Muy austero en cuanto a muebles del cuarto y demasiado sencillo y pequeño en las áreas comunes, le faltan muebles, lobby, solo una mesa de comedor. Igual la decoración es muy escasa. Alto en relación calidad-precio

Reviewed May 14, 2026Très bien placé, à deux pas de la médina avec des places de parking dans la rue. La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres. Le petit déjeuner est bon et le cadre agréable avec la terrasse au soleil.
Malheureusement la chambre n’est pas très bien isolé donc c’est assez bruyant (chiens qui aboient la nuit et chats qui miaulent, voisins de chambre bruyants)

I originally booked a two-night stay but had to leave after the first night due to multiple serious problems with the property. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, the hot water was inconsistent, and the hairdryer did not produce hot air. In addition, the bath towels did not appear clean, and both the living room and bathroom were extremely cold, making it very uncomfortable to stay. Because of these conditions, I became concerned about my health and decided it was not safe or reasonable to continue my stay. I had to find alternative accommodation at short notice. Although the host offered another room at check-out, I did not feel confident that the issues would be resolved, so I chose to leave. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and did not meet basic expectations for comfort and cleanliness. I hope the property addresses these issues for future guests.

-La description est fausse: il s agit de 3 chambres à dimensions entre 12 et 15 m2 et non pas 30 et 20, absolument pas une suite, une cuisine commune, et une table commune aux 3 chambres...donc nous sommes retrouvés avec un autre couple ..aucune intimité. La description du lieu et des chambres est complètement erronée. Ca n est ni un hôtel, ni une chambre d hôtes. -Nous avons refusé d y séjourner et sommes repartis dans un autre hôtel avec notre fils. -Pas de parking comme précisé dans le descriptif mais des places dans la rue d a coté avec demandes de paiement chaque jour par une personne différente -Pas de vue sur le jardin car pas de jardin mais vue lointaine sur la montagne

Teníamos el desayuno incluido y sin embargo no pudimos disfrutar de él porque no había nadie para prepararlo. Les escribimos y no nos han dado respuesta alguna al reembolso solicitado por el no disfrute del desayuno que habíamos pagado. Espero que con este comentario lo hagan algo.

Reviewed Dec 1, 2025We had such a wonderful stay! Abdul was waiting for us out front so when we arrived, he was there to help us find free, secure parking and show us where to go to check in. The room was spacious and beautiful. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom with shower that doesn’t get the floor all wet (somehow in Morocco this becomes really important). The location was perfect. Super close to everything and the best restaurant in town. Our favorite part was the amazing woman who was making us breakfast, she was so sweet and it was so good!

Parking was a unique challenge- however it was close! The facility is on a steep incline with a very narrow dead end street. Parking was fine getting the car out took some patience!

Reviewed Nov 6, 2025Мы бронировали другой номер, нам предложили на выбор два, один из них мы выбрали (на фото) со своим баллончиком, но он старше и это чувствуется. Кран болтается и идёт только холодная вода, в душе есть горячая, из мыльных принадлежностей только пакетик шаумы шампунь. Тапочек нет, берите свои. Сам номер большой, есть диванчик, стол и небольшая кухня, но она бесполезна. Завтрак проходит внизу, мы планировали стартовать рано и пришли на завтрак к 8:30, но в итоге он затянулся из-за приготовления еды и мы кушаем в 9:45-10:00. Сам городок маленький, поэтому пешком удобно обойти, припарковать машину можно рядом с гестхаусом.
Ремонт не очень новый, не было мыльных принадлежностей и мусорки, завтрак затянулся.

Il manque des serviettes supplémentaires pour les mains, pas de shampooing et pas de mouchoirs. Il n'y a pas de tapis au sol quand on sort de la douche, et ça glisse beaucoup. Nous n'avons pas pu regarder la télévision parce que la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas, les piles étaient à plat.

There were steep stairs to go down to our accommodation. Note there was a nice man to carry our bags down all the stairs on arrival and take them up when we were leaving. Their are a number of cats that are outside the front door.

Kwam een sterke geur uit het riool. Was niet heel duidelijk te vinden door gebrek aan een naambordje. Miste ook in de badkamer iets om je toiletspullen op te kunnen zetten. Onduidelijk met parkeren. Veel katten voor de deur.

Sengeteppe og putene som er en del av dekorasjonen, trenger en vask. Ellers må jeg si at personalet var veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige. Veldig bra beliggenhet i forhold til Medinen

Reviewed Jul 21, 2025Séjour déplorable dans un établissement vendu comme fantastique mais qui ne ressemble en rien aux photos. L’établissement annonce un parking proche, il s’agit d’une ruelle à double sens où on se fait alpaguer par des jeunes et où il est extrêmement difficile de manœuvrer voire même d’avancer. L’accueil est également particulier, pas d’enregistrement ni de guichet, on nous propose deux appartements qui ne correspondent pas à la réservation. On nous annonce une vue sur la montagne, c’est une vue sur un toit avec parabole et déchet. Rien n’allait et cela a très clairement gâché notre séjour à Chefchaouen qui pourtant vaut le détour. A fuir….
