Comment trouver les mots pour parler de notre expérience ... le camp est magnifique et suffisament petit pour créer un voyage vraiment unique. Les lits sont très confortables, la salle de bain aussi et également très propre. Tous les repas étaient délicieux et servi dans une tente restaurant très confortable. Mais ce qui a été le plus touchant pour nous est l'accueil de Younes, Hamid et sa famille. Une sincère gentillesse et toute l'attention pour notre confort ... Notre petit Léo a été accueilli comme un prince et nous nous sommes senti tellement bien auprès d'eux. La balade avec les dromadaires était un moment génial ... à ne pas louper ! Le plus difficile était de partir. Nous avons passé sur le camps parmi les plus beaux moments de notre vie. Merci pour votre hospitalité, votre simplicité et votre générosité. Vraiment authentique. Une ambiance inoubliable

A la fois l'authenticité et la simplicité du cadre de cette approche du désert ! La réalité du site a dépassé notre rêve ! Nous avons eu l'impression d'être des invités au pays Berbère ! De plus repas et petits déjeuners ont été excellents et servis dans une vaisselle digne d'un restaurant de charme

Tout était parfait !

Les frères Hamid et Younes sont adorables. Ils nous ont préparé un repas délicieux et raffiné avec des produits de très bonne qualité. Le bivouac ne comprend que 5 tentes très espacées les unes des autres. C’est un petit paradis. Tout était parfait. Les hôtes avaient creusé des trous pour y mettre des bougies et créer une ambiance magique. Les chants autour du feu étaient très beaux.

Un grand merci à Younes , Hamid et Mohamed pour leur accueil . Une expérience incroyable au milieu des dunes . On est déjà en plein désert c’est fou ! Tout est magnifique et propre , la décoration est soignée . La grande tente sous laquelle nous avons dormi avec notre fils était grande et confortable. Les espaces communs et les sanitaires sont également très propres et soignés . Dîners et petits déjeuners excellents et copieux ! Nous avons pu aller à Erg Chegaga sur la journée en 4x4 , et le lendemain une balade en dromadaire autour du camp avec Younes . Nous sommes ravis de cette expérience que nous recommandons à 100% !!

Tolles Camp mit nur 5 Zelten, sehr sauber, dehr gutes Essen, sehr freundliche Menschen! Wir konnten mit unserem Dacia Duster bis zum Camp fahren. Wir empfehlen, 2 Nächte zu bleiben, am 2. Tag haben wir noch einen Ausflug zu Erg Chigaga gemacht, was sich sehr gelohnt hat. Danke an Younes und seinem Team!

Die Hosts haben sich super um uns gekümmert. Wir haben im Voraus mit ihnen ausgemacht, dass wir mit unserem eigenen Auto zum Camp fahren. Wir wurden dann mit dem Motorrad an der großen Straße abgeholt damit wir den Weg finden. Sie hatten uns vorgewarnt, dass der Weg nicht ganz einfach ist. Der Weg war machbar, aber wir hatten teilweise Angst um unseren Unterboden, weil es eine unebenen Schotterpiste ist. Wir haben zwei Nächte übernachtet und können das nur wärmstens empfehlen. Am zweiten Tag haben wir mit Hamid eine Tour zu den großen Sanddünen von Erg Chegaga gemacht (inkl. Wildtiere, Tee neben den Dünen, guter Musik und interessante Gespräche). Es war definitiv eins der Highlights unserer Reise. Was uns auch begeistert hat, war das Frühstück und Abendessen. Auch wenn wir im März dort waren, war es super gemütlich in den Zelten und es gab genug Wolldecken.

L'emplacement of course, au milieu du désert et des dunes ! La tente était propre et confortable, avec toutes les commodités côté sanitaires. L'accueil chaleureux de Younes, Mamid et Mohammed qui cuisinent extrêmement bien et nous ont fait vivre des moments magiques lors des activités. Ils ont été prévenants en nous conseillant de réserver un hotel lors d'une tempête de sable notre première nuit. Ils ont même fait un gâteau pour feter mon anniversaire!

The owners of the camp were really friendly and helpful, they picked us up on the street (the entry to the dessert) and guided us to the camp. The street to the camp is a little rough but it’s doable with a normal car. They welcomed us with some delicious tea. We did a 1 hour camel ride for sunset. Dinner has also been really delicious.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce camp avec nos enfants de 11 et 14 ans. Nous voulions vivre une expérience authentique dans le désert et cela a totalement correspondu à nos attentes et même au-delà ! Younés et ses frères ont été très attentionnés et ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Nous avons pu organiser différentes activités avec eux comme une balade à dromadaire au lever du soleil, une excursion à Erg Chegaga et du sandboarding. Nous avons eu la chance d’y croiser des autruches. Le camp allie parfaitement l’authenticité et le confort et la nourriture est généreuse et délicieuse ! Contrairement à d’autres camps qui nous ont semblé plus superficiels, celui-ci est intime avec 5 tentes les unes espacées des autres pour respecter une certaine intimité. Les parties communes comme les sanitaires étaient impeccables, pratiques et propres et le salon pour y prendre les repas était plein de charme, très coloré et chaleureux. Bref, tout était parfait ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce camp et nous espérons pouvoir y revenir un jour ! Un grand merci à Younés, Hamid et toute l’équipe !

Wir sind in den Weihnachtsferien mit unserer 14-jährigen Tochter nach Marokko gereist. Ich hatte mir im Rahmen unserer Tour eine Übernachtung in der Wüste gewünscht, wollte aber keine dieser Gruppentouren machen. Bei meiner Recherche bin ich bei google Maps auf das Authentique Berber Camp gestoßen und habe mich aufgrund der Bewertungen zur Buchung entschlossen. Auch wenn die Kommunikation über WhatsApp erst etwas holprig schien, hat die Abstimmung letztlich super geklappt. Ich hätte mir wirklich keine Sorgen machen müssen, denn die Brüder Younes und Hamid sind die zuverlässigsten und aufmerksamsten Gastgeber, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Sie haben immer das Wohl der Gäste im Blick und sind dabei so angenehm unaufdringlich und authentisch, wirklich sehr beeindruckend. Wir haben uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch muss man sich keinerlei Gedanken machen, dass einem etwas aufgedrängt wird oder man übervorteilt wird. Im Gegenteil, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach unschlagbar. Das Camp war sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und super sauber. Es gab insgesamt nur 5 Zelte mit großem Abstand zueinander, zudem ein gemütliches Gemeinschaftszelt und ein Häuschen mit Toiletten und Duschen, wo man sogar warm duschen konnte! Und alles wunderschön und blitzeblank. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr reichhaltig und das beste, das wir während unseres Marokko-Aufenthalts gegessen haben! Herzlichen Dank an Younes, der selbst kocht! Das Essen war so lecker. Aufgrund der Empfehlung in den Bewertungen sind wir nicht nur eine, sondern zwei Nächte geblieben, worüber wir sehr froh waren. Tagsüber haben wir einen tollen Ausflug mit Hamid in der Wüste gemacht. Wir haben die großen Dünen von Erg Chegaga besucht und auch auf dem Weg so viel Interessantes gesehen, sogar einen Vogel Strauß! Zudem haben wir abends einen Kamelritt im Sonnenuntergang gemacht. Vielen, vielen Dank an Hamid, Younes und ihre Mitarbeiter für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.

Es hätte nicht besser sein können. Es wäre wunderbar, eines Tages wieder zu kommen, dann im Frühling oder Herbst, wenn man draußen übernachten kann mit Blick auf den überwältigenden Sternenhimmel.

Nous avons passé une nuit magique chez Younes et sa famille. L’endroit est absolument magnifique d’un calme absolu. Les tentes sont décorées avec goût. Les repas sont copieux et délicieux. Nous avons passé la soirée sous les étoiles autour d’un feu avec Younes, Mohamed, Hamid et Rachid. Vous pouvez réserver des excursions directement avec eux. Balade à dos de dromadaires dans les dunes. Excursion d’une journée en 4x4 pour voir les dunes D’erg Chegaga. Nous avons même eu la chance de voir des autruches. Pour notre part nous reviendrons les voir pour faire un trek de plusieurs jours dans les dunes. Des souvenirs gravés à jamais dans notre mémoire. Merci pour tout! Our stay at the camp was amazing, one of the most memorable experiences I've ever had. Younes and his cousin were the most kind and lovely hosts. All homecooked meals were really tasty and served in a very nice restaurant tent. I would recommend anytime. There are other camps in the area, but truly feels authentic. Thank you so much for this special new year's eve.

Un petit camp de 5 tentes qui était parfait pour profiter des joies du désert dans un milieu intimiste. Les repas étaient excellents, les tentes confortables et les sanitaires en faïences très jolies plus encore dans le désert. Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de pression sous la douche mais dans le désert cela semble logique. Le tour en 4x4 était top, tout comme le tour en dromadaire. Merci encore pour l'accueil !

Beautiful place created and managed from heart. Simple and comfortable, nicely decorated, very good food and nice conversations with super friendly staff ready to cater to tour needs. Tout est magique ! Tous nos sens sont stimulés dans cette expérience inoubliable. Dès l'entrée dans la tente, le parfum des roses vous plonge dans une ambiance agréable propice à la détente. Plus tard, l'encens, le feu de bois et le repas continueront de chatouiller vos narines. Le goût : la soupe berbère, la tajine le soir et l'omelette du matin régaleront vos papilles. Vos nuits seront douces dans des draps propres et sur des matelas confortables. Pour prolonger cette sensation de douceur n'hésitez pas à retirer vos chaussures pour vous aventurer dans les dunes alentours afin de profiter des carresses du sable du désert. Vos oreilles ne seront pas en reste ! Entre la profondeur apaisante du silence des lieux simplement rompue par vos conversations ou par les chants berbères de vos hôtes entonnés au coin du feu après le repas on s'engage dans un voyage intérieur à la découverte d'une autre culture en quelques instants. La vue, les lumières du coucher et du lever de soleil dans les dunes, les couleurs éclatantes des cousins dans la tente, le bleu profond des teintures et les sourires de vos hôtes vous laisseront un souvenir mémorable. Mais surtout, vous serez émerveillé par l'humanité de Younes, Mohammed et Hamid. Par leur gentillesse, leur hospitalité, par leur envie de vous faire partager leur desert, leur culture avec une vérité et une simplicité touchante. Personnel aux petits soins, camp au milieu des dunes mais accessible en voiture et la nourriture est excellente ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ! Pour avoir fait le désert de Merzouga le lendemain, nous avons largement préféré ce désert pour son calme et son authenticité

Notre séjour a été incroyable ! Younes et le personnel son d'une gentillesse extrême. Il fait tout avec le cœur. La tente était spacieuse, propre avec une décoration raffinée. La salle de bain avec toilettes et douches en plein désert, un grand luxe. La nourriture excellente et généreuse. Le feu de camp le soir magique. Et si vous faites la sortie en chameau sachez qu'ils sont extrêmement bien traités. Le camp est accessible par 7km de piste depuis la route. Même en kia punto c'est passé ! Et Younes vient vous chercher en moto pour vous guider dans le désert ! D'autres excursions sont possibles comme le 4x4 dans les grandes dunes. Le meilleur endroit où nous avons séjourner pendant notre voyage au Maroc. Merci Younes et l'équipe !

Het contact met Younes verliep vlot via whatsapp. Via whatsapp neemt hij contact op met je over de opties en prijzen van het eten en activiteiten. Wij hebben twee nachten gespendeerd in het kamp, ik denk dat het een van de meest bijzondere ervaringen is die ik ooit heb gehad. De tenten waren ruim en schoon. Het eten, zowel lunch, ontbijt als avond eten zijn het beste wat we in Marokko gegeten hebben; alles wordt vers bereid en smaakt geweldig. Ook de kamelen die op het kamp zijn, zijn in goede conditie en worden goed verzorgd met respect voor het dier. Ik kan een verblijf bij dit kamp niet genoeg aanraden aan iedereen die de woestijn wilt ervaren. De rust, kleinschaligheid, schoonheid en gastvrijheid van dit kamp en de familie kan ik niet met woorden omschrijven. Younes en familie, bedankt voor alles. 🙏

Wspaniałe miejsce, wspaniali ludzie i wspaniałe jedzenie. Lepszego miejsca w Maroku nie było! Younes i jego wspólnicy są niezwykle uprzejmi, pomocni i sympatyczni. Bardzo się starają aby w tym odludnym miejscu gościom niczego nie brakowało. Obóz (w porównaniu z innym, który mieliśmy okazję zobaczyć w trakcie wycieczki jeep`em po pustyni) jest niesamowicie kameralny (dobre rozmieszczenie namiotów zapewnia prywatność gościom) i czysty (sanitariaty na pustyni są utrzymane w zaskakująco dobrym stanie). Posiłki przygotowywane na miejscu są obfite i bardzo smaczne - tutaj jedliśmy najlepsze tadżiny w całym Maroku. Wieczorne berberskie koncerty przy ognisku są uroczym wstępem do podziwiania rozgwieżdżonego nieba (z droga mleczną włącznie) i noclegu pod gwiazdami. W ofercie dodatkowej zjawiskowa przejażdżka na wielbłądach o wschodzie lub zachodzie słońca oraz kilkugodzinna wyprawa jeep`em po pustyni. Spędziliśmy u Younesa dwie noce, a ja wybrałam sobie to miejsce na spędzenie całego dnia urodzin. Nigdy nie zapomnę urodzinowych śpiewów wieczorem przy ognisku (podjęli nawet próbę odśpiewania "Sto lat" po polsku) i zabawy z Berberami:) Gorąco polecam ten obóz - sama na pewno chcę wrócić w to magiczne miejsce!

Un accueil formidable, un endroit formidable. Le confort absolue au milieu du désert. La nourriture était excellente. Nous avons passé un excellent moment qui resteras à jamais gravé dans nos cœurs.

Its was exactly what we were looking for: fresh and authentic homemade food, nicely spaced tents and the quiet of the full moon night. The host take great pride in their culture and are really happy to share it with you. We indulged in a Dromedar tour and the the part of it came surprisingly at the end, as we witnessed the love with which they attend to their animals

Forget tourist places like Merzouga. This is the most authentic Berber experience you can have in the Moroccan desert. Before the trip, Younes contacted us via WhatsApp to understand which activities we would like to do. The road is not paved, but you can get there with a regular car. The tents are big and comfortable, and most importantly, they are not close to each other as you often see in other desert camps. The bathroom is very clean. The food service is incredible. As we spent two nights, we had two breakfasts (included), two dinners, and one lunch. The food was very authentic and plentiful. They take care of every detail. We did a three-hour camel tour with Mohammed, which was also a very nice activity. They asked us if we wanted to go for longer, but after three hours, it was perfect for us. I highly recommend this camp to anyone traveling to Morocco.

I had the most wonderful experience at the camp - as a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly well cared for, and I would like to recommend this experience to all other travelers. Tents are standing in quite a distance from each other, which allows for privacy. Bathrooms are super clean, showers have warm water. Food is amazing! Seriously - made with love and care from fresh ingredients. I had a day trip to see the high dunes, which was the highlight of my stay in Morocco. Memories from it will stay with me forever. At night, you can see Milky Way. This is a true desert experience & I would love to recommend it to anyone looking for something genuine and authentic.

Amazing experience. From the communication before arrival, to the 4x4 pick-up from town, to the food, to the organising the camel ride, to the campfire and music. I can only say the best about this place. The people are incredibly kind. I was travelling on my own as a woman and there was no other guests at the camp during my stay but at no time I felt unsafe. Everyone was very kind, welcoming and very respectful. I felt very safe since the very first moment. Younes is very friendly and very well organized. You can feel that it is a family business and led from the heart. The camp itself is beautiful! Everything was very clean and the food was amazing. I would absolutely recommend this place and I am so happy that I got to experience it.

Staying at the desert camp was an unforgettable experience, with a unique atmosphere that made us feel like we were in another world. The owner brothers were incredibly helpful and friendly, the food was delicious, and the tents were clean with tidy bathrooms. The breathtaking views from the camp left us with memories to last a lifetime.

It was really unique experience to spend a night on the desert, it was so quiet and peaceful. We did not expect that food served there will be so amazing! One of the best meals (if not the best) we had during our trip to Morocco. You don't need 4x4 car to get near the camp, but you will need to drive very slowly and carefully. I would love to visit again.

Everything was fantastic.

There are only four tents to stay in. They are set apart from each other for privacy. We were lucky as there was only one man there for one night then we were the only ones in the camp for the next day and night. We were 7 km from the main road so felt definitely in the desert. There is a built toilet and shower block. Very clean. Not much water pressure but it is the desert! There is an open cabana to sit and take tea. The food is served in a larger covered tent. You sit on cushions at low tables. It’s brightly coloured and decorated with all local things.

The kindness of the two brothers Youness and Hammid and their cousin Hassan was amazing. We we're picked up with our car and Hammid showed us the way to the camp. We felt right at home. In the camp there was absolute tranquility. The food was really great thanks to chef Younes. Thanks for everything!

An oasis in the middle of the desert. We didn't know what to expect except what we had read in the reviews. We really liked the food, the tranquillity, the atmosphere, the entertainment, and the cat.

We didn't like having to leave the property after two nights. We could have easily stayed longer.

This place is simply incredible. Colourful, welcoming tents and amazing facilities. Food was AMAZING - we had the best tagine in Morocco! Watching the moon rise and the beautiful night sky and stars - a special forever memory. Younes is a perfect host and goes out of his way to make your stay special. Bathrooms were better than some B&Bs!

Love everything, the desert, the calm ambiance, the fire camp with traditional singing. Food was amazing, hosts were extremely organized, accommodating, authentic and kind. Overall amazing experience, definitely recommend. It's a worth a trip to M'Hamid/Morroco on its own.

It is a unique experience to live with the berbers in the desert. Younes and his family are super friendly and kind. For us one night was sufficient, I would recommend more if you need some zen time. Must do! Thank you Younes, inshallah tout est possible :)

Camp is not closed to the others. Perfect service and tent was perfectly clean. Very helpful owner.

Amazing berber camp in the desert. There are only four tents so we all felt like a big family. We felt very much at home with our hosts. The camp is placed between two sand dunes far away from influence of the modern world. We enjoyed a four hour camel trek with included lunch break. We enjoyed authentic moroccan hospitality and food through and through. The atmosphere was magical especially after sunset around the bonfire where we could enjoy local music and good talks with our hosts.

Perfect from the beginning to the end. We only had one night there but next time we would stay longer. Communication was very easy via WhatsApp. We were picked up near Mhamid with the dromedars and rode through the dunes to the Camp. The Camp has a very remote location. No immediate neighbours like in the other Camps we have seen. There are only a few tents and they are far apart from each other. The tent is really big. There is an extra tent with 2 showers and 2 toilets- way more luxurios than you would expect in the desert. We were brought to a huge dune about 5 minutes from the Camp for sandboarding and an amazing sunset. In the morning we did a sunrise dromedar Tour. We were brought back to Mhamid by Pickup, which was also really fun. Our 4 hosts made this place extra special. They prepared extremely good breakfast and dinner and showed us Berber music and shared their life in the desert with us for one day. We can only highly recommend it.

Just wow! I'm really not a fan of exaggerated good ratings, because nothing in life is perfect. Authentic Berber camp, however, is as good as it gets. I could write 1001 words and still wouldn't be able to describe the welcoming kindness of these two Imizhgen who shared their home and traditions with us. Spending the night underneath the breathtaking milkyway, tasting traditional Tajine, listening to (and also playing) traditional Amazigh music, breathing in the hot, dry air of the Sahara.... It's even more impressive in summer, since there are (almost) no other people in the desert. It is as peaceful as it gets on planet earth. A must do experience when it comes to visiting Morocco. We stayed one night only...definitely not enough to fully dive into this special life. We thank Younes and his brother from the bottom of our hearts. Especially, since they made my (birth-)day with that unbelievable dinner! Best dinner, we've had in Morocco. Tenmirt! We will come back. Inshala.

Stay was too short

Probably the most special stay ever. Hamid, Younes and Hassan and very pure, open minded and gentle people make you feel very welcome. The setting is unique and considering you are in the middle of the desert it’s also comfortable. The value for money is unmatched! You receive different three-course diners in the evening and during the dromedar-day trip (also a must do) we received a delicious Kofta plate and fresh fruit. The groups are really small (only one other couple on the first night) so it’s a very calm and genuine setting. See you in the future 🙏🏻

I have never experienced something so amazing. Fast communication after ordering the stay. The guys will do everything for your comfortable stay. The best dinner we had in Morocco. Despite the wind absolute cleanliness everywhere. Although I never return to the same places, I would like to return here. TOP!!!

Staying two nights with Younas, Hamid and Rasheed was easily the shining highlight of our three week trip to Morocco. These wise, young, generous men couldn’t have done anything more to warm our hearts, enrich our experience or increase our comfort. They went above and beyond in every way, we absolutely adored them, the accommodation and the magic of their dunes, camels, food, etc. Highly recommend - if we ever make it back, we would love to see them and stay with them again!!

Younès and his brother welcomed us like friends, we really spent a great time there, in this peacefully place. we regret to not have stayed longer.

Without question, one of my favourite places I've stayed in my life. The genuine hospitality, the setting, the tents, the food and getting up to watch sunrise - it was all just out of this world. We left the car near the main road and went to the camp by camel. Excellent communication and very easy to arrange. While the dunes here aren't quite as big as Erg Chigaga, we preferred this area and it's much easier to access. Thanks for everything, we hope to come back one day :)

Beautiful and authentic Berber camp in the desert, where you can fully disconnect. We had amazing stay at family-run camp that is very small, so we had a lot of privacy. The brothers who own the land are very friendly and kind people and we look forward to stay with them in the desert again!

Couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. Younes and his family are Amazigh who grew up there and are staying at the camp full year around. It is where they live and not some place they create for tourists, like the other camps mostly are. It is a heartfelt experience that left a mark on me. Younes is one of the kindest souls you will ever meet, he contacted us way in advance to arrange everything, picked us up at the entrance to the desert and sat down at the fire later at night telling us his and his ancestors story. Even the food is immaculate.

We loved everything. It was a truly amazing and special experience. Watching the sunrise while camel riding. Younes and his family were very welcoming. The tents are a little bit separated so you don’t feel overcrowded. The food they prepared was delicious. Hanging out by the fire while they sang was so special!

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Really authentic feeling, during the days it gets very hot as you would expect it to be in a desert. You can go for camel ride, quad ride or they can bring you to hotel in the small town where you can use the swimming pools and have cool drinks at the bar. The hosts are very kind and honest people; we didn't expect that after visiting Marrakech. The camp itself is very beautiful, especially in the evening. Don't expect a 5 star hotel!

A small desert camp with tents set up for private dune view. Not in the 'army base camp' way like other often bigger camps in the area. Younes and his brother offer you a tranquil, desert experience that sets you up for soul searching and contemplation. They really respect your space and enter it with great kindness and love! We booked 1 night and stayed 3. We hiked by ourselves through the beautiful dunes of Erg Lihoudi, meditated, watched sunrise, sunsets, stars and surrendered to the desert pace. The silence, the heat, the sand, the (falling) stars and meteorites offer you a place where you can BE. Just BE. Sweet cousin Omar produces the best breakfast (dietary request will be good taken care off), lunch and diner. The tents and the bed are highly comfortable. All facilities are clean and tastefully decorated. A multiple day caravan hiking tour with camels for luggage is there speciality; we look forward in attending that in the future (inshallah!). Our hearts is filled with a treasure because of this experience. So grateful!!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great communication and excellent service. We arranged a meeting point and followed our host to the camp. We could park right at the camp which was very comfortable. Also worth mentioning was the fun ride through the desert. Excellent diner and breakfast. The tents are far appart, which gives a better feeling of calmness and makes the whole desert experience even more enjoyable. It's nice that the camel riding and entertainment program at the campfire is optional

Younes and Omar made us feel very comfortable and welcome. They are honestly so friendly and hospitable. We really appreciate everything! If you want to go to the desert, spend two nights or more there. Maybe it doesn't seem like it, but the desert is very peaceful and time goes by so fast...

The camp has a unique atmosphere and the tents provide privacy as they are a bit apart from one another. The food was really good. The beds were comfortable and we slept really well. The owner even picked us up in a near by village and drove us to the camp, which was more than welcome as we didn't have a 4x4 car and the road to the camp is not marked on any map. The camp was .lit with lanterns at night which made the place almost magical. I liked this camp more than other camps that I have been to before. Pity we didn't stay for two nights.

I will always come back to this place. The host is such a kind person and all the people there are so helpful. If you are looking for an unmarchable experience in the moroccan desert i can only recommend this place!

Younes amd Rachid were very kind and welcoming. The location was superb. We went into the dunes, which was stunning at sunset. The dinner was very good and we enjoyed some music at the campfire. We were told a what time the sun would come up, so we'd also had a very beautiful sunrise.

A true nomad Berber family living in the desert. We were their guests. 4 Tents only, beautiful and clean, with in the middle a beautiful fireplace. Best tajin we had in Marocco so far in a fantastic ‘restaurant tent’, beautifully decorated. And after dinner a private music show with authentic Berber music. The family really tried to share their way of living.

Younes, Rachid and mohammed were very friendly. Their camp was not so far from the road but quiet and you get a real desert experience. With our children we did a Daytrip with mimoush and sharif, two of their dromedaris. We Got a lunch in nomad style. That was great. Also Food in the camp was delicious. And the nights at the camp fire with some percussion under a Magic starry sky. I recommend this place to everyone!

How wonderful to wake up in the middle of the desert after arriving late at night. Hosts were absolutely adorable. Very flexible with the time as we came late in the day but Youness still managed to pick us up down the mountains. This is real desert, nothing to do with Agafay or whatever place ppl try to sell you in Morroco. Outstanding view, crazy sky full of stars and you can even see the moon rising behind the dunes at night, stunning!

I don’t live there

Younes picked us up from the meeting point and in the camp we were greeted with tea and some snacks. The hosts made sure we feel comfortable from the very beginning. We booked a camel tour, which was amazing! Also the food (breakfast and dinner) were so good! It was a perfect stay and a wonderful experience!!!

Younes received us, he is sooo nice and friendly, as the staff that works with him. The place is just perfect and peaceful. They have a beautiful restaurant tent with sofas full of colours and they offered a dinner with a really good soup, a delicious tajine and some fruts for dessert!! We only paid 100dh extra per person for this (10 euros). The room was big and clean and we had an amazing night in this camp!!! The bathroom was clean too and very comfortable to use :) with hot water. At night they made some fire with music and we enjoyed some time together with other persons that were staying in the camp. Beautiful place!! Thanks a lot

This is by far the best thing that we have done in Morocco and the best thing we have done as a family of four to date. Younes and his team were the most exceptional hosts. He contacted us way before the trip via WhatsApp to ensure that everything was in place. His team were calm and understanding with our 3 year old and 9 month old. It's cold at night as we were there in December. But we had anticipated this and brought sleeping bag for our toddler and a snow suit for the baby. Desert camping was a dream as a family

Had a great experience, we were treated extremely well with good food, company, clean and cozy atmosphere. The hosts Younes and his cousin are real Sahara locals who have been living in this area forever. They are super respectful, calm and friendly. They also organise multi-day camping trips into the Sahara, I’d definitely want to join one when I have more time on the next trip to Morocco!

Amazing and very beautiful camp! It was a pleasure to stay here and enjoy the hospitality of the team, the tranquility of the desert, its silence and the great food served. It's wide and you have enough privacy in your tents since they are far apart. You get picked up by a 4x4 and enjoy a 45min ride into the desert. No worries about your car since it's parked safely. You can also choose to do trips deeper into the desert. Check in advance with your contact via booking and make sure to stay long enough! I highly recommend to choose this camp!

Hamid and Youssef gave me such a nice experience of hospitality, making me feel like a royalty in official visit. The Berber Camp, the dunes, the food they make, the silence of the desert, were all part of a memorable experience for me.
