Overall, we had a lovely stay. The staff was warm, accommodating, and attentive to our needs especially Gelli, which made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.

The hotel was newly renovated, but only partly, mostly furniture, wallpaper and wall cladding in the lobby. The floors and the wooden finishes seem outdated and the new wall finishes are sloppy. The pool is on the smaller side but the pool and the wellbess at the nearby hotel can be used too.

We stayed at Yas Plaza Circuit Hotel as a family of four for two nights in July 2026, and the experience was genuinely memorable. The hotel made our trip feel effortless right from start — especially with early check‑in, which was a huge relief after traveling with kids. The location is incredibly convenient, and having theme park tickets included made everything even smoother. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, giving all of us plenty of room to relax. Breakfast was very good with lots of fresh options, and the room service was consistently quick and friendly. We also appreciated the valet parking, which made getting in and out of the hotel stress‑free, especially during busy Yas Island hours. Overall, our stay filled with small touches that added up to a wonderful experience. Easy access to theme parks meant more fun and less hassle, and the hotel staff helped create memories we’ll remember forever. It’s kind of stay that leaves you smiling long after checkout.

2 things that I would like to say 1. keep at lease 1 water bottle per guest in refrigerator in summers (all water bottles were outside in room temp.) 2. One small suggestion would be to improve slope of shower area. During our stay, water tended to collect around feet while showering and took a few minutes to drain afterward. It wasn’t a major issue, but adjusting drainage would make the overall experience even better.

The sofa convertible and the price for this suite is amazing I also enjoyed the gym it had many machines to choose from i was able to do a full body workout perfectly

The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly John at the front desk. He gave us an early check in and a room upgrade! He was very kind and kept asking us if we needed anything. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and had great facilities. Although it is rated a 4 star hotel, it was like a very good 5 star. We were very satisfied with everything and I can thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you!

The valet took a very long time to bring our car back.

Staff were super friendly and accomodating especially the Egyptian male I can't recall his name,, Suite was extremely spacious and perfect for a family. Close to Yas Waterworld. Rhea was so kind and the kids loved her.

Yas Island location

We booked there to get tickets for the parks, on that day the Yas waterworld park was closed and we only had swimming clothes, we couldn't go anywhere else. They refused to change our vouchers for a later date, told us to contact Yas concierge and we had the same reply, none was helpful. We lost our money in a stay which was not enjoyable at all for us and our kids. It could have been resolved just changing the date of the ticket vouchers to a later date but that was the lame support we had after so many phone calls and emails.

В 1 минуте от входа автобусная остановка, на которую подъезжает бесплатный автобус до Yas Mall и других отелей. Номер просторный, кровать удобная. Два санузла со всеми необходимыми гигиеническими принадлежностями. Мыло, шампуни и кондиционер приятно пахнут цитрусом. В двойном количестве есть утюг, гладильная доска, фены, сейф, телевизор, холодильник, чайник, столовые приборы. Вежливый персонал.

Качество уборки оставляет желать лучшего. Тут вопрос именно в качестве. Так как номер был относительно чистый, если не заглядывать в шкафы и щели между мебелью (например, между абажуром и диваном). Хотя в санузле было убрано лучше всего. Диван имеет следы пятен (их не уберёшь за 2 часа уборки, но всё же). И мало источников света: на потолке нет лампочек, кроме санузлов (не предусмотрены интерьером). Остальное пространство освещается лампами и абажуром, но этого недостаточно. Не предусмотрено открывание окон (это техническая особенность строительства), она на оценку не влияет.

Food- after eating " room service" breakfast, i got seriously ill that a doctor was called. Spend so much money medically.
