Reviewed Sep 17, 2026So so so good breakfast was so nice. Room was so beautiful. I would also like to mention Abdesamad in particular. He is an absolutely wonderful person and an exceptional member of staff. He took great care of us and helped us with everything we needed. We were extremely happy with his service and truly appreciated his kindness and attention throughout our stay.
There was too much mosquitos in the room. There were no curtains in the bathroom

the room gave with 2 windows to the street , which is ok but the lights in the streets ( against the hotel wall ) made that the light fall into our room so that it was impossible to sleep if you like the room dark at night... the restaurant has no outside terrace which is very sad being inside at 32 degrees in the evening

Reviewed May 4, 2026Our stay at the hotel was genuinely perfect. The room was beautiful, spacious, and had an outstanding view. The location was wonderfully quiet, exactly what we were looking for, yet still within easy driving distance of the mountains and nearby towns and villages for hiking. The staff were consistently warm and attentive, going out of their way to make sure everything was just right. A special mention to Abdessamad (I hope I’ve spelt that correctly), who was an absolute delight and made a real difference to our stay. The food was exceptional and very reasonably priced, which was a welcome surprise. It was also great that the hotel serves alcohol, as this is not always the case in the area.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, die ganze Anlag ist perfekt sauber und gepflegt. Auch das Essen ist top, insbesondere das reichhaltige Frühstück. Highlight des Besuchs 1: Als ich spontan entschied noch eine Nacht zu bleiben, wurden meine Sachen im neuen Zimmer mit Liebe zurechtgemacht. Highlight 2: Als ich am Motorrad ein technisches Problem hatte, hat mir der Recepcionist und ein Mitarbeiter bei der Reparatur geholfen. In jeder Beziehung unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026This was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms were even nicer (and more modern!) than we expected. You really do get the Japanese/zen feeling that the hotel aims to provide. Out of all our hotels in Morocco, this one was the most updated and all around most comfortable. Our meal in the restaurant was also excellent, and they had TVs at the bar where we could watch the Champions League games. We also want to mention how much we appreciated being provided with individually packed breakfasts for the road, when we departed in the early morning (before 5am).

The design is stunning — it preserves the authentic feel of Ouarzazate while adding modern touches in a very tasteful way. As someone who loves architecture, I really appreciated how well thought-through everything was. We loved it so much that we couldn’t stop taking photos around the property — every corner is beautiful. The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. And the staff were absolutely wonderful: warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. I can easily say it’s the best place to stay in Ouarzazate — truly unforgettable.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Everything was amazing! We loved the arquitecture, the interior design and the pool. Particularly outstanding; the food and the service, truly fantastic. We enjoyed every minute while being here and I wish we have stayed one night longer.
The location is a bit hard to find. Try to read the instructions/map sent by the hotel one day im advance in case you have no internet while driving towards the property. Another thing, the sheets of the bed were itching a bit. I have the feeling the quemicals used to wash them are a bit too strong. It didnt bother us that much but just as a point to consider. And last thing, one mirror outside of the bathroom would be amazing to have 🫶. However, these are only small details to achieve perfection. We would happily come back again!

Gemütlicher Frühstücksraum mit Bar, sehr freundliches Personal. Einzig die Lage ist in mitten einer Wohngegebend und nicht ganz so einfach zu finden.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2025Die Unterkunft liegt am Stadtrand, nicht weit weg von den Atlas Studios. Es ist eine schöne Anlage im klassischen Kasbah-Stil, mit Pool und Garten, vielen Treppen und Nischen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben neben sehr guten Betten ein schönes Bad und eine separate Toilette japanischer Art. Abendessen wird angeboten und ist unbedingt empfehlenswert. Auch das Frühstück ist besonders, eine Mischung aus marokkanisch und europäisch. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung mit Google Maps hat gut geklappt und man sollte sich von der Schotterstraße, die auf die Teerstraße folgt, nicht irritieren lassen.

We didn't like that you have to tell in advance at what time and what you want to eat at dinner, what time you will have breakfast the next morning; when you work all year long and you are on a holiday you don't like to be obliged to have plans. We didn't like not to have tv in the room, we didn't like the beautiful but uncomfortable seats at the restaurant We understand it's a philosophy of life, but you can't imposed your philosophy to your guests

Die Preise sind für die Gegend sicher recht hoch aber für die Leistung absolut angemessen.

Tastefully decorated to a very high standard with beautiful furnishings. The food and service were first class. We stayed here for 2 nights only as part of a tour and wish we had stayed longer!
It's hard to fault anything! The only thing that wasn't 10/10 was that the restaurant air conditioning only seemed to work well in certain areas, so in September we found it very hot. However, after asking if it was 'on' we were moved to a table under it. Staff were all excellent, well trained and hugely helpful.
