Spacious and comfortable. Nice outlook. Great heatpump to keep the room toasty warm. Well positioned in same building as the kitchen and lounge.

Not enough bedding for me. I prefer to not have a hot room to sleep in but needed the heatpump blasting all night to be warm enough in bed. The electric kettle was corroding inside, leaving a taste in the water.

Very thin walls, I could hear everything the neighbours were saying very clearly.

The advert says shared bathroom, did not say go outside, over bad lighted uneven path to the toilet. To watch television you had to log in or create an account. No tea or coffee No sockets to charge phones Shared kitchen very basic with tired furniture. No socket in the room to charge phones

no heather in bedroom of cabin 4 and the heat pump was not heating enough of the bedroom. Extra heaters will be good as we travelled in winter and with small kids. Wifi was playing around and would not work perfectly. Overall we liked it and this was our 3rd stay but hope to see the changes in our next stay. staff were really nice and helpful. Thank you, we recommend it.

Needs better heating/lighting in bedrooms as it can get very, very cold in Twizel!

Great place to stop for a night. The little cabin we stayed in was spacious and clean, looked pretty new.

The cabin was very cold when we stayed (May). The little wall heater was not enough unfortunately.

No one in office, no utensils, plates or microwave. Towels smelt of cigarette smoke.

共同トイレと共同シャワー 十分に 清掃されてなかった。また シャワーは外気が直接入り込み 寒かった。グレードにもよると思うが部屋にシャワー室とトイレは備えて欲しい

Enjoyed my one night stay. It was clean. Good amenities. Comfortable bed. Quiet place. Good parking. Good lication.

The kitchen could have had the salt and pepper replenished and boiling water jug cleaned. Rest all was fine, we enjoyed our stay.

A pleasant, basic facility, walking distance to centre of town. Had everything we needed although we did not use the kitchen. An unusual but basically effective method of checking in - a sheet on a table in front of the office with our unit number highlighted.

No human contact to check in or resolve issues. We saw no staff and the office was closed the whole time we were there.

Rooms are very dated and part of the wall was falingl off. Shower was terrible.

It was very cold, the aircon didn’t work very well, the towels smelled funny, we didn’t feel comfortable at all that we decided to leave one night earlier.

We had a fairly good stay at Twizel Holiday Park. The facilities were okay—nothing fancy, but sufficient for our short stay. One thing we didn’t expect was that the shared bathroom for the twin cabin was located outside the building. It was quite cold having to go outside, especially early in the morning. The room itself was fine, although the carpet felt a bit damp when we arrived. It did improve after we turned on the heater, which helped make the space more comfortable. There were only two power sockets in the room, and one was already used for the heater, which made it a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was an acceptable stay for a short visit. It offers good value for money.

Was a nice cozy room and the bed was super comfortable, easy check in with clear instructions

Can tell the wall has been added in as holes in the corners, can hear everything in the other room and my luck was a guy on the phone arguing with his partner while i was trying to sleep.. bathroom was uncomfortable with the gap in the ceiling between female and male.

There was nobody at reception when we arrived, but instructions were clear concerning accessing our room. So not really a problem.

Nice place with quiet nighbooors, clean and warm room. The bathroom somewhat cold during autumn however the hot water works perfectly. The kiitchen is separated for the camp guests and enough ameneties.

I booked a 1 BdRm unit with a TV and bathroom. A separate kitchen and lounge was included. I enjoyed an afternoon walk along the nearby river.

We had the basic facilities and it was clean.

Shower is difficult to control and too high for kids to reach, water pressure was quite weak, the pans were a bit gross as they’re all greasy.

It was really quiet and peaceful. There was a separate kitchen for campers and one for cabins, and laundry facilities

Although kitchens were separate, campers were using the cabin kitchen and both nights we had to wait for them to be done to use it ourselves, with them either cooking or others taking a long time washing big loads of pots, which was a bit frustrating as they knew they shouldn’t have been in there and there’s no point separating kitchens if it won’t be enforced. The laundry situation is also hectic as there were only two washers and dryers and one each were out of order, with another guest unloading our clothes before the cycle had finished and throwing them on the side because they didn’t want to wait, so some things were still wet. Reception also closes quite early, but they leave late check-in keys outside if needed so not too much of an issue.
