1) Room appliances were connected to access card. their power disconnect as soon as you leave the room. When we come back it take 1 hr for AC to cool the room. In humid and hot conditions of langkawi I believe this need improvement. 2) few things need improvement like washroom slippers were not provided, smell was coming from the wash room. AC was making a lot of noise and the swimming pool water was salty, irritate eyes during swimming.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026У нас был семейный номер. 2 взрослых и 3 детей - нам разрешили проживать в одном номере без доплат. В номере не было мульти адаптеров - можно купить в 7eleven, как и сим карту. Санузел без разделения на мокрую и сухую зоны, как и во многих отелях Азии. Уборка производилась каждый день: подметили пол, выносили мусор и меняли полотенца, предоставили твердое мыло для рук. По запросу предоставили фен, меняли наволочки. На балконе мокрый купальник можно повесить на стул или перила. В отеле есть бассейн с отделением для детей. На территории можно посидеть в беседке. Администраторы все приятные в общении, помогают, предлагают экскурсионные услуги. Прачечная самообслуживания в шаговой доступности, до продуктового магазина минут 15 пешком, до пляжа также минут 15. По четвергам не далеко от отеля располагается ночной рынок с уличной едой - хороший выбор, рекомендую посетить.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen, das Zimmer war sauber und der Pool war toll. Das Personal super lieb hab auch ein kleines Geschenk bekommen da ich Geburtstag hatte fand ich total süß. Die Lage war gut, um die Ecke ein gutes Frühstück Restaurant und man war gleich am Strand.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Rustige lokatie maar alles op loopafstand (via een stoep langs een rustige weg), weinig geluid van anderen gehoord, en een aardig zwembadje om af te kunnen koelen. Wij zaten in 121 en hebben de moskee ook niet gehoord. Kamer netjes, gepoetst op verzoek (prima!).
Matras vonden we niet zo fijn maar was op te lossen met extra dekbed. De kamer is netjes maar de badkamer vonden we niet fijn ruiken. Bij het zwembad zouden wat meer bedjes mogen staan (sommige dagen waren ze de hele middag alle vier bezet).

Family room washroom could have been better as there was no separate bath cabin and it became messy. Given it has two double beds so for a total of 4 people washroom was a bit too small.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. One of the biggest highlights was being able to rent a scooter directly from the hotel. It made exploring the island so much easier and added a lot to our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Langkawi and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Since it's a beach resort I would have liked it if there was a wet clothes hanger in the balcony. The AC was leaking so that needs to be fixed. You won't get very hot water in the shower but since it was summer, we were ok with the tepid water.

Sauberkeit, Badschrank fällt fast auseinander, Gardinen voller Flecken, viel Staub, Spinnennetz, Gestank im Bad, Flecken auf Bettdecke, Boden nicht gewischt, bei der Dusche keine Abtrennung, sodass die Toilette immer nass wird. Man muss immer an der Information Bescheid geben, wenn man cleaning Service möchte. Habe später von locals mitbekommen, dass es für den selben Preis viel schönere Unterkünfte gibt. Hatte mich auf booking.com und die Bilder verlassen.

The room looked depressing. The rooms smelt musty due to lack of ventilation. Air con takes a while to cool the whole room. You also can't keep it running if you're not in the room as the key card needs to be inserted for connection. They didn't have milk or sugar to make coffee. Instead, they had the instant 3 in 1 coffee which was horrible. The TV is pretty basic. If you're not a local, it is pretty useless as you won't understand what you're watching.

Daarnaast werden we bij het vliegveld opgehaald door de zoon van de eigenaar, die ons direct tips gaf over activiteiten zoals jetski tours en scooterverhuur. Deze waren ook nog eens een stuk goedkoper dan wat we verder op het eiland zagen. Ook werden we naar de locatie van de jetski tour gebracht. De scooterverhuur via het hotel was erg handig; we konden de scooter zelfs om 10 uur ’s avonds nog inleveren door even een appje te sturen. Daarnaast hebben we op de ochtend van vertrek nog drie dagen extra bijgeboekt, wat zonder problemen geregeld werd. Erg tevreden over ons verblijf.

Présence de beaucoup de fourmis et de termite même si pas trop dérangeant. La piscine ferme à 19h ce que je trouve assez tôt.

1 ding wat eventueel leuk was geweest was een plek om een drankje te drinken/kopen. Maar gezien je zo op het strand bent niet per se gemist.

- l’adresse mise sur booking n’est pas bon. En prenant mon grab ( taxi), j’ai mit l’adresse fournit je me suis retrouver à 500m en voiture de l établissement. Pour évité cela taper directement le nom de l’établissement sur grab- problème signalé à l’établissement - le chemin pour aller à l’hôtel ne paye pas mine, peu faire peur en premier à bord mais l’hôtel est bien agacé à l’intérieur
