Read the reviews and if you’re after a gem of a place that’s more of a cubic zirconia than a diamond then this is the place for you. No bugs, good shower, views, sunsets, relaxation

The cliff front huts are amazing. The constant pounding of the ocean is so loud and soothing .very big comfy beds with mozzie net. Cold ac.

Road in is terrible and bumpy. First impression of hotel from outside is awful. But inside is beautiful. Bathroom sliding door almost impossible to open close.

The views and sounds of the waves hitting the cliffs are spectacular

You need to completely lower your expectations and think this is slightly Better than a tent. It’s not great. But the views are amazing.

Het uitzicht en het zwembad was fenomenaal. De laatste ochtend zagen we dolfijn zwemmen bij het ontbijt. Ik heb op deze bedden het lekkerste geslapen tot nu toe van de vakantie. Kamers mooi ruim.

Het sanitair was echt aan vervanging toe en een likje verf overal zou een verschil kunnen maken. Ontbijt prima maar met een stukje fruit erbij zou t meer dan prima zijn.

We would stay here again in an instant . The location is the best on Lembongan and there are million dollar views. The pool is crystal clear and maintenance is excellent. Sunsets here are the best on the island and there are 180deg views. The rooms are simple but clean and the staff are amazing. Breakfast is simple but delicious.

The only thing this property needs is a re paint and it would be next level. We understand that it would be hard being right on the ocean and this did not detract us from our stay .

The location was superb - amazing view. One of the best in the island. Place has potential if managed properly. Comfortable bed.

Property is run down and needs some serious care/maintenance. One cannot use the beautiful deck - as furniture was not allowed on it. You can only stand on it…. Bathrooms were gross - see pictures. Common areas warn through - photos from 2016. Stains on beddings, cushion covers. There is no entrance - looks like your entering through a back door - zero assistance.

The cliff top view was spectacular! The seclusion of the location, it was very private. Going to sleep to the sound of the waves was lovely. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the coffee was the best in Bali so far!

The facilities were very run-down and even somewhat delapidated which is such a shame because the location is fantastic!

The place os worth going for the views but unfortunately that is it.

The rooms was ok. Fridge wasn't to go. Sheets had holes in it. Aircon look like it was from the 1900's there was no restaurant. Had to go out to get dinner. Not good when its bucketing rain. No umbrella

The location is outstanding. Probably one of the best places for sunset watching on the island. The place itself is quite secluded and private. The pool is decently sized and clean.

The entire property has a worn down feel. It's in dire need of a refurbish or just general upkeep. The A/C in the room was weak and couldn't really cool the room down in the hot afternoons. We found dead bugs in the bathroom upon check in.

The location was wonderful. You can hear the crashing waves through the night and the placement of the pool was wonderful.

The property is in dire need of an upgrade and painting. The day bed area od our room was black with mold from a leak that hadn’t been attended to.

3 Übernachtungen im Zimmer an den Klippen. Geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer mit Terrasse und Blick auf die Klippen... Toll, Meeresrauschen 24h und dazu Blick auf Schildkröten in der Bucht. Schöner Pool mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Kleines Frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal und ein guter Scooter konnte direkt an der Rezeption gebucht werden. Rundum eine schöner Aufenthalt mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Leider werden die Gebäude in der Anlage nicht sonderlich gepflegt, so dass es zu einem Instandhaltungsrückstau kommt. Das Holz könnte mal einen Anstrich gebrauchen und die Badarmaturen könnten mal erneuert werden.

The location

The premium chalet was a long way from it! The place was not as advertised. No facilities, reception was none up to scratch, it was like Bali in the 80th when backpacking. The guy barely speaks English. The place is totally rundown. We paid premium price . The only good thing about the place is the view! But not good enough for accommodation. The bathroom was a disaster, filthy and inadequate specifically for older people. The dining room ( breakfast area) was no better. The family owned business hasn't spent any money on the place for years. Sorry, I would like to give you some good news! But..The mattress was comfortable! For someone interested I have pictures.

View was fabulous Staff were very accomodating. Very quiet place. Guests only no day visitors

Restaurant was closed a lot although, there were 2 options in easy walking distance.

The rooms are great, the pool and views are exceptional. Really lovely stay, tucked out of the way for some peace but still walking distance to what you need. Can see turtles and dolphins from the cliffs.

Breakfast was not the greatest but it was fine. As we stayed with a family and young kids the cliff tops could do with some fencing/barriers but thats not essential

The view is ridiculously exceptional. It is a once in a lifetime experience to witness the full force of the ocean crashing into the cliffs here. We also saw many turtles. The view from the rooms is also even better than the photos depict. Not only that but you can safely walk right up to the edge of the cliff that surrounds the whole property, with awesome views from the pool and outdoor areas. I would even say this hotel definitely has the best view in lembongan, probably in Bali and possibly even in the whole world!

It didn't really bother us, but we could see that others might be turned off by how unkempt everything is. The view and environment completely outweighs this though.

The pool and the views are amazing. Staff were welcoming & helpful. Very basic breakfast & amenities all tired & a bit dirty everywhere however bed was comfortable and we did enjoy our stay overall. Location is somewhat isolated & you definitely need transport/a motorbike to get around. Was a beautiful setting & comfortable & good value for money (you get what you pay for!)

The bathroom in particular was very dirty & basin tap sprayed water everywhere. The whole property is tired & run down but the grounds are well kept and the staff friendly.

Really nice, quiet, relaxing and remote location. Super view of the ocean and the sometimes big waves. Nice pool and garden. Due to the location a scooter rental is highly recommended - works well.

The place could benefit by some maintenance. It is a little worn, but things work ok. A pitty that the restaurant area is not in action except for breakfast.

Amazing views, friendly staff, good pool and breakfast

I was literally swept away by the natural beauty surrounding this place. We spent days just staring out at the crashing waves. You don't need to search for a crowded beach at sunset on Lembongan, you just stay at Cliff Park and enjoy the sun setting into the sea. We saw sea turtles swimming right under the resort! The stars at night were breathtaking. A couple of minutes' walk to a couple of warungs and maybe twelve minutes' walk to Mushroom Bay.

Don't expect luxury chalet facilities and services here, it's more of a beach hut vibe.

Bungalows were clean and tidy. Pool area clean and tidy. Gardens clean and tidy. Overall it was clean and tidy. Beautiful views.

Overall the property is extremely run down. No cold drinks by the pool, “fridge don’t work. Bintang warm. “ Basic breakfast but all good, does the job. No interaction with staff so feel like you are on your own. Some might like that. Weather wasn’t good when we were there for 3 nights and the waves crashing and gale force winds kept all of us awake. Sounded like a cyclone out there. We were glad to leave.

Loved being on top of the cliff, hearing the waves crash outside our door. The beds were REALLY comfortable 2 great restaurants close by

The location - too far to walk anywhere and because we dont ride scooters had to pay over $10 AUS every time we wanted to go anywhere. Breakfast was included but there was no restaurant and nowhere to eat or buy drinks. Once we were there we felt "stuck". Despite the villas having a rustic beach shack feel, the whole place was really run down. It felt like it had been neglected.

It's such a shame that they haven't done any painting or renovations since we first came about 6-7 years ago. The place desperately needs a paint.

The rooms were not clean and as the pictures suggest. This is possibly because of the location being so close to the ocean. There is rusting in most places. Nothing which is a dealbreaker though

Absolutely loved the views, the bedroom was nice, but definitely needed deep cleaning, as floors and prior customer coffee marks on benches.

Sorry to be sounding negative, but the resort does not seem to look like it has any major up keep ,since being built.

The place is gorgeous. It's located right on the cliffs so the views and the sound waves are amazing. Everything looks a bit weathered and as if the best times are behind it but it actually adds to the charm. The pool was great, there were sun beds and hammocks. We also were lucky enough to see manta rays from the hotel. It is a bit further away from the main city on the island but there's everything you may need in walking distance, including marts, restaurants, great beach and bike rental. Even though there were people in all of the bungalows, the whole place was still quiet and relaxing.

Some of the facilities were a bit too old like staira to our bungalow which fell apart after one rainy night. A renovation wouldn't hurt but there wasn't anything that we really did not like or were bothered by

Our room, although small, was nice and clean. The view from our room was outstanding. The pool is beautiful and we always had it to ourselves. We saw many turtles swimming past, and a couple of pods of dolphins. There wasn't much interaction with staff but everyone we met was friendly. The location was perfect as we had a scooter to get around.

The property is a bit run down, but the price is fair and the pool is beautiful. The bathroom was average but perfectly adequate, and we always had hot water.

The views are amazing. The best sunset spot on the island, but any time of day sensational. Waves crash, manta ray & turtle visit, and boats motor by. Communal area allows guests to socialise, but there’s lots of space to spread out and relax. We loved the lookout, hammocks, infinity pool, and our bungalow porch. The property is weatherbeaten and very quiet, which add to its charm. Good proximity to restaurants, day spa, and beach.

It would be good to be able to buy snacks, and have more choice of drinks to buy. Cushions on our porch couch were stained and worn - felt a bit grotty.

Absolutely fantastic location, aged buildings but very comfortable bed and clean villa. Sleeping to the sound of waves crashing and watching turtles swimming in the bay was a highlight.

Location on the cliffs above the roaring ocean. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The grounds could have been better looked after and the accommodation units need a lot of attention: very old and drab structures that require repainting. Shower areas need a good clean out. Front entrance to the property could do with at least the grass being cut and some landscaping done.

The view is absolutely magical & we were lucky enough to see turtles passing by. The daily breakfast was basic but tasty.

The hotel has a really nice view, right next to the cliff. The owner is nice & friendly.

The room is dirt and there are insects & cockroaches. The safety box & refrigerator are rusted. The door to bedroom is a window sliding door and the lock can be easily opened. The hotel is situated next to a cliff (maybe it’s called Devil’s Tears?) with a beautiful view of the ocean. If you have problem sleeping with noise, you will hear the crashing waves pretty loud, especially at night.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cliff Park. This is the most relaxed I have ever been in Bali, falling asleep and waking up to crashing waves was amazing. The room was simple but clean with cold air conditioning. Staff were able to arrange our boat transfers and scooter hire, breakfast was basic but well cooked and a tasty juice. While there is not a restaurant on site, there are a number of small warungs within walking distance and many restaurants offer pickup/drop off services. We were lucky enough to see dolphins and a heap of turtles coming to feed which was super special also. Will definitely stay at Cliff Park again if we return to Nusa Lembongan!

Horrible Experience – Wouldn’t Recommend Our stay at this hotel was a total nightmare. First, the AC in our room wasn’t working, making it impossible to stay comfortable, especially in the heat. To make matters worse, the place was infested with insects at night – it was unbearable. The situation got so bad that the staff had to arrange accommodation for us at a different hotel. While we appreciated the effort, this was far from the relaxing experience we had hoped for. Definitely not worth the hassle – avoid at all costs! We were staying in bungalow 6

We loved Cliff Park. The views were just awesome - watching dolphins frolicking and turtles swimming by, the sound of waves crashing. Our room was clean, comfortable, peaceful and so relaxing yet an easy walk to restaurants and a spa. Best spot!

Nothing we loved everything about it (although breakfast could be better )

The location of Cliff Park is fabulous. We believe the local area is best location on the island. The sea views were mesmerizing. We spent hours in the infinity pool and on the sunbeds watching the sea, turtles, occasional dolphins and even a Manta ray. The staff were extremely obliging, discreet and happy as they went about their day. Perfect sea and surf views from your bed and the sound of the waves crashing at night was so lovely. We were very satisfied with our rooms, the absolutely fantastic location and the value for money, Breakfast is included each day with 4 options and excellent local restaurants within 5 minutes walk. We made use of the Harumaya Spa several times (also within 5 mins walk) and highly recommend trying their treatments during your stay. Gede was very helpful booking our ferry and transport to and from Mushroom Beach for a very reasonable price. We definitely plan to come back to Cliff Park in the future. NB. We strongly recommend this place for adults and teens and above - not young children as there is nothing to stop them getting too close to the edge of a very unforgiving sea below. Also pop some 'S' clips in your bag which will be handy in the bathroom area for hanging items from.

In a lovely quite location with lots of privacy the food was awesome the owners were so friendly and helpful organised us airport transport and tours and never made any profits from it they so kind overall the best place I’ve stayed in Indonesia

The view could not be better! You can watch dolphins and sea turtles from pool area! So calm place. Very simple, very clean. Huge sound from the waves. Just a perfec place to relax!

what an amazing location and views! unbelievable feeling to wake up to sound or the waves! if you are a luxury person, this might not be the place for you but the location is worth everything! simple but tasty breakfast. staff is also nice!

We loved everything about this very special spot. We had two front facing rooms and the views and location were spectacular. The staff brilliant and attentive. The bed super comfortable. Room spacious and clean. The pool wonderful too. Sunset view while in the pool was the best in Bali! Breakfast was great and always cold drinks in the fridge. We rented scooters to explore and loved coming back to the quiet, calmness of Cliff Park after a busy day on the islands. It's away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything. We stayed 3 nights. The price was really good for what you get and the location!

Beach access and sea swimming would have been great, but wasn't essential as we were on the beach in our next Bali spot.

The view from the cliff is spectacular. Watching the sunset from the pool was incredible. The huts were fine, the bed was comfortable.

This little property is in a great location with thunderous ocean views. Many fish and turtles seen from our cabin. Comfortable clean cabins. Helpful, warm staff. Short walk to two great restaurants.

As previous reviews have said, any cosmetic downsides of this property aren’t worth mentioning given the price and location, and are totally understandable given the exposure to elements on a seaside cliff top.

The view was spectacular

I enjoyed most of it but the rooms a little run down but excellent value for money. The host was accommodating getting us a bike to use , breakfast every morning, was nice.
