Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Basen jest świetny! Sprawna klimatyzacja. Wszystkie udogodnienia i sprzęty działały poprawnie. Polecamy to miejsce. Dobre dla par, wyjazdów grupowych czy rodzinnych. Blisko pięknej plaży i naszego nowego ulubionego sklepu Apolonia! Cicha okolica.
Problem z otrzymaniem kodów wejścia. Słaba komunikacja z personelem. Podano nam 2 numery do kontaktu.

O Ar condicionado funcionou as mil maravilhas. A limpeza é irrepreensível.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Unfortunately, it is with great sadness that I am forced to leave such a negative review. I travel all over Europe, but I have never encountered such customer service in my life. We were looking for accommodation for only one night due to a change in vacation plans. After making the reservation, I was inundated with messages from the owners, both via booking and WhatsApp, from several different numbers. I don't know who has time to read all this while on vacation. I provided a "tentative" arrival time. Obviously, when you're on vacation, no one sticks to the exact minute. Then, as requested by the owners, when I was almost there, about 40 minutes, I got up and informed them that we would be arriving. And here was my biggest surprise: I was told to arrive in two hours (I sent the message at 7:30 PM) because the owner would be having dinner! Finally, he provided the self-check-in code, and an employee was supposed to arrive at 9:30 PM to collect our security deposit and check our IDs. He showed up at 11:00 PM, after we were all already asleep. If you want to avoid unnecessary stress on your vacation, avoid this property. I honestly don't recommend it!
