沒有不喜歡，遺憾的地點需要自駕前往，沒自駕的需要斟酌一下

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Excellent service by friendly and professional staff. Our room was big, very quiet and had a beautiful view of mount Yufu which we could see from the onsen on our balcony. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast which were both excellent. Highly recommend this Ryokan.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026我們選一泊二食的方案 晚餐我選了基本款的懷石料理 非常美味 從前菜到主食每樣菜都令人驚艷 特別是烤香魚的料理方式非常美味 主食是一小盅壽喜牛 非常鮮嫩下飯 我個人覺得很滿意，份量很足夠 但兩個青少年兒子越吃越開胃 有一點吃不飽，後悔沒有升級成和牛鍋 但餐點只接受預約，現場無法加點 如果需要多吃的，記得要提前幾天升級餐點 服務上也非常精緻 有接駁車 因為我們當天火車誤點了40分鐘 我當天用booking 系統跟飯店更改接駁時間 飯店還是可以接送 飯店還安慰我說火車誤點讓我辛苦了 一到飯店就讓我們在餐廳喝茶休息 有專人為我們把行李抬到二樓 然後專人帶我們進入房間並一一說明 晚餐時刻印度裔的服務生非常親切為我們說菜 溫泉池很大很深也很熱 溫泉水無色無味，也不會滑 但消除疲勞很有效
地點離金鱗湖和商店區較遠 好在有計程車可以叫

Reviewed May 15, 2026The room was beautiful and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathtub was really enjoyable. The view from the room was absolutely amazing! We also had dinner at the hotel, and it was a very interesting and unexpected experience in a good way. Overall, it was a unique and enjoyable stay that we would definitely recommend :)
The bathtub might feel a bit small for two adults, but it was still nice to use.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Our room came with a private onsen and the room itself was really spacious and comfortable. The view to from the room is amazing (Mt Yufu and the village). The hotel staff picked us up from the station when we arrived, and we enjoyed walking to the town on other days (a scenic 20 mins walk). We stayed 2 nights and the dinner on the 2nd night and breakfast were great. The hotel staffs (especially Fadel, Ayu and another Japanese staff) were friendly and attentive!
Inconsistency in the service. Our first night dinner was not comparable to the 2nd night. And on our first night, the waiter’s service felt amateurish and not well-trained. One of the staffs were quite condescending.

場所が分かりにくいのが難点でした。 大きな露天風呂が無いのが残念。 部屋も暗く、浴室のガラスの折りたたみドアも締まりにくく、蜂が入って来て追い出すのに少し苦労しました。 食事は良かったと思いますが、お酒のラインナップは乏しく原価に比べて値段も高い。 ビールの自動販売機なども無く冷蔵庫にも無いので、残念。

Reviewed May 8, 2026電子郵件預約接駁很方便，ㄧ泊二食晚餐的部分，有一般會席、生魚片、和牛，我們吃最基本的，真的要吃很好，我覺得可以到市區吃，早餐跟晚餐都是原型食物，很健康，不會難吃，晚餐用餐時間大概快兩小時，接著回房間泡湯，看電視，電視有YouTube 、Netflix 可以選擇。

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026なんといっても部屋の露天風呂が最高です。 50℃くらいありそうな熱いお湯ですが 水を入れて温度調整。 入ってみるとしっかり温泉のお湯を感じられました。 夕食、朝食ともにとてもよかったです。 料理はもちろん、盛り付け方や器にもこだわりが感じられました。 スタッフの方にもとても丁寧に対応していただき、滞在中はとてもリラックスできました。
高台で、緑に囲まれた場所にあるため、都会よりは虫が多いですね。雨戸が開いていたからか、コオロギが侵入しました。コオロギには特に苦手意識が無かったため耐えられました。ゴキブリじゃなくて良かったです。

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה פחות לטעמי, כנראה שהייתי מעדיפה משהו קליל יותר, אבל זה עניין של טעם. בשירותים היה קצת חנוק ולא מאוורר ונחמד אם היו משפצים או מתחזקים יותר את האזור הזה של החדר.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2025The dinner was really delicious, very impressive, we were glad we booked the package with dinner. Breakfast was also nice.
We booked private onsen room but our onsen feels very exposed & someone could’ve see us naked if they wanted to. Although the hotel already design it in a way that people should not be seeing us but I still feel very unsafe. Also you can definitely hear your next door neighbors. I also don’t like the fact that you book a room that emphasizes the view of the famous yufu mountain but can’t actually see it when you’re in the tub. I also don’t like the lights during the night in the room was so dark. Also this hotel was not particularly clean. The staff who spoke Chinese to us might not be so good at Chinese maybe? So it just sounds rude.

沒有太大不滿意，就是房內的溫泉不是太夠熱，就這一點點美中不足
