Sr Manuel foi um ótimo anfitrião. Chegamos algumas horas antes do check-in e ele nos deixou já entrar na hospedagem. A limpeza da casa foi impecável, a casa também era muito espaçosa. A piscina muito limpa e aproveitamos bem.

A localização fica um pouco distante do Centro, para quem não tem como se locomover com o seu carro próprio, fica bem difícil. Quando reservamos a hospedagem, o que nos chamou a atenção nas fotos era que a hospedagem ficava na área da piscina, e a nossa acomodação não ficava. Aa janelas da cozinha não abrem totalmente, abrem um espaço bem curto e a porta também não abre porque a geladeira fica atras dela, e com isso a cozinha fica muito quente, sem ventilação. A sala também é bastante quente, não tem ventiladores ou ar condicionado.

Hemos ido estos 3 dias en familia con mis hijos y mi esposo y ha sido una experiencia agradable , mis niños disfrutaron mucho en la piscina, y lo ideal de la barbacoa , en general todo muy bien. Sin duda repetiremos.

No me gusto que he estado mandando mensajes para comunicarme y no contestan con tiempo, suelen tardar, y en esos 3 dias no vinieron a limpiar y escasos productos de limpieza, me toco que comprar de resto todo bien.

Waanzinnig locatie. De villa’s zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral de eigen tuin met barbecue en aangrenzend de gezamenlijke tuin met zwembad zijn fantastisch. Heerlijk vertoeven hier. Kleinschalig, waardoor het rustig en gemoedelijk is. Villa’s zijn goed geïsoleerd, je hoort niets van de buren of van buiten. De omgeving is sowieso rustig. En een goede uitvalsweg om de Algarve te verkennen. Echt een aanrader!

Emplacement au calme, à l'écart de l'agitation de Albufeira en période estivale Appartement spacieux avec une belle terrasse Grande et agréable piscine dans un parc arboré et bien entretenu

Style intérieur de l'appartement un peu daté Lits et surtout oreillers peu confortables Dans la cuisine, 2 prises seulement (dont une mal fixée) sur le plan de travail pour 4 petits équipements... Impossible de faire fonctionner le gros électroménager simultanément (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, plaque de cuisson). Poignée de lave vaisselle cassée, 1 bouton de commande manquant sur le four? Et surtout, voisinage très bruyant (musique, enfants qui courent et crient à 23h dans le jardin sans surveillance des parents, retour de soirée à 6h du matin des voisins mitoyens sans doute pas très sobres..). Ce n'est pas lié à l'établissement mais au manque de savoir-vivre des touristes présents cette semaine là, cependant aucune présence du personnel à ces heures tardives pour faire respecter ces règles affichées pourtant à la vue de tous.

There isn't any negatives about the complex, if you are looking to be in the heart of albufeira you wouldn't stay in this area as its very quiet and you require taxi's to main area but there is lovely beaches and restaurants within walking distance and a few supermarkets.

Spotlessly clean, all the facilities you need, great pool for all ages. Plenty of sunbeds. Fresh towels regularly throughout the stay and in a perfect location.

The property itself was amazing I have no faults, the only thing I would say that there are not many facilities walking distance . But it’s perfect for quite holiday get aways

The apartment was very open duplex unit with a private terrace facing the pool. The furniture in the apartment was quite modern. The apartment was clean + there was additional cleaning prior to weekend (fresh towels were provided). The staff responded swiftly to any queries prior to arrival and provided high chair & cot on request.

The ceramic floor (not ideal with young child), would have preferred wooden floors, but was easy to keep clean.

Nice quiet location but still only a short taxi drive into albufeira old town if needed. The beach is about a 15/20 minute walk away, and a few resteraunts/bars within a 10 minute walk. Ideal if you're looking for a relaxing location.

Pues que había hormigas en toda la casa , entraban por la rejillas del aire y los baños y cocina era agobiante , no podías descuidarte con la comida .

Piscina boa e zona exterior agradável. Staff simpático e casa bastante espaçosa.

Seria perfeito se ficasse ainda mais perto da praia. É Possível ir a pé mas não muito perto. Seria ótimo ter Ar condicionado na sala, assim como tem nos quartos.

Excelente acomodação. A casa tem tudo o que precisa, e tudo de excelente qualidade. Camas confortáveis, utensílios novos, churrasqueira ótima, espaço externo maravilhoso. Piscinas limpas. Enfim, recomendamos, nota 10.

Nada a apontar

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par le logement loué, qui a largement dépassé nos attentes. L’appartement est très spacieux et d’une propreté irréprochable. Il dispose de deux grandes salles de bains, ainsi que d’un vaste séjour avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, contenant tout le nécessaire pour préparer les repas. La terrasse est magnifique, aménagée avec un salon de jardin, et la piscine ainsi que la vue offerte sont tout simplement superbes. La communication avec le gestionnaire de l’immeuble a été très facile et agréable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir à la première occasion.

La posizione molto comoda, la piscina e il parcheggio vicino all’abitazione. Anche la struttura era grande e accogliente.

Una piccola pecca per il check in. Nonostante averlo fatto on line ( come gli altri posti dove ho soggiornato) ho dovuto cambiare i piani per la giornata perché dovevo necessariamente portare i documenti fisicamente e la reception era chiusa il giorno di arrivo e il giorno dopo apriva alle 8:30. Poco male ma direi evitabile

We had a fantastic stay here with our family. Everything was exactly as described, and we enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area, while the beaches are only a short drive away. We rented a car, and there was always free parking available near the beaches. Having a private parking space at the property was also very convenient. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed, including air conditioning, a very comfortable bed, a coffee machine, kettle, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. The outdoor area is beautiful, with a large swimming pool, plenty of palm trees, and lovely flowers. We especially enjoyed the private terrace with its barbecue area, sun loungers, and dining table – a perfect place to relax in the evenings. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

Nothing really. The only small improvement would be to provide a few basic items in the kitchen, such as sugar, salt, tea bags, and coffee capsules for guests upon arrival.

Dommage qu'il manque de quoi utiliser le barbecue en venant de loin on ne peut avoir ce qu'il faut et rien dans les placards. On reste 4 jours on ne peut pas avoir les ingrédients de base style sel, sucre, huile,...

There's lots of space. It feels very safe and secure. Love having the separate kitchen with full fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.

There are a limited number of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the villa. But those that are there are very high quality. Would recommend Bella Piatto.

Nice quiet area not to far from beach and bars

We arrived at check in and manager advised us to keep doors locked at all times and close all shutters when we go out and also lock all shutters during the night when in bed but he didn’t tell us that the unit next to ours was burgled the night before and had cash stolen .the couple moved out the day we arrived as they told us they were scared as they had a small child. Hopefully it was a one off and not a frequent occurrence but otherwise had a great stay

Огромная и красивая вилла, в прекрасном и тихом раене. Зеленая невероятной красоты территория с большим бассейном и террасой, мы чувствовали себя очень комфортно и прекрасно провели время. В пешей доступности супермаркеты, рестораны и пляж. Большое спасибо!

Немножко есть проблема с напором воды и пол был не очень чистым. Нехватало полотенец для бассейна, штопра для вина и хотя бы одной капсулы для стиральной машины, но это все мелочи , мы остались все равно в восторге от этой шикарный и очень комфортабельной виллы.

Great location, close enough to Albufeira but far enough for peace and quiet. The pool was perfect with the kids - a small one for them and a bigger one for adults. Overall, would highly recommend.

Although not really a dislike, it would have been helpful to have some basic necessities in the kitchen such as sugar, salt, oil etc to avoid having to buy these and waste before leaving.

Perfect location - with or without a hire car. Beaches and restaurants within a 10-20 minute walk and Albufeira is only a 10 minute Bolt ride away which is around 4 Euros. Villas are spacious and being a small complex means it doesn’t feel busy. Staff and cleaners very friendly.

Apartamento bien situado, cómodo, con zona exclusiva de parking. Camas comodas. Cerca de Albufeira y de varias playas.

La segunda noche nos entraron a robar en el apartamento, a nosotros y en tres bungalows más. Al notificarlo, al día siguiente, al conserje no se le veía muy preocupado. Todas las ventanas tienen contraventanas, mantenerlas siempre cerradas, cuando no se esté en el apartamento.

Amplitud de la villa, tranquilidad, coche en la puerta y las piiscinas.

Hay que usar coche. No se puede pasear por la zona.

La piscina

La falta de seguridad, nos robaron el dinero de las carteras mientras dormíamos, y tenemos una niña de 8 años, forzaron la puerta que daba a la piscina y entraron también en otro apartamento después fui llamando puerta a puerta para avisar, por suerte no nos pasó nada pero tenemos pesadillas días después, un horror. No hay cámaras de seguridad, no hay valla en la calle aunque pone que es una calle privada, una pena, parecía un sitio acogedor, ah otra cosa comenté nervioso que nos habían robado nada más saberlo y limpiadoras no se sorprendieron, tampoco me pareció muy empático el encargado. Suerte a los siguientes huéspedes.

Doskonale zlokalizowany obiekt, poza miastem więc jest cicho ale kilka restauracji jest spacerkiem 5-15 minut. Od starego miasta Albufeiry oddalone 10 minut taksówką. Basen bardzo duży z krystalicznie czystą wodą. Pokoje jasne, taras z leżakami, grill. Po prostu jest wszystko co potrzeba aby spędzić tu kilka dni

Może warto, aby była na wyposażeniu sól, cukier i może pieprz. Na parę dni szkoda kupować paczkę soli czy cukru, więc trochę soli czy cukru bardzo ułatwiłoby przygotowanie posiłków

Le confort de literie, la propreté irréprochable, la grande piscine et ses aménagements très agréables.

L’emplacement et un peu éloigné du centre d’activités mais ce n’est pas vraiment dérangeant quand on est véhiculé

Très beau lieu pour passer ses vacances. Le gérant est très gentil et il parle Français ! Le personnel est agréable à l'écoute rien à dire ! La petite maisonnette est très grande avec salle à manger salon, 2 salles de bains, 2 toilettes et 2 chambres, chambre parentale avec un balcon vu sur la piscine et les palmiers 🌴 Un patio est à votre disposition avec 4 transats + barbecue + table + parasol + étendoir à linge et un parking juste en face des logements. Vous avez 3 plages à 1km de la villa avec des bars et restaurant, idéal se balader et y aller à pied. Je recommande à 100% vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

Do espaço exterior muito bom para famílias. Mobiliário novo na sala. Nota-se que estão a remodelar a pouco e pouco as villas. Equipa de manutenção e limpeza prestáveis.

Maison très agréable ! Emplacement idéale , pour nous il a juste manqué une essoreuse à salade 😜 et il y avait un soucis dans les douches des deux salles de bains. Robinetterie fatiguée et pas de pression .

The Vllia was very spacious throughout and not over crowded, cleaners and manager on site very helpful. We loved the pool and the surrounding area was perfect for us it is on the outskirts of Albufeira which we like.

I would maybe put more attention into cleaning the villa around corners places which were passed but shouldn't be. These small details help

In de directe omgeving veel honden geblaf , ook regelmatig in de avond en nacht. Na 2 nachten regen kortsluitingen electra in de villa.

Locatie, achtertuin en zwembad

Heel erg gehorig in de huizen omdat alles van steen is. Verder waren er de hele dag door blaffende honden in de omgeving.

Zeer ruim appartement. Erg schoon en fijne tuin. Er werd veel schoongemaakt en handdoeken in overvloed, wat ook prettig was. Airco aanwezig en slaapkamers konden goed donker worden gemaakt. Bedden zijn bovendien erg fijn. Dat er twee badkamers zijn was ronduit luxe :) En de ligging was geweldig!

Er was een aantal apparaten aan vervanging toe. Koelkast werd op de hoogste stand niet echt koud, koffiepot en pedaalemmer waren defect en wasmachine deed het niet in ons appartement.

Wat een mooie ruime accommodatie, met een prachtige tuin met uitzicht op het zwembad. Tijdens ons verblijf is er meerdere keren schoon gemaakt en zijn de handdoeken vervagen. In de buurt van een supermarkt, het strand (klein mooi strand met strandtent) en verschillende restaurants waarvan we Por do Sol we zeer aanbevelen, op loopafstand. Voor de andere faciliteiten is een auto wel handig. Met de auto ben je ook binnen 10 minuten in old town Albufeira.

Kleine Anlage mit eigener großer Terrasse und Grill, der täglich gereinigt wird. Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge an der Algarve Küste und Strand fußläufig oder mit PKW sehr gut zu erreichen. Im Oktober waren immer genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Viele Supermärkte und Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

Betten sehr hart. Licht sehr grell. Ofen konnte nicht genutzt werden weil Symbole für die Einstellungen nicht mehr zu erkennen waren. Sofas und Sessel teilweise fleckig.

Super petite maison avec jardin et barbecue permettant un bon partage familiale pour les repas. 2 salles de douches et climatisation dans les chambres très appréciés. Maison bien équipée avec lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, etc. Super piscine uniquement pour le complexe vraiment sympa.

Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas un peu de lessive à disposition.

-Schirm und Ständer waren bei Ankunft defekt, wir haben sofort Bescheid gegeben und dies wurde zwar zur Kenntnis genommen, aber unternommen wurde leider nichts -es gab nicht mal Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker, sowas hatten wir noch nie -Möbel alt und unbequem -sehr hellhörig die Unterkunft -Pool unbeheizt
