lovely and helpful hosts helping to arrange everything from the boat from Sanur to snorkeling, all at reasonable prices and good quality. My 5yo son felt right at home at Perdana. We will be back!

My 4 night stay at Perdana was wonderful. Tiwi and her family are such generous lovely hosts as are their gorgeous little dogs Teddy and Goma. Really appreciated the cold fresh juice on my arrival too. With only 8 rooms/bungalows I enjoyed a peaceful relaxing stay. My bungalow overlooked the sparkling clean pool which I used even though with the beach so close I didn't think I would. If you're a cat lover be sure to visit the cat cafe "Cat Island".

Great location a few steps away from the perfect beach on Lembongan, wonderful pool with plenty of loungers, beautiful relaxing garden, a very comfortable stay, daily housecleaning, food and drink available all day, good laundry service, amazing value for money. Most of all: very friendly and helpful family: before the stay Tiwi answered all my questions and gave advice about boats, even booked the boats and taxis for us, making transit extremely smooth and stress free. Her brother helped carry our luggage down to the beach and check in for our boat. We felt looked after. During our stay we hired paddle boards and snorkelled just of the beach, took a private snorkelling tour (awesome mantas!!!), took a mangrove kayak tour and saw turtles at blue lagoon. We loved having our choice of beach bars, beach pools, restaurants, water activities, sunset views, all on our doostep. Delighted with our choice of Lembongan over Ceningan or Penida, and with our choice of Mushroom over any other beach. Would stay here again over the beach front places, which seem fine just not as comfortable, peaceful or personal as Perdana.

The property brought a very natural ambiance of the island which followed you throughout your stay. Pool was a soothing area when stepping away from your day activities.

The surrounding area is still developing but very much a great experience.

Lots of mosquitos, however this isn’t the owners fault. They provide nets on the bed and gave us bug spray when we asked which helped massively - just something to be aware of

This homestay is amazing! Located so close to the beach, it’s the ideal location. The room is super cosy and had everything we needed. Tiwi and her family are the perfect hosts. So hospitable and very kind people. Breakfast was lovely each morning. We also rented a scooter from them to explore the island, it’s also a short drive away from some amazing restaurants. The pool area and garden is beautiful and perfect for relaxing if you don’t fancy the beach. We really enjoyed our time here and 10/10 would recommend😊

Great pool, friendly and helpful staff/owners. Aircon worked very well (and quietly) and bed was comfortable. Included breakfast was good and dinner was available at reasonable prices. 2 resident dogs were very cute and friendly!

The path to the Homestay wasn’t shown on google maps, but it was actually right there at the end of the beach near the ferry drop off point. A 50m walk instead of the 1km+ roundabout route we took! Apparently this has been mentioned to Perdana before, so it would have been good to have been told when we made the booking.

Lovely family run homestay who go out of there way to help with anything. Good home cooked breakfast and good menu available. Rooms are clean with good air-conditioning. Comfortable large beds with mosquito nets. Excellent pool and sunbed area with parasols and well kept gardens.. The location is very close to mushroom beaches white sands and close to some warongs. 2nd time at this little oasis with two very friendly little dogs.

Relaxed , really clean. Super friendly. Attention to detail. Stunningly beautiful gardens. Well maintained bungalows, brilliant there was a mini fridge and tea and coffee facilities in room. 4 towels were provided which was fantastic. Wonderful peace and quiet. Excellent pool. Swam a km every morning. Lovely bird life and adored the 2 little doggies , GOMAH and Teddy. Incredibly generous helpful hosts, couldn't do enough for you and helped provide the best experience for you. Their homestay is like a sanctuary space. Absolutely spotless. Super calm and clean. Crisp bed linen, linen mosquito net, aesthetically so beautiful. Stunning generous breakfast, best ever vegetable omelette. I am ruined, nowhere else will be as good!!

1 minutt unna Mushroom Beach, som er en helt nydelig strand. Mange gode warungs i nærheten (om man gjør litt research!). Utrolig hyggelig personale, de er meget behjelpelige. Veldig fint svømmebasseng, selvom jeg ikke fikk benyttet meg av det.

Dessverre en meget intens og vond lukt på badet, som også kunne kjennes på soverommet.

People and dogs, nice location, only three minutes walk to the beach. The beach is very nice for swimming. The breakfast was good-i suggest banana pancakes.

Perdana Homestay gave us a great holiday. I can away from there feeling absolutely refreshed, relaxed and happy to have met such lovely hosts. The location was only a quick 3 minute walk to the beach. And the pool was large enough for me to do laps, although a bit warm due to the tropical conditions. But the beach water provided a nice cool swim. Breakfast was excellent and filled me up enough. But keep in mind the roads/pathways in the area are pretty rough.

Typical of many countries in this region, litter being dropped here and there wasn't pleasant to see but after a few days I was used to it.

Warm friendly welcome, lovely gardens and swimming pool. So close to the beach, restaurants and ferry.

Fijn verblijf met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Locatie is prachtig; vlak bij het strand. Fijne reactie na val met scooter (beschadiging van scooter en mezelf). We ko den zelfs nog met 1 nacht obs cerblijf verlengen.

De huisjes zijn erg donker vsn binnen. Er is een grote sfstap van de slaapkamer naar de badkamer.

This place is amazing: relaxing pool and cute little bangalows. The family and especially Tiwi and her brother were so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed. The food was amazing and cheap, the location was perfect (just 50m from the beach and sunset point where there is a beautiful clifftop cafe is 5 mins from the homestay) and you could rent a scooter to get around for a very good price. Can't recommend this place enough. If you go to Lembongan book here for your whole stay and explore Lembongan, Ceningan and Penida from here. Tiwi and her family will take care of you.

Everything was perfect. The shower only has salty water and there were some wild animals around the home but it's perfectly normal.
