溫泉泡湯獨立，房間乾淨

地點開車前往的路太難找了，詢問也沒有給好的答案，陡坡和小路，員工沒有很親切，因無日本電話可以聯繫，20:00過後就無法聯繫到，高千穗划船20:05通知因河水暴漲退費，無法當下通知員工隔天要用早餐，隔天早上員工8:05到，說明後得到的答案是我們無法用早餐，員工對韓國人很客氣，對其他外國人態度沒有很友善。

房間超大，舒適，有廚房，客廳有大大的桌子，適合全家聚在客廳聊天、吃東西及看電視

1.房間的泡湯池很小，無法全家一起泡湯，可惜 2.附近道路狹小且有些地方蠻陡，開休旅車前往的，要有技術喔！

朝食がワンプレートですが、野菜サラダたっぷり！ 部屋、綺麗でした。

貸し切り風呂なのですが、浴槽は広いけど、蛇口が(シャワー)3箇所しかなく、グループ４人で利用したので、順番待ち状態でした。 宿が由布院駅から遠く、夕食は駅周辺まで、車で行きました。 宿周辺には、何もなく、食べ物等は途中で購入してからが良いかと思います。部屋にテレビないです。

旅館主がとても親切だった。遅くチェックインしたのに、近くの食料品店に連れていってくれた。

純粋に、写真と全く違うから凄くがっかりした。 温泉貸切りできたが、温度が高いため子どもがお湯につかれないとともに、シャワーさえも冷たかった。 お布団もマットが無く固く、インターネットも部屋では繋がりが悪くテレビもないので、部屋で過ごす楽しみが少なかった。朝ご飯も8:30からなので、予定を詰め込んだ私達は、食べないことを選ばなければいけなかった。

공용온천이지만 예약제로 운영되어 불편함없이 이용가능하고, 탕의 물이 너무 깨끗하게 관리되어서 좋었어요. 해피라운지에서 밖에서 사온 음식 편하게 먹을수 있는것도 장점이고, 한국인 사장님이 친절하게 응대해주시고, 맛집 및 갈만한 곳 추천 등등 편하게 숙박할수 있었습니다 :)

夏も素敵ですが冬に泊まるのが一番いいです！ 貸切の温泉も素敵です！ スタッフの方もみんな素敵です

사장님이 한국인이셔서 소통에 장애가 없고 굉장히 친절하셨어요. 시설은 깨끗하고 불편한 점은 커녕 오히려 너무 좋았어요. 정말 좋은 점 하나하나 말하기가 너무 많아요.

숙소가 기차역에서 멀어요. 그게 다에요.

お部屋の説明などとても丁寧でした。安心して利用させてもらいました。温泉が2種類あり、1日目の夜と2日目の朝に利用させてもらえたのは人生初でした。時間帯での予約で貸切なのでとても快適でした。

4人でぴったりの部屋だったので、特に不満などは感じませんでした。娘がブュッフェスタイルが好きなので、ブュッフェだとありがたかったです。たどり着くまでに道が分かりにくく狭かったです笑

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und hatte ein großes Fenster mit Blick in den Garten. Auch der kostenlose Shuttleservice war super und auch hilfreich, da die Unterkunft auf einem Berg liegt und es mit Gepäck sehr herausfordernd gewesen wäre zu Fuß hochzulaufen. Das private Onsen, das direkt beim Einchecken reserviert werden konnte war sehr angenehm und hatte eine herrliche Aussicht.

동화속에 온 것처럼 숙소가 엄청 이뻤습니다. 온천도 객실도 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 직원분께서 친절하게 대해주셔서 더 편했고 저희 어머니와 아버지가 너무 행복해하셔서 다음에 또 오고 싶습니다.

This was an incredible stay and the highlight of our trip. With a small and intimate setting, Yufuin Hoshinosato delivers a wonderful experience. The rooms are large and in traditional tatami style, with a fridge and adjacent toilet. The onsen was a highlight, with two baths to choose from and a well organised booking system upon arrival which endures each guest gets both a morning and an evening slot to enjoy the onsen with it's spectacular view of the valley. The fact that the property is set on the edge of Yufuin gives the advantage of it having a wonderful view. The staff also can pre arrange pick up from the station and drop off on your departure which is so thoughtful. A special thank you to the friendly staff and especially the proprietor, with whom we enjoyed chatting too. Thank you so much for our stay! 🌷

I love the stay, it’s very peaceful. I had a very good rest here :) It was a steep drive to the accommodation but still manageable. It was quite fun though :)

溫泉池還不錯喔！晚上可以泡大浴池，早上可以泡小浴池！

距離熱鬧的大街實在太遠了，附近沒有餐廳可以吃。溫泉是預約制的，房間內沒有浴室，走到飯店滿身汗卻無法洗澡。

Yufuin Hoshinosato was a wonderful place to stay. Our spacious Japanese-style room was comfortable and relaxing, and the shared bathroom was clean, although you had to book a time to bath Japanese style. The dining room offered complimentary whiskey and shochu, hot/cold water, ice and coffee/tea facilities, which was a lovely touch. Host Jay spoke excellent English and personally welcomed every guest, making everyone feel at home. Breakfast was hearty, balanced, and a great way to start the day. Highly recommended for a warm and authentic stay.

Futons were a little uncomfortable. Location was really only reachable by car or taxi, although I believe there is a pickup service. Nothing much around by walkable distance, so pick up extra food and drinks before you arrive. We were travelling by car, so the location was fine for us and the car park was large.

湯布院星的里，是一間位於群山綠樹間寧靜的住宿。房間內部是日式榻榻米，有榻榻米的香氣，感到愜意與放鬆。溫泉泉水舒服、環境整潔、早餐及招待點心都很好吃。老闆及員工都很親切熱情，非常推薦大家！

Great hospitality from the manager. Very friendly, very informative, very accommodating. Incredibly clean and comfortable. The common dining area is a great place for friends to chill out. Depending on the room, you enjoy gorgeous views. Location-wise, it's surrounded by some nature. It's not in the main tourist area and it will be helpful to drive. That said, the hotel will gladly pick you up from the station. Thanks to its location, we enjoyed lovely peace and calm.

Location - not ideal without a car

レンタカーで行ったので、早めに着く予定となりました。オーナーさんへその旨連絡した所、一台分は確保できているので、早めに止めても良いとのことでした。施設から徒歩で出かける事にしました。出かける際、送迎と同じ時間にすれば、夕飯時の食事処の近くで、降ろしてくださると言うので、雨の中、徒歩ではなくて、大変助かりました。朝食は、軽めの内容で、ちょうど良かったです。

虫の死骸、小さなムカデらしき脚の数の多い虫がいました。カーテンが所々、ほつれていました。スリッパも、ほつれた部分があり、階段で引っ掛かってしまいました。

周りが静かだった。台風の影響もあり 妻と2人で、他に宿泊客がいなく、オーナーもすぐいなくなってしまった。 自由に出来たがやや不親切か？と思ったが貸別荘感があって面白かった。

シャワーが水！温かくなるまで時間かかりすぎ！ 露天風呂が使われていないで荒れていた。 建物が古い。 金庫が使えない。 場所が分かりづらい。

大小２つの貸切風呂が楽しめることと、どのスタッフさんもとても良い方で、近隣のおすすめのお食事処を一緒に探していただいたり、とても素敵な対応でした。 お風呂もゆっくりするのに十分な時間で、日々の疲れを癒すことができました。

建物が木造ということもあり、廊下や上の階の足音や子どもの声など、結構気になりました。お風呂までの通路にあるお部屋だったので夜まで廊下の足音うるさかったです。 あと上の階がお子様連れで夜中も朝も足音、泣き声、叫び声大変でした。建物の構造上仕方ないことなので、それを理解された上で宿泊された方が良いです。

It was a beautiful and peaceful place to relax after a long day of traveling. Mr. Jay, the owner, was very helpful and tried to meet my needs by providing a vegetarian option for breakfast. The place offers a beautiful view and has an onsen to relax. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet.

We chose this hotel knowing it was a bit further out—and it turned out to be one of its greatest strengths. The distance from the busy areas gave us exactly what we were looking for: a quiet, peaceful retreat surrounded by nature and a truly stunning view. The hotel offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay, with a relaxing atmosphere throughout. The highlight was definitely the onsen, where we could soak while enjoying a breathtaking panoramic view of Yufuin. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home.

Der Hausherr spricht sehr gut Englisch und empfängt die Gäste persönlich. Im Gästehaus gibt es einen Onsen, der privat genutzt wird, dafür muss gleich bei Ankunft eine Zeit reserviert werden. Das ist wirklich super. Frühstück ist inklusive. Ruhige Lage am Ortsrand mit Blick auf Yufuin. Der Gastgeber übernimmt nach Absprache auch den Transfer vom und zum Bahnhof Yufuin.

Etwas abgelegen, am besten man hat ein Mietauto, was Erkundungen und Abendessen komfortabel macht.

สิ่งที่ดีที่สุดของที่นี่ก็คือการบริการ คุณเจเจ้าของโรงแรมบริการดีมากๆ สุสานภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีเยี่ยม เขามีบริการรับส่งฟรีจาก สถานี ถึงโรงแรม ในส่วนของเรา ขับรถไปผิดที่เขาก็ นำทางไป จนถึงโรงแรม และยังช่วย พาเราไปส่งที่ซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตหลังจากเช็คอินแล้วเพราะว่าทางกลับมาค่อนข้างลึกลับซับซ้อน บวกกับการที่เรายังไม่ได้กินข้าวที่โรงแรมไม่มีขายอาหารเย็นนะเพราะฉะนั้นกินมาก่อนหรือเตรียมของมากินด้วยล่ะ ห้องก็ดีบรรยากาศก็ดีมีทุกอย่างให้พร้อม ห้องออนเซ็นก็ดีมีถึง 2 ห้อง ให้จองเวลาก่อนมีความเป็นส่วนตัวมากๆ คนไทยต้องชอบ อาหารเช้าก็มีให้ มีเครื่องดื่ม ให้มากด ฟรี ตลอดทั้งวัน สมกับที่คุณเจเคยทำงานโรงแรม 5 ดาวบริการของเขาถึงโรงแรม จะเล็กแต่ก็เอาไป 5 ดาวเลย ถ้าใโอกาสไป ก็จะไปพักที่นี่อีกค่ะ

ถ้าคุณขับรถมาที่นี่จะต้องใช้เส้นทางจากในเมืองเป็นถนนเล็กๆ ชันนิดหน่อย ไม่ใช่ถนนหลักที่พาขึ้นเขาไม่อย่างนั้นทางที่จะลงไปหาโรงแรมจะค่อนข้างชันและยาก ส่วนนี้ฉันเข้าใจว่าเป็นความผิดของ Google Map อีกอย่างหนึ่งด้วยความที่เป็นโรงแรมแบบ เรียวกัง สำหรับคนที่หูไวจะได้ยินเสียงรบกวนเช่นคนเดิน ลมพัดประตู

Sehr schön gelegenes Ryokan mit tollem Blick auf den Ort und die Berge vom Zimmer und von Onsen aus. Nette Wirte und fantastisches Onsen Bad.

I'm Schlafzimmer ist es etwas kalt und aus dem Abfluss von der Küche kam gelegentlich ein unangenehmer Geruch. Generell könnte das Zimmer etwas Modernisierung vertragen, aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

온천물이 아주 좋았습니다. 조식도 간단하게 먹기 좋았습니다. 조용하고 한적합니다. 직원 친절합니다.

숙소가 중심지에서 떨어져있어요. 차로 움직여야 하는데 도로 환경이 썩 좋지는 않습니다.

직원분이 너무 친절하게 맞이해주시고 배웅해주시고 어머니를 모시고 갔는데 연세가 많으셔서 걱정했거든요 직원분이 어머니 배려하셔서 객실도 먼저 말씀해주시고 친절하게 대해주셔서 너무 좋았습니다. 아침식사도 간단하지만 실속있었습니다.

객실 내 샤워시설이 없는것과 객실내 수도 시설에서 거의 찬물만 나와서 조금 불편했습니다. 하지만 가격을 감안하면 다 이해할수있는 정도 입니다.

部屋にテレビが無い。 タオルを次の日も利用しないといけないが、乾かすとこが足りない。 サニタリーボックスがない。 電気毛布がなくても温かい布団にして欲しい、上布団が短い。

The hotel had a beautiful view and the Japanese style rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great private onsens and the use by guests very well managed. The staff were so welcoming.

It was a bit far to walk from the centre but the hotel provided a shuttle to get to the hotel and the return to the station.

한국인 남자 직원분이 계셔서 편했어요! 유후인에서는 택시가 잘 안잡히는데 셔틀이 있어서 좋았어요! 온천도 좋았고 조식 간단하게 나오는데 맛있더라고요

방음이 잘 안돼서 밤 9시부터는 조용히 있어야 됩니다.

1. 방 크기 및 구조 방이 아주 넓어서 가족들끼리 묵기 아주 좋습니다. 특히 방에 주방이 있고, 개별 소욕탕도 갖추어져 있어서 마트에서 산 음식을 요리해먹기 좋고, 온천도 개인 방에서 자유롭게 이용 가능합니다. 2. 온천 대욕탕과 소욕탕을 예약 시스템으로 프라이빗하게 이용 가능합니다. 가족끼리 다같이 들어갈 수도 있고 성별에 따라 들어갈 수도 있고 자유롭게 프라이빗한 시간을 즐길 수 있습니다. 100% 온천수로 되어있어서 3박 묵는 매일동안 온천을 했습니다. 아주 피부가 보드라워지고 피로가 싸악 풀렸습니다. 특히 모든 일정을 끝내고 온천을 하면 아주 꿀잠 가능합니다! 3. 픽업서비스 카톡으로 픽업서비스 예약이 가능합니다. 최대한 편의를 봐주셔서 픽업 시간 변경도 바로바로 해주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 그리고 사장님께서 너무 친절하게 해주셔서 시간 여유가 가능하실 때면, 유후다케도 픽업, 픽드랍 해주시고 맛난 밥집도 추천해주셔서 직접 데려다주시고 너무 감사하게 보냈습니다. (이것은 당연하게 해주시는 서비스는 아닙니다. ) - 효도여행으로 온 곳인데 부모님께서 너무 만족하셨습니다. 조용한 자연 속에서 힐링하고 싶은 분들에게는 안성맞춤인 숙소입니다ㅎㅎ

シャワーのお湯が全く出なかった点と、部屋にテレビがないのが、ちょっと残念でした。

宿泊料が安い スタッフさんは対応等良かった 部屋自体は一軒家風で綺麗。 部屋から駐車場に直接出れるドアがあったのは良かった。

温泉のお湯の温度が低い(特に朝)海外からのお客様がほぼなので、そこに合わせているのかもしれません。 お風呂の時間が枠で決まってるのですが、前の時間に使用された方のタオルが置きっぱなしだったり、洗面所がお湯が張ったまま置かれてたり、掃除が微妙。 他の宿泊者の部屋のドアが開きっぱなしで、廊下を通るたび、男性が部屋で寝そべってる姿が目に入り不快。なぜ、ドアを閉めない。 朝ご飯の時間が1番早くて８時半なので、早目の行動を予定してる方は辞めておいた方がいいです。

지난 주 어른 5명 아이 2명이 2박 숙박하였습니다. 객실, 온천탕도 청결하게 유지되고 직원분도 한국어로 친절하게 잘 응대해주시고 잘 챙겨주셔서 기분 좋게 묵고 왔습니다.

スタッフさんの対応がとても素敵でした。 私は日本人ですが、他人と温泉に浸かることに抵抗のある海外の方にとっては温泉が貸切というのはとてもありがたいのだろうなと思いました。

部屋のトイレにあった蜘蛛の巣などが少し気になりました。 朝食を日本食にすると海外の方は特に喜ばれると思います☺︎☺︎

房間乾淨舒服，雖然設施比較簡單但是可以找到需要的一切，溫泉是私人溫泉，非常舒服，泡起來感覺皮膚非常絲滑。 老闆與員工都非常親切，給了我們很多可以去的景點跟餐廳，離開時遇到下雪，老闆也給予很多幫助

隔音較差一些，對於噪音敏感的人可能要戴耳塞

La experiencia 'onsen privada por un rato' con vistas, buena calidad y excelente temperatura del agua; las conversaciones con el señor Jay, anfitrión excelente; la habitación, la vista al jardín, la ubicación, el silencio, el sake de cortesia y los snacks de bienvenida, el transfer de/para la estación, la amabilidad del personal, la música clásica y la limpieza.

El desayuno podría ser un poco más natural y local, y quizás empezar antes (8:00?). Sería de ayuda saber antes que hay un microondas para calentar la cena (Booking no lo dice). El aire acondicionado estaba apagado al llegar al cuarto pero tardó poco en calentarse. Los horarios de la onsen que nos tocaron por la mañana nos obligaron a un madrugón y la ventana de la sala estaba abierta... brrr. Siendo estos hechos de escasa importancia en comparación con el resto. La relación calidad-precio de este establecimiento está muy bien!

샤워시간이 긴 편이라 2명이서 씻는 50분이 저희에겐 짧게 느껴졌어요 ㅠㅠ 특히 같이 오더라도 따로 씻는 케이스도 많은 편이거든요 온천물도 즐기기엔 시간이 부족해서 10분정도만 즐기고 왔습니다

One of the best places I have stayed in Japan during my visit . Staff were super friendly and willing to go extra mile to help and support us. the owner exceptionally drove us to the train station to catch our early train for our next trip. And they also offered us early breakfast before the usual hours.I’m pretty sure I will be back again 🥰thank you

The view, the room, the onsen. Everything!!

Not like is a strong term, but I’d say that I was surprised how it was very “into the woods” feeling. But drove there and enjoyed the stay!

조용하고 온천물이 좋아요. 조식도 깔끔하고. 웰컴드링크가 위스키네요.

온천탕을 미리 예약할 수 있는데 우리가 예약한 시간에 다른 사람이 이용하고 있어서 온천을 못 할 뻔 했습니다 온천 때문에 일부러 멀리까지 가족들 모시고 왔는데 온천을 이용 못 한다 ? 너무 화가나더라구요 이른 아침이라 확인할 직원도 없고 너무 답답했습니다 가족이면 방 붙혀달라고 꼭 적으세요, 2개 방 예약했는데 방 따로따로 줘서 불편했고 실내 조명 많이 어두운 편 입니다

Clean, modern and comfy place to stay with 2 private onsens on site. There is not much around but there is a living area where you can eat your outside food complete with coffee, tea etc. The breakfast was lovely and filling and the staff and the owner were lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend!

It’s a little hard to find the property at night as there are no street lamps near the road in, but if you come during the day time it shouldn’t be a problem!

Ciche, spokojne miejsce, z dala od turystycznego zgiełku. Do tego piękny widok z wewnętrznego onsenu na miasto. Jeśli nie zależy ci na bliskości większości atrakcji turystycznych i wolisz bliskość do natury, to miejsce jest dla ciebie. Podróżując samochodem lepiej skontaktować się z pensjonatem i poprosić o mapę dojazdu - drogi proponowane przez mapy Google są strome i wąskie, a istnieje w miarę wygodna droga dojazdowa

room was clean and special. wifi was great.

booked the onsen for 23:00 (the last booking since we arrived late) and the water was cold (shower water was fine after 5 minutes, but the bath was cold and disappointing)- very disappointing. no one to contact at this time. breakfast was pretty small.
