L emplacement est top à deux pas de la place Jemma El Fna ! Le riad est authentique avec une décoration marocaine belle et traditionnelle et les chambres sont très confortables.. On se sent très bien dans ce riad, il règne une bonne ambiance grâce au personnel qui est prévenant et très sympathique. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

The hotel looks exactly as shown in the photos. The room was very clean and cozy, and the breakfast was good as well.

Soap was missing in the bathroom. Also, despite stating on Booking.com that they accept credit cards, the hotel only accepts cash. Guests are not informed of this requirement in advance, which can be inconvenient.

Purtroppo la bellezza del cortile interno non può sopperire a tutto il resto. Nella stanza al piano terra si sentono tutti i rumori, c'è un forte odore di muffa e umido da non poter respirare (in piena estate, figuriamoci in inverno). Dalla porta del bagno passano sia gli odori che la luce per cui è ancora più impossibile dormire. Tra gli aspetti positivi avrei dovuto inserire la disponibilità della struttura di prenotarci il tour del deserto la sera prima (dato che il tour acquistato non ci aveva cominciato l'orario e il luogo del prelievo, e pertanto abbiamo dovuto trovare un'alternativa veramente all'ultimo la sera prima ) purtroppo questo tour si è rivelato un disastro e una vera fregatura (mi sta bene aver pagato più degli altri che facevano il tour con noi perché è giusto che il riad prenda la sua parte ma dovrebbe controllare con che persone lavora, non solo siamo stati lasciati senza aria condizionata nel pullman, non solo siamo sempre stati portati in posti brutti in cui ti facevano pagare le cose il doppio di quello che paghi in Italia e se dovevi andare al bagno l'autista non si fermava finché non raggiungeva il suo posto "convenzionato" per la fregatura, ma la cosa più orrenda è stata che il driver ha ucciso un cane nel parcheggio passandogli sopra - e non per sbaglio perché non era in retromarcia e il cane era fermo che dormiva nello stesso posto da quando siamo arrivati, il parcheggio era vuoto visto che tutti gli altri pullman erano già andati via e nessuno ha neanche sfiorato il cane, inoltre non ha fatto neanche cenno di vedere se poteva fare qualcosa quando gli è passato sopra, è ripartito dritto nonostante il forte lamento del povero cane che abbiamo sentito tutti, vergogna! Il Riad non dovrebbe dare lavoro a persone così cattive!

Everything was Perfect, super friendly staff, the room was clean and nice and the breakfast was good aswell. The Location is Perfect and They are just very helpful. We had to leave early and the even gave us takeaway breakfast at 6 am. Thank you very much

We had an excellent stay at Riad Hamza. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore Marrakech and the Medina. Taha was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He gave us great recommendations for places to visit and eat, and he was always available whenever we needed anything. The room was very comfortable, clean, and equipped with air conditioning, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The price is excellent, especially considering that breakfast is included. Everyone on the staff was warm, welcoming, and always made us feel at home.

Great location and very friendly staff and amenities. It came with a free breakfast, which was very filling and kept us satisfied for most of the day. Good air conditioning in the room and comfortable beds.

The location was great—right in the center and close to the popular market. The staff was incredibly friendly, always greeting me with a warm welcome and making me feel at home. The gentlemen always helped me with my bags, arranged a taxi to the airport, and were happy to assist with anything I needed. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe! Side note: The A/C was amazing!

Eine sehr schöne Ryad im Zentrum der Stadt. Super einfach zu erreichen und gegenüber von einem super Restaurant und auf dem Weg befindet sich auch noch ein sehr leckerer Sandwich Laden. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und das Frühstück hervorragend. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen :)

Die Lage ist top! Ruhig am Tag und in der Nacht und ganz nah am grossen Platz. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Riad ist klein mit sehr schönen sauberen Zimmern. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist frisch zubereitet und das gesamte Personal ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Csak egy égő lógott a mennyezetből, a TV sem működött, de ezek elhanyagolható tényezők voltak számunkra.

Posizione perfetta, nel centro della Medina e Riad molto carino. È possibile tenere in stallo o bagagli prima e/o dopo il check in / check out.

Bagno piccolino, nella nostra stanza cieco. Potrebbe essere migliorato il servizio sapone/shamppo offerto e le asciugamani, anche se ci sono state puntualmente cambiate ogni giorno, erano un po' usurate.

Air conditioner in the room, very clean quiet and peaceful. Beautiful terrace and sophas to chill out in the riad during intense visit days. Nice people who attend you and delicious breakfast. The best of this riad is the location, in the center of Marrakech, 2 minutes to Jema el Fna square and 10 minutes to medina or any other interest place so you can rest for a while whenever you are tired and go back to the center in the blink of an eye. You can pay with euros and they take care of luggage the day you check out while you don't leave the city.

Excellent location 5mins from the main square. Friendly staff always happy to help with advice on what to see, arranging airport taxi etc. Basic but good breakfast.

El Hamman que reservamos en el hotel era bastante básico tanto en el servicio como las instalaciones del spa, sugerimos ver opciones alternativas.

Está en un callejón muy estrecho de la medina y da un poco de inseguridad. Además te toca andar porque los transportes no te pueden dejar en la puerta. Habitación pequeña. Por este precio los Riad son justitos.

Estaba en plena Medina de Marrakech. El personal era muy amable y atento. Era muy bonito, las habitaciones simples, pero buena calidad - precio.

The ryad itself was beautiful, and the staff working there in person were genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable and were one of the best parts of the experience. Unfortunately, interactions with the manager over the phone were completely different. After confirming our late arrival 3 times online, we were told on arrival that there were no rooms until the morning. It was clear that there were rooms available as we were finally checked in after being charged for another night. While I understand his reasoning, the manager was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a way that felt sexist and disrespectful. I was also left with the impression that he was not fully honest regarding certain arrangements and communication. Our original confirmation had the late hour and on the day of arrival had been switched. He insisted I had never been told it was ok to check in so late and ignored the fact that I had confirmation messages on my phone. It created unnecessary stress and left a negative impression overall. I want to be fair because the staff at the riad deserve credit for their kindness, but future guests should be aware that dealing with management may be very different from the warm hospitality shown by the onsite team.

Das Frühstück war zwar kein Buffet, aber sehr gut. Die Lage ist sehr zentral am Fana-Platz, allerdings muss man von der Taxistation zum Ryad ein paar Minuten laufen. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut, allerdings muss man sein Gepäck hochtragen, wobei wir Hilfe bekamen.

Friendly staff, great setup with (as far as I know) a very good presentation of a local style in the commons, beautiful rooftop (above most its neighbors with good views of famous minarets in the distance). Breakfast was french inspired (lovely bread, croissant, scrambled eggs looking very omelette-like, crepes style pancake, juice, coffee and tea if you desire) included. Room was well designed with newish fixtures in WC. Someone at the desk 24h, so no fear for a late night too. Always like a fountain too, which the commons is blessed with too

Can be noisy as rooms aren't insulated like a traditional hotel, so a snore might be heard or your neighbours coming home or conversing, not overly loud but its a different space than a conventional hotel. Modern mapping and geolocation is well established for the network of alleys that make up the district, but you could find yourself disoriented without access or some other impediment. I was on ground floor but it may get warmer as you rise between levels, though that is speculative and rooms are equipped with AC, so it would be mitigated.

External and internal noise at unsocial hours impacts the ability to sleep. Despite being tucked away in a small alley, Ryad Hamza has excessive noise levels, especially passing motorcycles. Staff can't do anything about this but could control other guests better and make less noise setting up for breakfast. Just something to live with if you don't mind being woken up very late and again very early. Can't pay for the accommodation by credit card, only in cash (local currency or Euros). Staff did message me beforehand to let me know.

Las almohadas, tenian que cambiarlas, prácticamente no era almohada. No había perchas. Y aunque pensé en pedirlas, me di cuenta que el armario no tenia barra para ponerlas. Toda la ropa en una banqueta.
