Good value

Very quiet but easily walkable to the beach and cafes, 10minutes maximum walk. Very helpful staff who organised tours for us. Great pool to relax in after a big day of exploring. Family room was excellent value with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. Would stay again.

Het is net buiten het centrum, echter moet je wel langs een aantal tussen straten waar veel honden lopen. Niet echt fijn om in het donker te lopen

Lovely clean well equipped guesthouse set back from Cenang beach in village location next to residential houses. Staff were friendly and helpful if you needed anything.

Wild thunderstorms every night ha but nobody can control that! Rubbish around property visible from balcony. Didn't see anywhere for recycling plastics etc.The walk to Cenang is short but it's a walk where you encounter a lot of rubbish and we saw a dead dog in the street. Streets in Cenang are a bit dirty and smelly.

Spacious room, private, clean and nice customer service. We spent 26 nights and it was worth every penny.

No microwave and there was alot of lizards around the hotel.

The location is in a very quite place surrounded with local homes. So you need to walk about 10-12 min before your in the busy street with shops and restaurants.

El alojamiento estaba en una zona tranquila, pero cerca del centro. No había ruidos por la noche. la cama era cómoda y el personal muy amable.

Encontramos hormigas en la habitación, aunque estaban en el baño, que a su vez estaba pegado a la puerta de entrada, por donde se colaban. Al estar en un sitio en medio de la naturaleza, creemos que es normal que estas cosas puedan ocurrir.

Ubytování mělo skvělou polohu, do centra Pantai Cenang i na pláž to bylo kousek, docházkově pár minut. Byli jsme však zklamaní z bazénu - voda byla zkalená, na dně chyběl obklad, takže jsme bazén nevyužili. Personál byl ochotný a milý. Po příjezdu jsme měli v apartmánu asi tisícovku komárů! Personál nám zapůjčil postřik, ale i tak trvalo 2 noci než jsme komáry zlikvidovali. Vybavení apartmánu je velice úsporné, pro 4 osoby byly k dispozici pouze 2 hrnky a 2 skleničky. Dveře v apartmánu mají zavírání pouze z jedné strany - zevnitř, což pokud cestujete s dětmi není dobré. Výhled z apartmánu jsme měli do zeleně, škoda jen, že se všude povalovaly odpadky.

Lovely clean accommodation with swimming pool and short walk to restaurants and beach. Friendly and helpful staff.

Unfortunately we had 10+ cockroaches in our room over the course of 2 days. We made reception staff aware of this but there was no other rooms available that evening. We were offered a change of room the following day however had decided to book elsewhere, checking out of the hotel a day early. The staff weren’t apologetic of the situation or helpful regarding a potential refund for the night we did not stay. For the price there are much cleaner & more comfortable hotels in the surrounding area.

Отличный вариант семейного размещения. Две комнаты с гостиной и двумя санузлами, в каждой комнате кондиционер, номера просторные. В гостиной стол, холодильник, чайник и микроволновка, выход на небольшой балкон. В отеле есть общий третий этаж с полноценной кухней- газовый вок, рисоварки, наборы посуды для готовки и еды. Там же расположен барбекю. Персонал отзывчивый, всегда идёт на встречу и готов помочь! Бассейн с детской зоной, размер в самый раз.

Плохая шумоизоляция, окон как будто нет. Не понравились одеяла и наволочки, лучше обычные сатиновые/хлопковые.

Kiva uima-allasalue, johon paistoi hyvin aurinko. Huoneisto oli tilava ja henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Sijainti oli hyvä, rauhallisella paikalla ja lyhyt matka rannalle ja kaupungille.

Ensimmäisenä iltana keittiössä oli valtavasti (satoja) pieniä muurahaisia, onneksi meillä oli hyttysmyrkkyä Thaimaasta, niin myrkytimme itse ne ja sen jälkeen emme pitäneet mitään elintarvikkeita esillä, niin muurahaisia ei näkynyt enää oleskelumme aikana. Lisäksi wifi ei toiminut lähes ollenkaan iltaisin.

性价比很高，晚上很安静，睡得很好。距离海滩也不远走路10分钟。到珍南海滩的商场大概步行20分钟。周四夜市就在步行4分钟的地方。

打车的时候有部分司机找不到正确的地址，但可能这是司机的问题。房间内蚊子非常多，需要一直点蚊香。没有电梯，好在最高也只需要爬一层楼。

Clean and calm

Overall a good hotel within walking distance (about 8-10 minutes) from Cenang beach. New building, spacious, clean room, wifi and air conditioning worked well, bed was comfortable. I stayed here twice, while going to a smaller island. There was also a pool, but I didn't use it.

There was a 100 MYR deposit for the room, which they collected in case you caused any damage (only cash but could convert to other currencies). I don't really understand...

The location was a 5 min walk from the restaurants and shops. The room was a good size.

The pool was very tired looking, two sun-beds to use, both with stains on them There was a lot of noise in the corridor during our stay.

The hotel is in a very good location, just a 10 minute walk from the main strip and the beach. It is quite new and modern, the swimming pool is nice and clean. Because it’s not big, there were not many guests so it was fairly quiet the whole time we were there. All and all we had a very pleasant stay.

Quality of the facility, in room experience, location & its proximity to the beach.

They should be transparent in stating their check in policy, as they responded to erly check in request stating if room is available they will consider but actually when we landed there they wanted 10 MYR per hr of early check in . Their check in is pretty late 3 pm & check out is 12.. Its not the extra charge but their transparency in stating the same upfront.. is the issue. Anyway we could keep the luggage at reception and use common wash room while we waited ..

Good location - 5 minute walk from Cenang Staff were pleasant and welcoming - always friendly and smiling. Balcony areas both in the room and outside in communal areas were really nice and good for sunbathing and a nice view. Bed was comfy and easy to sleep in

Rooms need a safe to lock away valuables. Leaves you with a difficult decision to either hide valuables or take them with you every time you leave the room (also a risk and quite stressful)

The location is good in pentai Cenang but a little walk to the Main Street. We really liked how quiet Grand village in was! The room was very comfortable with good internet. And the price was fair for what we got :)

We had a very pleasant stay in Grand Village, very clean and very comfortable large bed. Just a 5 minute walk to town which made it nice and peaceful for sleeping. The staff were amazing, kind and helpful for everything you needed. Small swimming pool also if you need to get away from the beach.

Just to say that the road leading into the property needs doing but because it’s a new building I’m sure it’s something that needs finishing

В принципе все неплохо. И персонал, и чистота, и до моря не сильно далеко, можно и пешком дайти.

Не рассчитывайте на бассейн. Как и других подобных отелях в Pantai Cenang большинство людей купаются в одежде. Бассейн видимо чистится не достаточно и редко, вода застоявшийся, зелёная и в целом бассейн грязный. Можно подцепить инфекцию. У мужа так и было, после одного купанья появилась сыпь на коже. Здесь другое понятие чистоты.

Location was a bit remote. Didn’t have great views. Woken by the mosque each morning. Although staff were friendly they charged an excessive amount for a lost card. They weee aware I had lost my purse with the card in, which I was stressed about but still charged.

Excellent value for money. We only expected a room but we got a very clean 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a balcony. The pool was a clean & refreshing bonus. The staff were very friendly. It was a short walk into the town - maybe 5-10mins and we saw monkeys on the way. We hired a car and the hotel offered free parking which was also a bonus.

They have small space with microwave, but not compatible utensils for heating food.

These ladies are really nice and very helpful. Our stay was very comfortable, nice and clean room. You have a pool if you fancy taking a dip. Quiet location, too, amazing for sleeping 😴. It's around 5/8 minutes walking distance to the beach. Shops. Restaurants. Everything you need. Duty-free shops, too. We had a great 4 night stay. And would come back for sure.

Really good location close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful area. Breakfast restaurant by the main street (Bella, 50m to right from the intersection) was superb; affordable, good variety of local and western foods and fast service. Pretty, clean room with good wifi and AC. Good pool area. Nice staff, room cleaning by request. There’s a drinking water station at the reception.

Sunbeds by the pool were a bit shaky and one of them was broken. Our door was broken - you could lock it but it seemed so fragile that a good kick would have let anyone to come in. Place felt safe enough that we didn’t feel like complaining about it, so not a big problem for us. :)

The hotel looked newly constructed so the fixtures and fittings were good. Local shops and restaurants and the beach are all within a 10 to 15 minute walk. A little off the beaten track so I used my phone torch if I was walking at night. The pool area was lovely although the plastic loungers were old and needed replacing. One had a crack all along the length of it. Staff were all extremely polite and helpful although I never quite figured out why my room was never cleaned for the whole time I was there (7 nights) when all the others appeared to be. I ended up leaving a full rubbish bag outside the door and it was removed but not replaced.

The first couple of days a large group of Asian men were staying. They were very noisy, smoked a lot by the pool area and made me feel quite uncomfortable as a solo female. I didn't think it was appropriate to have them stay there especially as it was generally more of a family oriented hotel. On arrival my non smoking room smelt strongly of cigarettes and even with the air con on it never dissipated. A couple of times the room key failed to work. They dealt with it promptly but I was still concerned I would be locked out when no-one was around to sort it. The hotel had a devout Muslim vibe which I felt I needed to go out of my comfort zone to respect. The TV in reception seemed to be constantly transmitting religious content. And there was a Muezzin who could be heard almost incessantly broadcasting over a PA system close by. Or maybe it was just the TV I could hear. I particularly didn't feel very relaxed while using the pool or sunbathing wearing a bikini.

Located at 800m from pentai cenang beach.The place provides all the amenities and it is ideal for any family to stay here. It is a semi furnished 2 rooms with comfortable beds and a small swimming pool for the kids to play, facing the mountain view. To add it all very friendly smiling and hostile front desk

The space for the kitchen is limited and an electronic stove or a bread toaster will help travelers to have a quick morning grab .

We had a clean room on the second floor. The swimming pool was very clean and beautiful. The girls at reception were always very helpful. Thank you for that stay 🙏

Good beds

Within an hour we had 3 cockroaches in our room. There were no towels, room did not get clean, there was a bad smell in the room, we did not get a second key, couldnt lock the appartment, appartment backdoor was open when we arrived and the insects could easily go in (and did)

Excellent location , walking distance to the beach and the centre. We had 2 bed family room, which were spotless. But only negative was a foul smell kept coming from one of the room , but was ok once aircon was on. Swimming pool was good sized , nice and clean . Staff very helpful.

Clean, near to Cenang beach, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is well equipped, TV screen, wifi, small refrigerator, ironing machine, hot water and tea. There’s a nice pool also, the stay was very comfortable. Definitely recommend it!
