Perfect room. No complains

All the staff I met were polite, kind and helpful. The room was clean.

I stayed for one night but it was a nightmare. The air conditioning unit was shockingly loud. Every 3-5 minutes, it made a massive noise that sounded exactly like a train passing right inside our room. Besides, there were flies buzzing around the room constantly. These disruptions were highly annoying and we could not sleep for the entire night. When we woke up, the floor was flooded due to the air conditioning unit. Upon closer inspection, the AC tube was completely broken and the worst part is that the owner already knew about this problem but still rented the room to customer anyway. They had intentionally placed a trash can and towels underneath the broken unit to catch the water before we even checked in. Selling a damaged, flooding room to paying customers without fixing it first is incredibly irresponsible.

Fantastic service! The resort has a great location - close to the beach but off the main strip. The amenities at the resort are great - it is nice to have a full kitchen in the room.

We arrived to find a football team of drunk college students staying next door, the staff were great and immediately moved us to another room which was really comfortable, can’t thank them enough for being so helpful.

The cabins are pretty rough and ready, rooms on main block better.

The staff here really tried to be kind and accommodating. I could see that the staff really tried. I had no issues with them. Location wise, it's spot on, in the heart of all the action. You can walk to the beach, otherwise the city will charge you $40 for beach parking! There is golfing and go karts, plazas and Walmart nearby. If you're looking for quick and dirty and aren't super picky, this is the place for you. They're just starting to built proper infrastructure. You can see the potential here. Come back in 2-5 years for a proper good time. Check out Pedro's Gift shop for Wasaga gear; that place is amazing.

The staff here really tried to be kind and accommodating but the place itself, I'm sorry to say is super rough. The A/C unit blared like a train all night and there was no way to regulate it. There were yellowing moisture spots in our bathroom & huge rusty spots on the stairs leading up to the room. There is no turndown service here. Its your job to clean out your own garbage which needs to be dumped in the communal trash & recycling bins just outside the rooms. I had to ask the staff for extra toilet paper. They don't give you fresh towels unless you ask. You have to ask for everything. Someone spilled cleaning agent on one of our beds and just left it when we checked in. The bed was soaked with what smelled like Ajax. I had to ask for new sheets, new covers and turned the mattress over and changed the bed myself. The font desk gave me new sheets then called me later on with a room upgrade at which point it was just too late. We have 2 kids and were already settled so we just stuck it out. Our kitchen window faced a car repair shop complete with rusty hubcaps everywhere and beat up junk cars. The children's play ground was rusty, broken down, moss covered and frankly a safety violation with garbage stern everywhere by racoons. Wasaga seems to be in the slow process of a transition into a proper tourist spot but is currently just in the infancy stage and has possibly a few years to go before it really gets there. This place was the highest rated for hotels, so do what you will with that. Location wise its spot on. If you're looking for quick and dirty and aren't super picky, this is the place for you.

We were on the second floor and lots of stairs and no buggy. Did 4 trips upstairs with my partner lol , but will ask for a room on the first floor in March 2027 if possible. We really liked the redort over all and already planning our trip for our 3 night stay at your resort very happy. We will definately recommend. 🙂

We booked chalet #41 for two nights for a family of eight (3 adults, 5 children), $1,269.22 paid in full at booking. On arrival, the unit was not in acceptable condition. One of our children sat on a bed and it dropped to the floor — management later confirmed in writing that a support slat under the mattress was bent in a way that “could cause an unexpected drop.” The bathroom and shower curtain were in poor condition, and the general cleanliness was well below what we expected at this price point. Floor vents were visibly dirty. Management’s explanation was that the previous guests had been a group of 19-year-olds. Their proposed solutions were to send cleaning staff back to the unit, or to bring in an additional bed. We declined and left within thirty minutes of arrival, and found better accommodation ten minutes away the same evening — smaller, cleaner, closer to the beach, and less expensive. To their credit, the office processed a refund the same day. However, it was 80% of the total, Management characterized the partial refund as a discretionary exception to a non-refundable policy. Two things worth knowing before you book: reservations here are charged in full at booking and are non-refundable under a one-month notice policy in peak season, and management’s own written position is that offering to re-clean a unit after check-in constitutes an adequate remedy. The property itself has potential and the location is good. The maintenance and turnover standards are not where they should be for what is charged.

pour avoir séjournée sur les lieux avant a quelques reprises l'entretien des espaces communs comme la grande galerie au deuxième étages manquait un peu de propreté.

La proximité de la plage était super. Le personnel très gentil.

Les installations au niveau du cottage s'était moyen. Très petit et peu conviviale avec 3 enfants. La propreté des BBQ laissait à désirer de beaucoup.

C'était très grand avec 2 lits queen, table avec chaises, cuisinette équipée. Belle robinetterie dans salle de bain. Table extérieure avec 4 chaises à labris de la pluie. Beau stationnement. Rack à velo. Café en bas le matin.

Le frigo était sale. J'ai dû le nettoyer. Le côté du frigo est rouillé. Le plancher était sale. Besoin d'une moppe mouillé. Mon mari a réparé l'air climatisée qui coulait. 5 jours là, ils sont jamais venus pour changer nos serviettes et jamais passé pour du ménage.

Das Zimmer war kaum gereinigt, Schränke und Türen klebrig, der Boden offensichtlich seit Längerem nicht gewischt, die Handtücher nicht sauber. Im Kühlschrank standen offene Lebensmittel. Insgesamt wirkte die Anlage nicht sehr gepflegt.

Updated, clean room. All necessary conveniences provided, particularly with the kitchen area ... i.e. kitchen ware, utilities, appliances. Property was well maintained. Friendly staff presence and service

It would have been nice if the king bed rooms (2 person rooms) had a balcony seating area like all the other rooms

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk, maar de kamers waren niet proper, de omgeving rond onze chalet was ook niet proper en had een vieze geur. Prima verblijf voor 1 nachtje maar zeker niet meer.

Veel afval rond de chalets en de beestjes komen die halen. De handdoeken werden niet vervangen of de kamer werd niet opgefrist in 4 dagen.

La proximité de la plage no 1. La très large galerie couverte où chaque chambre avait une table et une petite corde à linge. On aurait donc pu s'y tenir même lors d'une grosse averse, sans se faire mouiller. Nous avons pu nous connecter à notre compte Netflix et regarder des films, ce qui a été très pratique le mercredi quand le ciel était obscurci par la fumée très malodorante des feux de forêt. Nous ne sommes pas du tout sortis cette journée-là.

Un papa qui buvait une bière dans une bouteille en verre à la piscine. D'autres adultes buvaient aussi de la bière. J'aurais préféré que l'alcool soit interdit avant 20 h, car il y aurait eu moins d'enfants.

The staff was lovely and very accommodating. Great location to the beach and a good family resort.

The shower in my cabin was very small, and the shower head was not flexible which was very problematic as it wasn't at all positioned correctly for my height. Nothing could be done in the moment but if nothing else, this needs a bit of a rework or even the addition of a hand held shower would have been helpful.

Cleanliness and comfortable beds! All kitchen appliances, dishes were well placed and worked well with our meal preparations. Washroom quite modern. Staff available and ready to serve.

room wasn't super clean like what you'd expect from, say, holiday Inn or four seasons. there was sand in places where we walked, probably from previous visitors. the beds were clean though

Air climatisé bruyant et défectueux mais nous avons eu du service et ce n’était rien comparativement au reste des avantages. Bbq parfois défectueux.

We loved the pool, the morning coffee and the ladies in the office were very welcoming and friendly - they helped us with anything we needed. The cottage we stayed in was comfortable and the resort has a lot of amenities.

Very good location, close to shops, mini golf. Beach was just across the bridge (walking distance). There was a jacuzzi in the room too. Pool was nice to have, BBQs all around. Lots of squirrels. Would have liked to stay longer.

Got stung by a floating wasp which ended up on my shoulder while swimming in the pool.

Lady at the office was extremely pleasant to deal with and they had alot of free activities and game boards for everyone

Very clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was amazing after a day of heavy work. We have stayed at a few other locations while working in the area and this was definitely the best place.

Location was good.

Beds were uncomfortable. There is no heat in the cabin. A portable heater was supposed to be in the cabin and there was none. A worker had to bring one late at night. The bathroom mirror fell off the wall while I was wiping condensation from the shower off of it. Luckily I was able to catch it. There were flying insects all over the cabin. It was old and very out of date.

Great spot! We stayed in a deluxe king room, it was very clean and spacious, the jacuzzi was amazing. You can see the lake from the window.

Our room was very clean, warm, newly updated, and had a full kitchen well stocked with utensils and dishes. Location was very convenient and close to the beach. Was a great stay and would definitely be back if we are in the area again.

It was easy to locate and had a few shops and restaurants nearby. No carpet which we definitely prefer. Updated bathroom was very nice and the kitchen provided everything we needed for our stay.

The room was very clean and had a full kitchenette well stocked with utensils and dishes. Warm, clean, great water pressure in the shower. It was a pleasant stay and would stay again for a longer period. Also great for those riding snowmobiles. Not too far from the trail.

It’s very clean, spacious and Bryan, the office staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There’s no mirror anywhere else than the washroom. They could have atleast put a mirror elsewhere rather than just the washroom.

The suite was extremely clean. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The resort staff was nice and helpful, answered all my questions promptly even before arrival. We only spent there one single night and did not explore all of the facilities, but by looking at their map there was plenty to do in there. We were also pleasantly surprised how quiet it was even though the hotel was full. The bed mattresses were more on a firmer side but very close to what we have in our bedroom, so it was not a big deal for us. The pillows were nice and comfy though. All of us enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Wasaga Beach.
