Los chicos de la recepción muy amables y atentos. La cercanía con la plaza central y de los zocos. El desayuno también excelente,aún que es todo dulce,para mí genial por qué soy muy golosa,para el que no lo sea,no sé si hay opción de pedir algo salado. Repetiría sin dudarlo!!!

Mi colchón era muy duro,en cambio el de mi acompañante estaba bien. Y poca presión en la ducha,pero todo y eso,repetiré y lo he aconsejado a varios amigos que van a Marrakech.

Una estancia maravillosa. El Riad es precioso, acogedor y tiene una ubicación inmejorable, perfecta para recorrer la ciudad y disfrutar de todo lo que ofrece sin necesidad de grandes desplazamientos. El desayuno, que fue delicioso, variado y preparado con mucho mimo. Sin duda, una experiencia fantástica que repetiría sin pensarlo. Muy recomendable tanto por la ubicación como por la atención y el encanto del Riad.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond in their effort in creating a memorable and welcoming experience. The location was perfect for exploring the tourist areas and travelling beyond the medina due to the venue’s centrality. The riad itself was beautifully decorated. The young man at reception with a goatee (apologies, I did not catch your name!) was able to assist me checking in late in the evening, and even helped suggesting - and walking me to - a reputable currency exchange store to start my holiday; he was also able to recommend excursions with the venue (unfortunately, I could not attend any)and, in general, he is a wonder! The AC in the room was an absolute life-saver for the first few days as I was adjusting to the heat.

The only downside of my stay was the quality of the bed, however, I understand that this may be merely a choice of preference; whereas some prefer a much softer mattress, others prefer a tougher one. Despite this, most of my time was spent outside the riad, and I was still able to sleep well despite being on the ground floor next to a path, so I cannot truly fault them!

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación... está justo al lado de la plaza Jemaa El Fna. Igualmente, el trato por parte del personal de hotel fue impecable... les pedimos un taxi para trasladarnos al aeropuerto y sin problema ninguno. Igualmente el desayuno estuvo perfecto... abundante y de buena calidad.

Lo único que podría decir que no me gustó fue la comodidad de los colchones... para nuestro gusto, eran demasiado duros... pero todo lo demás compensa.

Le personnel était aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux. L'emplacement dans souk, top si on veut une immersion complète.

Dans le souk donc un peu bruyant. Ce n'est pas bien isolé , authentique donc, mais c'est aussi là le charme de bâtisse comme ce riad

The property was clean and well equipped, with fast Wi-Fi and a great location close to the market, main square, and attractions.

The downside was that the room was quite small and had no windows or terrace.

Eccellente posizione a pochi passi dal varco per la Medina, quindi facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Molto silenzioso e staff gentile. Colazione in terrazza. Consiglio!

Sehr laut in der Nacht. Eigentlich wird Hamam angeboten, aber bei Nachfrage wurden wir immer auf Morgen vertröstet. Dann lieber nicht anbieten.

Great location, right inside the Riad , amazing breakfast

The facilities are a bit dated but you get what you pay for , can’t complain , also it still gives you an authentic Moroccan experience, the staff are so amazing and hospitable too

- La ubicación, a 1min de la plaza. - El trato del personal, fueron muy amables. - La tranquilidad, a penas se escuchaba nada. - Olvidamos un cargador y nos lo guardaron una semana hasta que fuimos a por él.

El desayuno empezaba a las 8:00am y teníamos que estar en la estación a las 8:30am, por lo qué no nos daba tiempo. No nos ofrecieron alguna solución, como un café rápido y algo de comer.

Situation of accommodation..exelent location

No hot water Very dated.. Dont forget to leave your key..as you wont get your room cleaned..or beds made up.. When I asked why the room had not be made up..I was shown a piece of paper telling me..if you don't leave your key..your room wont be made up.. Would have helped if I was told this on arrival. .breakfast was not good..but any way you will find that out your self...had to ask for more coffee...as only given the one..plague buy wasps out side were breakfast was served..not good. Would not stay there again.. which is sad..as the position of the property is superb 👌...but un fortunately facilities were not good

Location was great for my one-night stay. I got there early afternoon and left early the next morning. Great location to explore the souks and wander around, knowing I only had a maximum of 10 minutes' walk back home. I had a tour scheduled for the next morning, and the pickup was only 5 minutes from the general meeting point for all tours.

Cela fait la deuxième fois que je choisis ce riad, très bien situé, à 5mn de la place Jemaa El, très joli, personnel très serviable et agréable, délicieux petit déjeuner, j'espère pouvoir de nouveau séjourner dans ce riad

Location is directly within the Medina. Extremely close to the main square of the Marrakesh Medina. That makes it extremely convenient, especially regarding pick ups for tours or guided events. Most tours use locations extremely near there for pick up.

雰囲気が良く、ロケーションが素晴らしい。フナ広場からすぐ。屋上で食べる朝食も良かったが蜂蜜にミツバチが寄ってくるのには閉口した。小鳥もやってきてパンを啄まれたら。

本来ならお得感のあるはずの料金設定だが、円安のためあまり恩恵がなかった

it was okay for the night

Not a good airport pick up, we had someone pick us up from the airport but then he was going to make me and my friend (2 young females) walk through the Main Street at 2:30am solo, this was pretty confronting as the street was filled of many men. He was kind enough to escort us while keeping a respectful distance as we know laws are different. Although in the initial organisation another person was to meet us as walk us to the Riad

Struttura posizionata nel punto migliore tra la Piazza principale e la Medina, ed è stato molto importante. In più molto tranquilla per la notte dove risiedeva molta pace. Il personale molto accogliente e cordiale…. tanto che alla fine siamo rimasti più giorni ! Colazione tipica marocchina molto ottima ! Siamo andati tre giorni nel deserto del Sahara con la loro organizzazione e siamo stati d’incanto !! Spendendo il giusto ! Che dire ?! È stato tutto impeccabile !! Sicuramente consiglierò ad amici o parenti. Poi naturalmente ci sarà chi pretende troppo…. ma è da sapere che la cultura e usanze nel paese in cui vai, fanno parte del fascino del viaggio. Grazie infinite a Mogador.

La chambre et le personnel était vraiment très gentils, l'emplacement était idéal.

La ubicacion es excelente ya que esta a unos metros del centro de la ciudad, es ideal por si deseas recorrer a pie. La habitacion era comoda al igual que las camas.

Breakfast is really delicious, traditional (only sweet), simple, but decent for the rest of the day, served in the rooftop terrace, nice start for the day! Room is not big, but definetly enough - since it is a traditional riad, no windows outdoor, ensuring a very good sleep in the dark and in supercomfy bed. Location is good, after you have a little clue in the Medina, it is really in the center. Ensemble Artisanal, Jema El Fnaa, Bahia Palace, Koutabia Mosque are all walking distance. Staff! Extremly nice, helped me a lot with directions, maps, they were ready to chat about their life and culture, and also give me directions with public transport to a place which is unknown for even most of the locals, LOL :D Spa I couldn't try out unfortunately, due to lack of time, but as I saw prices are reasonable. Daily cleaning, if you request. Definetly recommended place, one of my favourites on all my travels. Thank you Amine, thank you Manager, thank you all, Guys!

Tout, la chambre très typique, les terrasses, le petit déjeuner était bien. Et le hammam parfait.

Le seul point négatif est que les murs sont très fin, on entend tout ce qui ce passe.

the location was excellent and the hotel was very clean staff were very obliging and our room was fabulous.

our only complaint was there were no sunbeds on the roof terrace to relax in the sun.

Great location and perfect Riad! Clean and cozy. Always felt safe, also when arriving later in the evening.

The location was spot on. Staff couldn't do enough to help, always had a friendly smile on their face

Bed were very hard, could do with softer mattresses. Bathroom was ok, but the shower head holder was brocken but wasn't an issue

The location was fabulous, close to the main square. The staff were very obliging and friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, the wifi was good.

Struttura molto centrale a pochi passi da Jamaa el Fna, in una delle vie principali della medina. Camera sufficiente spaziosa, mi è piaciuta l’accoglienza dello staff e la posizione, visto che viaggiavo da sola avevo tutto a portata di mano. Bellissima la colazione in terrazza, mi è piaciuta molto.

Dormendo al piano terra ho solamente sentito qualche ospite all’alba fare un po’ di rumore lasciando la struttura.

È diverse volte che soggiorno in questo riad e devo dire che lentamente sta peggiorando. Lo staff, a parte il ragazzo giovane di cui non so il nome, è meno ospitale delle volte precedenti. Anche la colazione, sebbene rimanga di buon livello, è meno abbondante degli anni scorsi. Per esempio non ci è stato chiesto se volevano l'omelette, non c'è nulla di salato se non un formaggino non è più presente marmellata ma solo burro e miele. Alla riconsegna della camera, sebbene fosse molto presto rispetto alle 11.30 ( orario max di check out) la signora era lì che aspettava le chiavi. Co avevano garantito con mail il check in presto ma così non è stato. Insomma piccole cose che stanno cambiando in peggio. Ci tornerei? Penso di sì
