Está magníficamente situado en la parte alta de la medina, con acceso muy cercano a la Puerta Azul. El riad es pequeño, pero extremadamente bien cuidado y, sobre todo, limpio. Conozco muy bien la ciudad, alojándome multitud de veces por la zona, y este riad por calidad-precio superó sin duda mis expectativas. Mohamed es una persona muy, muy atenta, siempre disponible, con una actitud altamente servicial y dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento.

ME ENCANTÓ EL PERSONAL, LA UBICACIÓN, EL PRECIO Y QUE HUBIERA UNA RECEPCIÓN ABIERTA 24H. LA HABITACIÓN ERA MUY CÓMODO Y TAL CUAL SE MOSTRABA EN LAS FOTOS. ADEMÁS EL HOTEL TIENE MUY CERCA LA PARADA DE TAXIS Y ESTÁ BIEN CONECTADO CON ́LA CIUDAD NUEVA. MUY BUENA OPCIÓN PARA VIAJAR CON AMIGOS. NOS ENCANTÓ LA CANTIDAD Y CALIDAD DEL DESAYUNO. HAN SIDO MUY AMABLES CON NOSOTROS. MOHAMED NOS DIO UN SERVICIO EXCELENTE TANTO EN RECEPCIÓN COMO DE CAMARERO.

I received a warm welcome from Mohamed, the staff person on site. He even took care of my laundry and brought a delicious vegan breakfast to my room. The riad is very beautiful, roomy and well maintained. The bedding was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It's located in a clean and clean area just near the medina. This property is affordable, clean, comfortable. A perfect place to stay in Fes!

personel - niestety nie pamiętam imienia pana, który nas ugościł, ale był najlepszy z jakim kiedykolwiek się spotkaliśmy. Nie był nachalny, przyjął nas z marokańską herbatą i ciasteczkami, opowiadał o mieście i całym kraju.

La ubicacion. Fantastica

Tuvimos un pequeño problemilla. No querian cobrar con tarjeta. Ak reservar, ponia, pago en el alojamiento con la tarjeta de la reserva. Nos pusieron bastantes pegas.

Excellent location for Raid Anis - close to the Medina and a nearby car park. Very peaceful and quiet away from the main street. The staff was very kind and helpful. Ibrahim was very helpful throughout my stay.

Un magnifique séjour au Riad Anis ! Un endroit calme, reposant et idéalement situé pour découvrir la médina à pied. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande gentillesse par toute l’équipe. Un grand merci à Abdo, à la cuisinière pour ses délicieux repas, et surtout à la gérante qui veille au moindre détail avec professionnalisme et bienveillance. Toute l’équipe est souriante, serviable, attentionnée et toujours à l’écoute de ses clients. On se sent véritablement comme dans une famille plutôt que dans un simple hébergement. Cette ambiance chaleureuse et authentique a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons le Riad Anis sans aucune hésitation et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain passage à Fes. 🌟🏡😊

Как будто персонал, который убирает не в курсе в какой номер заселились и в каком нужно убираться. Снимала только на одну ночь и за это время меня потревожили дважды во время отдыха ( 1. После заезда, 2. На второй день до выезда из номера). Лежишь себе, пытаешься вздремнуть и вдруг двери сами открываются- и сон пропал сразу.

Todo espectacular! La atención de Omar y su familia por sobre todas las cosas, pero además todo perfecto. La ubicación genial cerca de una salida, el alojamiento hermoso y las habitaciones super lindas, cómodas y limpias. El desayuno muy muy bueno! Estuve 3 días en Fez y luego seguí viajando, y ahora volví a este lugar :)

J'ai passé un bon séjour dans ce riad à Fès. Un grand merci à Omar, qui a été particulièrement serviable, attentif et toujours à l’écoute. Il a pris le temps de me donner de nombreuses recommandations sur les lieux à visiter, les bonnes adresses et les coins incontournables de Fès, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus enrichissant. Je recommande vivement ce riad à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Fès dans un cadre chaleureux et accueillant.

Estaba céntrico no había que meterse muy adentro de las calles. Bien, para viaje de chicas.

La cama fue lo peor del alojamiento, como si durmieras en en una tabla. Tuvimos una mala experiencia en esa ocasión. Pero para el precio que habíamos conseguido tampoco podíamos esperar mucho. Lo entiendo

Ubicación

El trato del personal, en concreto de Omar no fue apropiado. Su actitud hacía las mujeres no me pareció la más adecuada y su comportamiento en general fue nefasto. Las instalaciones estan muy viejas, necesita mantenimiento y el lugar está sucio. El baño estaba lleno de humedades y sucio. Además que la ducha está al lado del WC y cuando te duchas lo mojas todo. La puerta de la habitación rota y la terraza llena de colillas y basura en general. Estuvimos en otro Dar por el mismo precio y la experiencia fue increible.

Bueno ubicación

La limpieza justa. Cuando llegamos estaban limpiando la habitación. No la habían ventilado, olia a pies y el baño no estava limpio (no limpieza de la mampara de la dutxa, eramos dos y solo nos dejaron una toalla de baño, no toalla de aseo, polvo en los muebles de la habitación. Estubimos 4 días y no entraron a limpiar para nada la habitación. Teníamos que pedir nosotras el papel de WC cuando se terminaba. El personal del RIAD dormia en una sala contigua al comedor.

El Riad está muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo en una zona segura y a muy pocos metros de las calles principales. Creo que la ubicación es lo mejor del alojamiento. El personal muy amable y atento, el día que nos fuimos nos hicieron el desayuno para llevar, un detalle que nos encantó.

La limpieza del baño principalmente y que el inodoro estaba dentro de la ducha por lo que cuando te duchas, mojas todo el inodoro y el piso y si alguien quiere ir al baño después hay que secar todo porque queda todo mojado. Eso fue incómodo

In the old town. The host was kind and informative. He even made breakfast earlier as we were leaving early to catch our flights.

Wir sind sehr gut betreut worden, man hat uns eine Parkmöglichkeit für unsere Motorräder gezeigt und war immer ansprechbar bei Fragen, das Riad ist sehr schön und hat einen schönen Innenhof, Fußläufig zur Medina und gut zu finden, ausgibiges Frühstück

It was a beautiful! the inside was so detailed with colorful tile and was always super clean. It’s in a great location right on the edge of the Medina so not to loud but could get everywhere quickly. The best part of this whole stay was the staff. They couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. They were always around to help us plan our days and find the best places to eat. One of the cooks even did beautiful henna on me for my birthday. Overall this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I would recommend this to everyone.

Die Lage war gut, mitten in der Medina. Wir wurden nach unserer langen Anreise mit dem Zug, spät Abends, von dem jungen Mann mit Minztee begrüßt, was uns sehr freute. Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hätten uns zwei einzelne Betten gewünscht.

Great location, easy to get from medina. The building looks like it was renovated not so long ago. I met 2 hosts, one of them, a young men - super helpful, great communicator, and older - seems to not understand English. Beds are comfortable, room was Nicky decorated.

Lack of shelves in the bathroom. A very poor take away breakfast. The queen size bed had two separate mattresses - one was higher then the another one.

Our responsible person Marwane was really kind and helped us in many occasions. He was always reachable 24/7. He showed us everything nearby we needed to know, how to get along, in fès. The riad itself was cozy and comfortable and it felt like home. That's why we would always come back.

The bathroom has no open window and there is not that much space for laying down utilities.

Marwane était super acceuillant et bienveillant, il nous a bien servi et conseillé. Si je reviens à Fes j'irai à ce Riad.

Un petit déjeuner au Khlii aurait été parfait ! (Spécialité de Fès)

Marwan nos ayudó desde que llegamos y fue muy servicial, ayudándonos por ejemplo con el taxi al irnos. El desayuno fue muy completo. La ubicación era excelente en la Medina.

The Riad is beautiful and the Marwane was kind and helpful every single time we needed anything. He even offered to walk with us around and share some information. We would definitely repeat.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this riad! The host was exceptionally kind and helpful from the very start to the very end. They assisted us with everything — even helping us with our SIM card and arranging a taxi to the train station. On our first day, we were warmly welcomed with delicious hot tea, and every day thereafter, breakfast was always served thoughtfully. One morning, because we had to leave early, they even prepared breakfast earlier so we wouldn’t miss it. Their genuine care, attention to detail, and warmth made our experience unforgettable. I truly felt at home here. Highly, highly recommended!

Everything. The location. The food. The room was clean, traditional and comfortable. Most of all, our host Marwane was incredible. Spoke great English, was really friendly and made the experience 10000x better. He is such a good man! Definitely stay here when in Fes. We stayed in 3 Riad’s in our stay in Fes, this was by far the best!

Mi è piaciuta molto l’atmosfera autentica del riad, curato nei dettagli e molto accogliente. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Ottima anche la posizione nella medina, perfetta per visitare la città a piedi. La terrazza è un posto ideale per rilassarsi. Un grande complimento per il manager Brahim super professionale e disponibile, e la signora che lavora in cucina cucina dei piatti raffinatissimi.

Nie działała klimatyzacja/ogrzewanie (styczeń/luty) nie było zestawu kosmetycznego w łazience, łazienka była bardzo zimna, brak pościeli, popsuta lampka nocna, na dwie osoby jeden zestaw ręczników, nie działał telewizor ( choć nie był to priorytet) bardzo skromne śniadania. Tagine na kolację za 20€ /osoba to jest poprostu porażka dla porównania w inny Riad zjedliśmy kolację za 55€ (2 osoby) i dostaliśmy za to 4 dania i przystawki/ czekadełko

Very friendly personnel suggested us to feel at home and we did. Used common space as our sitting room in the evening and the host helped us with whatever we needed. Comfortable and well decorated riad is located not too far from one of the gates of medina, so it was easy to get in and out with suitcases. The breakfast was good.

Very friendly and helpful staff, who took us to the parking after our check in, great value and location. The building itself is pretty with rooftop seating.

For the price all was better than expected

Ubicación: dentro de la Medina pero fácil de salir de ella. / El desayuno muy bueno. / El Riad está muy bien decorado.

En el caso de mi habitación solo tenía ventana para el interior del Riad, no para afuera, por lo que no entraba luz natural. Pero supongo que se puede pedir una habitación que si ventana dé para afuera (especialmente para los claustrofóbicos).

Pendant la can je réserver une chambre triple pour deux nuits le lendemain amont retour a ma chambre je trouver mes affaires dans une autre chambre double sans prendre même ma permission et même pas il me demandait de me rendre la différence entre une chambre triple et double et petit déjeuner était médiocre. Vu que je réserve la nuit a 260€.
