Bathroom! Shower-head needs attention, no conditioner supplied, mob behind the bathroom door. Cupboards in bedroom don’t open complement, bedside table and plug points only on one side of the bed. No milk pods for morning coffee :(

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The apartment was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to all parks at yas island, and it felt like a home away from home. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and responsive. I especially appreciated the little touches like snacks, toiletries and moree. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area — I’d definitely book again! 1- تعامل موظفو الاستقبال غير مناسبه ولا يخبرونك بالاجراءات المطلوبه ولا يخبروك في طريقة دخول باب الغرفه ولا يخبروك ان الباب المبنى لا يفتح الا بالبطاقة ، ولا يخبروك ان البطاقه يجب ان تكون في الغرفة في اليوم الاخير حين انتهاء العقد !! 2- يسمحون للكلاب بالدخول في الاستقبال ويتحرك الكلب عن الزبائن !! 3- لا يردون على الاتصال فقط يتعاملون معك بالرسائل النصية !!

I stayed here in June 2025. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It’s in a great location — very close to SeaWorld, Ferrari World, and other major attractions in the area. Just a small note: the room key needs to be collected from the reception, and the parking key is inside the room. So make sure to pick it up before heading to the basement parking. Overall, a good place to stay!

I have been traveling all over the world for the last more than 25 years, I have never seen such a worst, non-supportive, and non- responsive management. Property is not recommended due to their arrogant and greedy management.

Location was ideal for us as we were going to a festival at Etihad Park. Decent amount of space and nice balcony.

When we arrived at 3.10pm, we opened the door to find three Indian meen eating rice at the table. They told us that they were "cleaning" and not finished yet (hardly surprising since they were eating!). We ended up having to wait at a nearby coffee shop for them to finish and leave. The place WAS clean when we eventually entered but this was very inconvenient. Also after being in the apartment for a little while we realised that there was an awful sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I eventually traced this to the open drain cover next to the toilet and covering this with a small towel helped to reduce the stench.

Early check in.

Instructions were limited in regards to where to go as there are so many apartment buildings. Central concierge was helpful but you need to use your own initiative to find where to go. People who travel don't always have a phone line. Some only have data and therefore it's difficult to contact the owner. I tried via booking.com but I didn't hear anything until I got to the hotel. Toilet seat was broken and not fixed during stay.

Comfortable, clean, and perfectly located—close to the airport and main entertainment spots. Highly recommend for convenience and comfort!

The apartment was impeccably clean, and the comfort was top-notch. The ground-floor location was a huge plus, especially with the incredible kids' park directly accessible from the terrace – a dream for families! The common pool was also fantastic and well-maintained. Adding to the convenience, a local supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, allowing us to easily prepare meals in the apartment daily. This made our stay both comfortable and cost-effective. We highly recommend this apartment for families with two children. The value for the price was great.

Room service is not available every day and not drinking water available only one time when I stayed first night and then I had to buy it from market.

Great location close to all the major attractions on YAS island - waters edge itself was great had a supermarket, a liquor store and pools, the property was clean and spacious. Host communicated well on check in. It was really good value for money I was really impressed !

supreme location: all attractions of Yas Island and the airport are within close reach by car or taxi, amenities of the complex are good (pools, supermarket, coffeeshop etc). the apartment is okay, not too fancy, but packed and affordable

the apt needs minor renovation, but for several nights it is okay. there is no room cleaning, but the staff is always online and can send you a service man on demand. During our stay both courts and the playgrounds were closed for renovation.

The location is perfect! We arrived late and didn't want to travel too far from the airport - this was super convenient. Our stay was divided into two parts - first we spent on Yas Island and later we moved to another side of Abu Dhabi. The apartment is located within walking distance of the Yas Mall, Seaworld, Ferrari World (15-20 minutes). Within the area of buildings, there is a grocery store, restaurants (CulannAries and La Brioche were so nice!), pharmacy, and liquor store on site too. Our apartment was located on the ground floor with a terrace leading to the kid's playground, this was appreciated :) We stayed at the one-bedroom apt with king size bed and sofa bed in the "living room" part and it was sufficient for us, the sofa bed was alright for 7 nights. The host was very nice and responsive.

Upon arrival at the reception of the building they had no info about us so we had to wait a bit till that got sorted and finally got access key to the apartment. Other than that, the host was very nice and responsive at all times.

The check in process was awful we have zero communication about it and when we arrived in the country and at the property we had no idea where we were going and were unable to get ahold of anyone. It made the start of the trip overly stressful and unnecessarily complicated.

Lovely property. Every thing you need. Nice size. Easy access to all of Yas Island. Within walking distance of Eithad park arena.

Toilet seat needs changing. It doesn’t fit the toilet.

The house was clean and easy to check in.

the double bed blanket was not double size, and there was no control for air-conditioning in the bedroom, and it was too cold. the property offering a sofa bed , however, there were no extra blankets or pillows available.

everyone was very friendly and accommodating especially the host, they respond really fast and they are reliable. All places/attractions were nearby so you don't need to pay expensive taxis anymore. Exceptional stay!

Close to attractions and Mall Rooms were large. Kitchen facilities were great.
