Gebucht, bezahlt, online eingecheckt. Wir haben trotzdem locker 25 Minuten mit dem Touchterminal am Haus verbracht.Auch mit Unterstütztung von anderen Hausgästen haben wir ewig lange gebraucht bis wir endlich unseren PIN-Code hatten. Das Terminal ist zwischendurch immer wieder ohne erkennbaren Grund stehen geblieben. Weder die in Booking angegebene Hotline noch die am Terminal angebrachte Telefonnummer war erreichbar. Ärgerlich, da wir alles vorher online vorbereitet hatten. Andere Gastgeber verschicken einem einfach kurz die Pin Sorry, aber nach 90km Radtour hat das einfach genervt.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026La chambre était confortable. Il faisait chaud ; c'est pourquoi nous avons apprécié la climatisation même si nous avons été raisonnables sur son utilisation. Nous avons trouvé sympa la possibilité d'utiliser la cuisine pour le petit dej. C'est un bel endroit récent. Sur le balcon nous avions la vue sur le lac. Je recommande.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Ļoti laba apmešanās vieta, lai aktīvi atpūstos Hallštates ezera apkārtnē. Dzīvojām komfortablā istabiņā ar balkonu. Istabiņā ir gaisa kondicionieris, tv un neliels ledusskapis. Ir tējkanna. Koplietošanas virtuvē ir viss ēdiena pagatavošanai. Vannas istabā ir lieliska duša. Ir slēgta nojume riteņu glabāšanai.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Camera curată cu balcon și mobilier de balcon , deși mică avea cam tot ce este ncesar, TV, aer condiționat, minibar, cana electrică pt ceai cu ceai și cafea ,cabina de duș spațioasă iar parcarea chiar în fața pensiunii, gratis. Stație de încarcat electrica 0,17 E/minut. Peste pod este un restaurant bun.
Check - in se face la ușa proprietății online, Nu am avut cu cine discuta. Nu exista un coș de gunoi în cameră.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The room was modern, clean, well-equipped. However, the check-in experience was unacceptable. The PIN code in my booking confirmation was incorrect, so I was locked outside for about 30 minutes. When I first contacted the property, they only replied that no one was there and offered no help. Later, they told me to call. I called twice and was even told I had reached the wrong property. Only after a local person helped me call again did they realize the mistake and send me the correct PIN code, which was different from the one in my booking confirmation. After that, an older man appeared. Instead of apologizing, he angrily said to me, "You're already inside, aren't you?" and walked away. The room itself was good, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend this property because of the poor handling of a serious check-in problem.

Not suitable for elderly guests. Although the facilities are modern, the screen-based check-in process is not very user-friendly. The access code has to be entered repeatedly at both the main entrance and the room door, and the on-screen keypad is rather small. We were given accommodation on the third floor. The staircase was very steep and difficult for my wife, who has limited mobility, to manage. In addition, the water in the shower drained very poorly.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Η περιοχή ήταν κοντά μεν στο Hallstatt, αλλά μετά τις 19:30 δεν υπαρζει τίποτα για να βρεις να φας . Όλη η περιοχή πανάκριβη, οι κάτοικοι της περιοχής αγενείς σε τρομερό βαθμό . Δεν υπάρχει βοήθεια από προσωπικό αν χρειαστεί, όταν χρειάστηκα να ανακτήσω κωδικό και είχα ξεχάσει το τηλέφωνο στο δωμάτιο,δεν είχα δυνατότητα για καμία βοήθεια. Η περιοχή είναι μόνο για να πας να πάρεις φωτογραφίες και να φύγεις.δεν θα ξαναπήγαινα.στα υπέρ είναι το πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι και η καθαριότητα.

Dostępna ładowarka dla samochodów elektrycznych, schowek na rowery i self checkin. W pokoju klimatyzacja, lodówka i wygodne łóżka. Można przyjechać z pieskiem :) na parterze jest wspólna kuchnia z mikrofalą, płyta grzewczą i zmywarką. Bardzo polecamy!

Parking is a bit weird as there are no lines on the ground. Check-in system is a bit strange but we didnt have any problems!

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Csendes, nyugodt környezetben lévő , szuper elhelyezkedésű, tiszta, újépítésű ház. Nagyon elégedettek voltunk az ott tartózkodásunk ideje alatt. Könnyű volt a bejutás, fizetés. Közelben sok látnivaló, étterem. Kutyussal voltunk, bátran ajánlanánk a helyet, szeretnénk visszatérni a közeljövőben. 🥰
Nem volt ilyen, mindent rendben találtunk.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit Klimaanlage und kleinem Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher etwas Zubehör für die Teezubereitung und modernes Bad mit schöner Dusche. Im Haus gibt es auch eine gut ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche die ich aber nicht gebraucht habe. Ich komme gern wieder. Besonders praktisch war für mich die sichere Fahrradgarage mit Lademöglichkeit für meinen Escooter.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026В номере было все что бы отдохнуть, прекрасный вид на горы, общая кухня оборудована всем необходимым, тихий и спокойный район, поблизости замечательный ресторан но он смотрите когда он работает у них на сайте. Вообщем всем советую, от отеля можно дойти к жд вокзалу а от туда автобусом бесплатным ехать в Гальштат или Обертраун. Для комфорта можете взять такси 🚕, номера местных таксистов на листочках жд вокзала.
Все идеально.

Otelin oradaki köprünün başında bulunan restoranda yemek yiyebileceğiniz bir yerde bulunuyor onun dışında başka birşey yok maalesef çevrede Otele check-in için kimse bulunmuyor bu arada kapıda bir kiosk var oradan siz check-in yapıyorsunuz ve size oda numarası ile giriş şifresi veriyor.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Ubytovanie bolo čisté a dobre situované. Na prízemí sa nachádza veľká kuchyňa s jedálenským stolom. Za 20 eur na pobyt tu môžte mať aj psíka.
Nepáčilo sa mi, že keď sme prišli izba bola pripravená len pre jednu osobu a bez manželskej postele.Potom prišla pani a doplnila ďalšie posteľne pradlo s paplonom a vankúšom a dala nám aj uteráky..postele spojila dokopy..Mala som pocit, že je izba menšia než 17m2 a výhľad z okna nebol uspokojivý..Ledva sme videli na hory.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026I had a wonderful stay overall! The location is amazing, situated right by the southern part of the lake. It is very quiet, and the property itself is stunning. What I loved: The Room: It was incredibly clean and very spacious—definitely the largest room I stayed in during my entire trip. Facilities: Having a large kitchen downstairs with a big dining table was a great bonus. Convenience: There is plenty of parking right next to the building, which made everything very easy.
A few things to note: While the self check-in is convenient, I personally prefer having a physical person to speak with at times. Also, a staff member (likely the owner) knocked on my door unexpectedly to ask how my stay was. It was a bit startling and felt a little intrusive in the moment. Lastly, I noticed a very small, easy-to-miss note regarding a suggested tip amount. In my personal opinion, this felt a bit disrespectful and unnecessary for this type of accommodation. Despite these points, it’s a fantastic place and I truly enjoyed my time there!
