The key in the lock was a little tricky to use (Unit #1)- maybe a better copy would be good (I recommend Home Depot for good key copies). The room smelled a bit like bad perfume, probably a cleaning products smell, and it was hard to air out the room due to no windows to open and only an air conditioner for air exchange.

Some other buildings/houses were blasting music at night & random fireworks outside on a friday. Comfort level of the bed was alright, but had trouble falling asleep.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Belle chambre, endroit tranquille, près de la plage. La piscine était chauffée, très propre et peu fréquentée. Il y a plusieurs bacs de recyclage et des poubelles pour garder les lieux propres.
Présentement, il y a des travaux d'aménagement de la plage qui empêche de se rendre directement a la plage. L'aménagement de la terrasse est correct, mais pourrait et+re amélioré ar c'est defraichi. On dispose de 3 BBQ, mais les clients ne prennent pas la peine de nettoyer avant de partir. Il faudrait aménager quelque chose pour faciliter le nettoyage.

The room was infested with fruit flies and the wifi did not get connected. We did reach out to the front desk but he was rude and blamed it on our devices. We had no issues connecting at other local restaurants and cafes like Tim Hortons. The towels had stains and hair of previous guests, they at leadt change that upon request. The cleaner ladies sat outside our room window smoking and chatting all day until 10pm, we did not get much peace or privacy due to that. Additionally, the air-conditioning was extremely noisy. We won't be back.

La piscine est chauffé et propre. L’emplacement est parfait sur la plage . Les deux seule petit point négatif sont les rénovations en cours à wasaga beach ainsi que la musique qui viens du bar en bas de l’hotel. Seuelement si vous voulez avoir le calme , demander une chambre loin de la plage .Mais c’était très bien . Je recommande .

L’équipement un peu vieux et abîmé. La salle de bain trop petite , et des gens font la fête dehors très tard jusqu’à 2h du matin , Il devrait y avoir un couvre feu pour ça c’est parfaits très bruyant .

The direct access to beach is closed off during the redevelopment. You can take a short walk to get access. Whether it will re-open later I don't know. The guy on the desk is not the most congenial type, but he is still accommodating enough and housekeeping lady is great. They have been there forever

We were supposed to stay in a lake-view room, but instead we were given a standard room downstairs at the very back of the property. We were even willing to pay extra to upgrade, and there were lake-view rooms available, but the staff refused our request. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.

Il y avait des travaux majeurs de construction autour du resort, avec de la machinerie lourde. Nous avons été réveillés par le bruit de la machinerie dès 7h00 le matin. En plus du bruit il y avait la poussière. De plus l'accès direct à la plage était condamné à cause des travaux, et le restaurant de l'hôtel était fermé. Nous n'avons jamais été avisés par l'établissement qu'il y aurait des travaux durant notre séjour. Je ne recommande pas.
