Que persona mas buena y atenta con toda nuestra familia, sus desayunos, sus abrazos a los niños, su atención para que no nos preocuparamos de nada. Muchas gracias por todo Fathia, cuando hablemos de nuestro viaje a Marruecos, siempre apareceras tu.

Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y resultan cómodas y acogedoras. Pero, sin duda, lo mejor fue la atención del personal: siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu à l'arrivée un petit thé à la menthe de bienvenue. Voilà!

Reviewed May 25, 2026L'accueil n'était pas bon. On a essayé de me refiler une chambre qui ne correspondait pas à celle que j'avais réservée. Pourtant, j'ai bien signalé à la dame que j'avais le numéro de réservation et qu'il est bien indiqué « chambre double deluxe ». Alors la réponse était choquante : elle m'a dit qu'au prix où j'ai réservé sur Booking, je ne devrais pas avoir une chambre comme celle que j'ai eue. Oui, j'ai bien eu une chambre avec une promo avec Genius, mais c'est culotté de sa part d'essayer de remettre ma chambre à louer. Pas de bol pour eux, je ne me suis pas laissé faire. J'ai juste dû insister pour avoir la chambre pour laquelle j'avais payé.

Die Lage ist ruhig, man ist aber auch schnell in der Medina. Sehr empfehlenswert ist das herausragende Frühstück. Es ist war bei uns nicht inbegriffen, aber seinen Preis absolut wert!!

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Buona posizione alle porte del centro quindi facilmente raggiungibile a piedi con i bagagli. Colazione abbondante e ottima, tutto preparato al momento. Camera spaziosa e pulita.
La doccia non ha separazione col resto del bagno quindi si allaga tutto e non danno un tappeto. Il personale visto solo al check in e a colazione le cuoche. Camere calde ma spazi comuni freddi ma questo è dovuto alla struttura del riad. Poco spazio per sistemare le proprie cose solo un piccolo armadio. Va bene per una notte.

I had booked and paid in advance for four rooms at this accommodation, but when we arrived, they told us that the reservation did not exist and that they did not have any rooms available for us. However, they told me to request a free cancellation through Booking and that they would accept it so that I would not have to pay. How could it be that the reservation was not there but they offered to cancel at no cost?

The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the ladies who prepared it were so kind and welcoming. We especially loved our room, which had a cozy sitting area ,a perfect spot to relax after exploring the Medina. There is 24/7 staff available so you can checkout any time with arrangement.

Está en una calle peatonal muy empinada. Llegar con las maletas resulta difícil. Hay varios pisos, y el desayuno se sirve arriba del todo. Esto puede ser un problema para personas con alguna limitación de movilidad.

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025Uitstekende locatie. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, met een speciale vermelding voor de dames van het ontbijtteam. Het ontbijt is zeer goed: gevarieerd en daarbovenop geniet je van een prachtig uitzicht terwijl je eet.
De gastheer was in vergelijking met andere accommodaties minder warm en behulpzaam. Geen goede verduistering in de kamer. Ondanks de goede locatie is de bereikbaarheid met een zware koffer minder praktisch, en er werd geen hulp geboden met het dragen van bagage.

Desayuno increíble y la cama muy cómoda. El restaurante que está en la misma calle un buen lugar para comer también.

Les falta un poco de detalle, la ducha no se sujetaba, poco papel higiénico, nada de gel. Y espacio pequeño para cama daba de lado a lado de la pared las otras dos no eran camas usan el sofá

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025Tiene mucho encanto, limpio y acogedor. Mohamed no trato excelentemente y Fatcia nos preparaba unos desayunos deliciosos. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025Riad pulito e accogliente in ottima posizione per visitare a piedi la bellissima città. Camera bella, spaziosa e arredata con gran buon gusto e in modo molto caratteristico. Parcheggio custodito disponibile a pagamento a poca distanza. Aria condizionata. Buona colazione in terrazza che però nel nostro caso non era inclusa nella tariffa e abbiamo dovuto pagare a parte.
Siamo state due notti e, nonostante l'avessimo richiesto, non è mai stata rifatta la camera e nemmeno svuotato il cestino del bagno pieno di carta igienica.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2025Tutto perfetto, dell'accoglienza calorosa alla stanza estremamente curata e pulita. Letto comodissimo, colazione abbondante in terrazza, spazi eleganti e posizione tattica a metà tra i numerosi parcheggi sulla via principale e l'accesso alla medina.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025Another 10/10 stay at Riad La Santa. Perfect location at the entrance to the medina and only 2 mins walking from secure parking. Beautiful Riad with great decor and the breakfast is homemade and delicious every time. Mohamed looked after us with 10/10 care as always :) We will be back thank you again!

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025Riad à la décoration tres soignée, chambres confortables. Situation géographique parfaite, en début de médina, acces parking proche et l'emplacement reste calme. Le charme du Riad est incontestable. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse qui propose une belle vue sur Chefchaouen.

Dans notre chambre il manquait un rideau sur une des fenêtres (et pas de volets) donc la lumière du jour rentre tôt. Le pommeau de douche fuyait

El baño era un poco incómodo por no tener ducha separada y el grifo de ducha estaba averiado y difícil de regular.
