Lo único malo es que en la habitación habían dentro de la mosquitera como 30-40 mosquitos y a media noche tuvimos que empezar a matarlos. Deberían tener más cuidado con eso.

The place is definitely worth visiting, but the food and activities are quite expensive. A one-day stay is enough to enjoy it, though the overall cost can add up quickly because of the high prices.

La illa és preciosa i l'allotjament està en una zona molt tranquila, davant d'una platja on practicament estas sol. Ho posen molt facil per arribar des de El Nido, aixi que no t'has de preocupar de res. El personal era molt amable. Ofereixen taules de paddle surf i material de snorkel, aixi com classes de ioga. La zona es molt bonica i plena d'hamaques i llocs on descansar. Les habitacions estan molt netes i amb un bon ventilador i mosquitera. La zona comú es molt agradable i esta en molt bon estat.

No hi ha cobertura per internet, i tampoc tens wifi (si ho necessites per alguna cosa important te'l poden prestar). Un poc car. Pel demés, no es tant comode com un hotel convencional (habitacions petites, bany compartit) però aixo ja ho saps quan reserves aixi que no es un problema.

Dryft is genuinely one of my favorite places in the world. This was my second time here, and somehow it felt even more special. The island, the beautiful huts, the simplicity of the place, the nature, the energy and, above all, the people make the whole experience unforgettable. I spent my entire stay in the Philippines here this time, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. They took such good care of me and always made sure I had everything I needed. At this point, coming back doesn’t really feel like returning to a hotel — it feels like coming back to a family. I also loved being here during the rainy season. The weather changes throughout the day, with rain, fresh air and beautiful breaks of sunshine, which makes the island feel completely different and allows you to enjoy it without being under the intense heat all day. And the food deserves a special mention, everything coming out of the kitchen is absolutely delicious. The quality, the flavors and the care they put into every meal are genuinely outstanding. Eating there is part of the Dryft experience in itself. For me, Dryft is my little paradise on Earth. I carry this place, its energy and the people here very close to my heart. I already know I’ll be back.

I recommend asking for private boat trips to Linapaca from the very beginning and organizing lunch and barbecue trips to other islands. The staff made incredible chiken, seafood and fish foods on our boat trips and we enjoyed swimming and exotic drinks all the time. July and August were a great time to visit, we were able to be completely be on our own but surrounded by the local expertise always when needed. Thank you for all. Next up to the north 😎

Das Essen war der Hammer! Man konnte morgens, mittags und abends zwischen 2 fleisch gerichten und ein veganes gericht ülus 2 desserts wählen. Der preis lag zwischen 7 bis 15 euro pro mahlzeit. Für philippinische verhältnise etwas teuer aber wenn man die qualität der speisen begrachtet ist das völlig gerechtfertigt. Ich hatte einen zustand nach einer lebensmittelvergiftung und konnte auf daracootan wieder heilen.

Wir hatten das Gefühl das personal hatte keine lust auf uns. Es wurde pber uns auf tagalog geredet, dass wir kein geld haben und das wir sparsam sind. Das war schade..

O staff não tem formação adequada para servir refeições. Trouxeram o prato principal e esquecera-se da entrada. Trouxeram a sobremesa antes de terminar o prato principal e, apesar de chamar a atenção, ainda assim queriam deixar a sobremesa na mesa. Não havia um responsável com ownership que orientasse a equipa.

- felt expensive for what it was; rooms were interesting but not very comfortable, minimal areas to sit / chill other than the restaurant, fans were old/functioning badly - we were expecting more of a community feel as this seemed common in the Philippines, everything seemed quite independs. activities like yoga etc cost extra (would have been great to get a free taster class or for Dryft to have put on some activities, as other than chilling there was nothing to do) - minimal vegetarian options, which sometimes ran out in the first half meal time - staff seemed entirely focused on running the restaurant/cafe - considering it was the only option for food & drink, the restaurant was expensive - we ended up paying an additional 65% of our room cost on food & drink

Keine Klimaanlage, aber das war uns vorher klar und ist auch verständlich.

En résumé : une belle idée sur le papier, qui mériterait d’être mieux exécutée. À ce niveau de prix, les attentes sont élevées et nous sommes malheureusement repartis déçus.

Nous voyageons régulièrement et laissons toujours des avis positifs. C’est une première pour nous de partager une expérience aussi négative. Le prix : injustifiable Pour le tarif pratiqué, la prestation est très en dessous de ce qu’on est en droit d’attendre. Ironiquement, certains de nos meilleurs hébergements à 20€/nuit aux Philippines nous ont offert bien plus. Le concept “glamping” : une belle vue, c’est tout La vue depuis le lit est réellement magnifique — c’est le seul point fort. Mais absolument tout est monnayé, jusqu’au padel à 500 pesos de l’heure. On ne s’y attend pas à ce niveau de prix. Le service : paradoxal et frustrant L’établissement se revendique “déconnecté” — pas de wifi, pas de réseau. Belle intention… sauf que l’intégralité du personnel était en permanence sur son téléphone à scroller. Nous étions les seuls clients, entourés de 10-12 employés, et avons attendu 20 minutes à chaque fois pour être servis. Quand mon mari a demandé 2h de wifi pour une réunion professionnelle nocturne, on lui a répondu d’aller traverser l’île à la lampe torche pour trouver une connexion ailleurs. Incompréhensible. Les repas : bons, mais les plus chers des Philippines La qualité est au rendez-vous, mais à des prix qui n’ont aucun rapport avec la réalité locale. La leçon par contraste : Dos Playa Ecocamp Le même jour, nous avons choisi de passer la journée à Dos Playa Ecocamp, à l’autre bout de l’île. Mon mari était malade. Sans qu’on leur demande quoi que ce soit, ils lui ont trouvé un médicament et préparé un thé — offert, naturellement. Une attention sincère, une gentillesse absolue, sans rien attendre en retour. Le lieu rayonne de bonnes énergies et d’humanité. Tout ce que Dryft, malgré ses tarifs premium, n’a pas su offrir. C’est là que nous aurions dû réserver. Et c’est là que nous vous recommandons d’aller.

Netter Empfang mit einem erfrischenden Getränk. Leckeres Essen, bequemes Bett, ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre, ausser einer Nacht als ich in der Nacht aufwachen musste, weil die Hunde Non-Stop laut gebellt hatten als, wären sie gleich bei meine Hütte.Als ich das aber mitteilte entschuldigten sie sich und am nächsten Abend hörte ich sie trotzdem aber nicht mehr lange und so laut. Nettes Personal, half mir ein paar Bilder zu machen🥰

Nicht so viele Optionen beim Essen, falls man vegetarisch essen möchte und meitens ist dann diese der teuerste vom Menü. Meine Anliegen wurden in diese 3 Nächte, die ich dort verbrachte 4/5 mal falsch ausgeführt wie z.B. meine Massage, die ich gebucht hatte, wurde nicht organisiert u.s.w. was ich sehr schade fand und das Gefühl bekam das Personal hat keine Lust zu arbeiten oder ist die Zufriedenheit der Gäste keine Priorität, weil es gab sogar sehr wenige Gäste zu dieser Zeit. Die Massage war dann auch nicht gut und war teuerer als andere Orte in El Nido. Als ich ein paar Unterwäsche mit ein sehr leichtes, dünnes Kleid zum waschen gab, wurde es viel teurer verrechnet, weil das Gewicht anscheinend über 2KG war, was ich mir einfach nicht vorstellen konnte, denn bevor ich sie abgab, ging ich davon aus, dass es nicht mal 1KG sein würde, aber vlt gehen sie davon aus, dass niemand der dort zum entspannen kommt, so wie ich, keine Lust hat zu diskutieren und einfacht bezahlt. Ich fand es noch schade, dass der Strand mit der Zeit immer „dreckiger" wurde, viele Blätter, steine u.s.w. man musste zuerst vorsichtig darüber laufen um ins Wasser zu gelangen, aber der Strand war sonst sehr schön!

Das DRYFT und Daracotan Island sind eine absolute Perle. Wir waren 6 Nächte im Lux Tipi und hatten eine unglaublich tolle Zeit. Das Camp ist sehr sauber, wunderschön und super erholsam. Das Personal und besonders die Küche setzen dem Ganzen noch die Krone auf. Das Essen ist jeden Tag auf fine dining Niveau und bietet - regional - absolute Feinkost.

Dryft Camp is truly a special place. From the moment you arrive, you can feel how peaceful and beautiful it is. The whole place is thoughtfully designed, surrounded by stunning nature, and has this perfect atmosphere to disconnect, relax, and recharge. The food was absolutely amazing throughout my stay fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with a lot of care. Every meal was something to look forward to. What makes the experience even better is the incredible staff. Everyone is genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which creates such a warm and positive environment. A special mention to Jana and Liz, the yoga teachers, who are both incredibly inspiring and open-minded people. Their energy and presence add so much to the spirit of Dryft Camp, and they help create the beautiful sense of community that makes this place so unique. This place is magical. Loved the clear blue waters and white sands! Some pretty good snorkeling right off the beach. The wellness classes offered were amazing and I particularly recommend the evening sound bath. If your a solo traveller in the philippines, i also really recomend this spot :)

L’emplacement est tout simplement idyllique : une plage magnifique, parfaite pour la baignade et le snorkeling, avec une eau claire et apaisante. Un vrai coin de paradis. Les hébergements sont insolites, très stylés et idéalement orientés face à la mer. On s’y sent immédiatement bien, dans une ambiance à la fois dépaysante et confortable. Même les toilettes partagées sont à l’image du lieu : propres, originales, bien pensées et en nombre largement suffisant pour que tout se passe sans attente. Côté cuisine, c’est un véritable coup de cœur. Les plats sont exceptionnellement exquis — un immense merci à Carlos et James pour ces moments gourmands mémorables ! Nous nous sommes régalés comme rarement. Les petits-déjeuners sont eux aussi incroyablement délicieux, parfaits pour bien commencer la journée. Enfin, un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux, son attention et sa gentillesse tout au long du séjour. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs merveilleux et une seule envie : revenir !

We really enjoyed our short night stay at Dryft. The food was absolutely delicious, we ordered the tuna which was exceptional. The live music was out of this world and the staff friendly.

I would suggest making guests aware that when they arrive on the island that lunch isn’t available S we left our hotel at 11am and arrived on the island at 2:30, however, the kitchen closed at 2:30 so we weren’t able to eat lunch, then dinner isn’t until 7pm. Granted, snacks are available to purchase, however, if we knew we weren’t able to get lunch, we would’ve eaten before we left. Just a minor detail, however, thought it would be worth mentioning.

This place is paradise. The huts on the beach are beautiful, and the rest of the facilities are outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food is so so good. There’s loads of top wellness activities as well. Certainly worth the slightly expensive price point! We’ll definitely be back.

Eine wirklich paradiesische und einzigartige Unterkunft, die wir so noch nie erlebt haben. Hier kann man wirklich völlig entspannen und bekommt ein wirklich authentisches „Traum Insel Feeling“. Der Strand ist eine 10/10 und das Meer glasklar. Die Hütten und das Camp sind wirklich authentisch und sehr gepflegt. Es gibt zwar keine privaten Badezimmer, aber auch diese waren immer sehr sauber und irgendwie originell. Der Preis für Speißen und Getränke ist vergleichsweise etwas höher, unter Berücksichtigung, dass alles mit dem Boot auf die Insel gebracht werden muss finde ich dies aber angemessen. Zudem ist die Qualität und Anrichtung der Speißen auch gehoben. Ich weiß nicht ob ich jemals einen besseren Thunfisch hatte als dort.

Das Bett in unserer Hütte fande ich für 2 Erwachsene definitiv zu klein.

Vi elsket dette stedet! Fantastisk beliggenhet på en nydelig strand, utrolig hyggelig ansatte, god mat og masse aktiviteter hvis man vil. Yogatimene var kjempebra, massasjen var nydelig, og det var gode priser på dette!

Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man in der Natur lebt. Man sieht im Zimmer Geckos & allerhand Krabbeltiere. Aus unserer Sicht passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht so ganz. Die Zimmer sind sehr rudimentär & das Mückennetz war leider auch schon älter & hatte viele Löcher.

Der Strand ist sensationell Das Essen ist hervorragend und auch das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit Die Bungalows sind sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten das Glück einen direkt am Meer zu haben. Tür aufmachen, 5m laufen und am weißen, menschenleeren Sandstrand sein. Unglaublich! Wer etwas zum abschalten und runterkommen sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

Das ist jetzt wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau: Teilweise muss man recht lange auf das Essen warten. Zudem wird häufig kritisiert, dass das Essen teuer sei. Man muss dazu sagen: Die Mahlzeiten kosten im Schnitt ca. 600-700 Pesos (~9-10€) und sind im philippinischen Vergleich nicht billig. Man darf allerdings nicht vergessen, dass alles extra auf die Insel transportiert werden muss und das Essen immer frisch mit hochwertigen Zutaten zubereitet wird. Das Essen hat den Preis verdient! Wir hatten bspw. Ein Thunfischsteak, das ich in dieser Qualität so in Deutschland noch niemals gegessen habe

The accommodation and its surroundings stand out with a unique design present in every detail – both in the main building and the bungalows. The outdoor shared showers are numerous and very comfortable, causing no discomfort at all. Everything has been thoughtfully arranged, and the commitment to avoiding plastic use is especially appreciated. The beach and the entire island are truly a magical place to escape from everyday life and reality. As the location is not easily accessible, it offers a special sense of peace – you simply blend in with nature here.

The location is fantastic and feels like the perfect slice of paradise. Everything you need is on site, the food is incredible, live music every evening, activities available throughout the day. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. I was hesitant as I like accommodation to have their own toilets/shower, but we were never waiting for available pods, plenty of space and privacy. Book it! What an experience

Tout était génial : nourriture excellente, personnels adorable, lieu atypique avec logement sommaire mais qui suffit largement. Aucun réseau et pas de Wifi mais ça fait un bien fou, il y a pleins de jeux sur place pour s’occuper. Nous avons vécu une parenthèse enchanté avec le calme et la beauté des lieux

Das ganze Konzept von Dryft hat uns total gefallen, alles ist soweit wie es möglich ist aus natürlichen Materialen hergestellt. Alles wurde sehr offen gestaltet. Uns hat es wahnsinnig gut gefallen und wir werden es vermissen.

Staff were great, friendly and always ready to assist. Facility were comfortable and well upkeep, highly recommend staying.

La cuisine, la meilleure des Philippines, des plats originaux et incroyables de saveurs. Plusieurs chefs avec chacun sa spécialité, il y avait très longtemps que je n'avais pas été surpris de découvrir de nouveau plats. Bravo. Rien à dire sur les logements, ils sont magnifiques et très dépaysant, confortable et vraiment proche de la plage. A 5mn a pied vous traversez l'ile dans sa largeur, d'autres plages se dévoilent, ainsi qu'un petit village de pêcheur. Un lieu paradisiaque ou la détente est le mot d'ordre. Le personnel est agréable et souriant. Attention à vos horaires d'arrivée à El Nido, après 17h30 aucun bateau ne rejoint l'ile.

Peut-être une petite connexion à Starlink, c'est bien de se couper un peu du monde, mais parfois cela peut être handicapant. C'est à chacun de décider de faire une pause ;)

La petite île est paradisiaque ! Une véritable déconnexion, plage de sable blanc et eau turquoise. Le personnel est très serviable et aimable, la cuisine du restaurant très variée (les plats changent à chaque repas hormis pour le petit déjeuner) et de belle qualité. Le bâtiment accueillant la réception et le restaurant est original et très sympathique, de nombreuses zones pour s’asseoir dans un style bohème. Excursion proposée très agréable, massages et activités sur place à des prix abordables.

Les sanitaires et douches ne sont pas dans les chambres mais bien à l’extérieur derrière le restaurant : attention il n’y a pas d’eau chaude, ce qui est un peu dommage, et le sol est en sable et cailloux. Aucun réseau ni accès wifi possible/proposé, il nous a fallu marcher une vingtaine de minutes afin de trouver un autre établissement au bout de l’île qui proposait une connexion internet gratuite. Enfin attention lors du paiement final, ils acceptent les euros (pas de CB possible sur place uniquement du cash), mais à un taux de conversion très peu avantageux.

Il posto è veramente un sogno che ti distacca dalla realtá con un mare/spiaggia incredibile. Il cibo è ad un livello altissimo (anche per gli standard italiani) sia come qualitá che come quantitá. Le attivitá programmate (yoga, pilates, massaggi) sono professionali e davvero ben fatte. Le camere sono molto caratteristiche e con tutto il necessario. I bagni sono in comune, molto tipici, ma sempre fruibili, pulitissimi e con shampoo e bagnoschiuma sempre a disposizione.

Il personale è molto molto gentile, come da standard filippini. In più occasioni peró è sembrato molto perso e professionalmente poco preparato, soprattutto quando, a causa del maltempo siamo dovuti arrivare con un giorno di ritardo. In quel frangente la gestione della problematica, la comunicazione e la riprenotazione è stata davvero scarsa e poco professionale.

Kahvaltı büfe değil herkesin zevkine göre çeşitler hazırlanmış istediğinizi sipariş veriyorsunuz. Vejetaryen yemek opsiyonları çok. Adanın diğer tarafına kısa bir yürüyüşle gidilebiliniyor, upuzun bembeyaz bir kumsalı var, akşam çok güzel.bir günbatimi oluyor. Adanın diğer tarafında ise gündoğumunu gözlemlemek mümkün, sahilde masaj, isteyenlere yoga seansları sunuluyor. Glampingte havlu ve çarşaflar gayet temiz, sıcak olacağından korkmuştum ama vantilatörlerle desteklenmiş hiç rahatsız olmadık. Duş alanları muhteşem. Personel çok tatlı ve güleryüzlü. El Nido dan günde 2 servisi var adaya ulaşım gayet kolay tesis bu hizmeti ücretli olarak veriyor.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin—Drift Camp in El Nido completely exceeded every expectation I had, especially for such a special occasion. I booked this as a surprise birthday getaway for my partner, and it turned out to be one of the most unforgettable experiences we’ve ever shared. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the location is—peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by nature in a way that feels both intimate and magical. Every single member of staff we encountered was incredibly friendly, kind, and genuinely attentive.You could really feel how much they care about their guests. And the food… just wow. Absolutely unbelievable. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared, fresh, and full of flavor—honestly some of the best food we’ve had. It added such a special touch to the whole experience. Drift Camp isn’t just a place to stay—it’s something you feel. It gave us memories we’ll never forget, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate my parent’s birthday. Highly, highly recommend for anyone looking for something truly special.

Ein absolut einzigartiges Erlebnis. Schlafen in der Natur, ruhige Nächte ein fantastisch schöne Kullise und das ganze Konzept des Dryfts hat überzeugt. Wenn man einen Ort zum abschalten und resetten braucht genau das Richtige!

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte für uns nicht überein. Es war mit Abstand unsere teuerste Unterkunft in den Philippinen für das, dass wir in einem Zelt geschlafen haben das schon überall Schimmel hatte ohne Moskito Netz und mit Löchern im Boden bei welchen die Ameisen reinkommen. Uns war bewusst dass wir uns in der Natur befinden, aber für so wenig Komfort war es doch ein stattlicher Preis.

Everything was perfect. Pick up and transport organization worked flawless, the staff is amazing, the food was delicious and one of the most beautiful beaches i have ever seen! The huts and main buildings' design is super cool and everything is perfectly clean. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely come back to this little piece of paradise!

Expérience incroyable sur une île quasi déserte, idéale pour une vraie déconnexion (pas de réseau, calme absolu). L’ambiance est intimiste, le staff adorable et la cuisine excellente. Les journées passent entre détente, baignade et activités douces (yoga, méditation, massage) dans un cadre magnifique.

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour dans cet établissement, que ce soit la nourriture, la convivialité et le professionnalisme. Mention spéciale pour la nourriture qui était de très haute qualité. Sans oublier les moments inoubliables, que ce soit entre les clients et le personnel.

Havia sempre staff a limpar e a organizar o espaço

Havia imensos condicionamentos de horários, inclusive para comer. Por exemplo, os almoços terminam às 14:30, e depois se tivermos fome a tarde só podemos pedir até às 17h. Como na ilha nem sequer há rede ou internet (que podia haver porque eles têm no escritório mas eles não querem por), um dos dias fui pedir um snack e quando olhei para o relógio do bar eram 17h em ponto e disseram que já não me serviam nenhum snack (batatas). Ora, na ilha não há nenhuma alternativa, e temos que esperar até às 20h para poder jantar. Somos inundados de regras a chegada, que além de ser muita informação ficamos com a sensação de não estar de férias nem poder estarmos tranquilos, porque por exemplo temos que estar sempre atentos às horas caso a gente queira comer ou beber algo não tendo alternativas. A nossa tenda também estava sempre com muitas formigas e inclusive durante a noite sempre com muita comichão na cama. Tudo o que é atividade é pago (e caro!), coisa que não se vê nos outros hotéis. O que salva é a simpatia do staff e a localização.
