dank der klimaanlage liess sich die hitze ertragen..

L'hôtel est combine des éléments très bien rénovés et des éléments un peu anciens (et à rénover). Les lits étaient extrêmement mous, la chambre "confort" était néanmoins petite (agencement moyen en raison d'un couloir).

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön am See gelegen mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Personal war aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstückpuffet war vielseitig und auch das Nachtessen war jedesmal ein Gaumen-und Augenschmaus. Gute Busverbindung mit Haltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel.

WC / Dusche eher klein aber ausreichend, das Bett ist bequem. Frühstück hervorragend, bei gutem Wetter offen draussen am See. Private Parkplätze vorne Seeseitig oder hinter dem Hotel. Haltestelle Postbus direkt beim Hotel. Alles in allem => empfehlenswert

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Das vielseitige Frühstücksbuffet und der feine Cappuccino. Täglich gab es 2 5dl Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank. Wir hatten einen kleinen Balkon. Die Posthaltestelle war direkt vor dem Hotel. Zu Fuss war es 1 km ins Zentrum von Morcote.
Ein Lift wäre praktisch gewesen.

Das Zimmer war für 2 Personen etwas zu klein, und das Bett hatte eine Art Schaumstoffauflage, die extrem weich und daher eher unbequem war.

In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuss das Zentrum von Morcote, mit Restaurants und dem Schiffsteg. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist auch sehr zu empfehlen! Das Frühstück war übersichtlich aber von guter Qualität und für uns perfekt. Unser Zimmer mit Seeblick war klein und sehr sauber, und das Bett sehr bequem. Wir kommen wieder!

Das Zimmer war extrem klein mit einem max 90 cm Bett. Mit Badezimmer kam es höchstens auf10 qm. Außerdem gab es mehrere schmale Treppen hoch und dann wieder runter in die letzte Ecke mit Blick auf den Parkplatz.

Het bed was super zacht. Als we nog een keer gaan vragen we of ze een kamer hebben met hardere bedden.

Nespresso Kaffeemaschine und endlich einmal einen anständigen Haartrockner :-)). Das Frühstück sehr fein. Uns gefällt die Atmosphäre im Haus: sehr geschmackvoll alles und die Inhaber sind herzlich und aufmerksam.

The room was elegant, with stunning lake view and offered the perfect comfort for a week stay. The restaurant is sophisticated (and very well known in the region so better to book in advance) and the breakfast good for local standards. The staff was both professional and friendly, and we felt extremely comfortable (to the point we did not really want to leave). We LOVED Morcotte and would recommend to anyone who wants to relax in a beautiful, charming and historic environment. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely visit again.

The bathroom was so small I had to sit at an angle so that my knees didn't bump into the vanity. Otherwise it was nicely outfitted.
