The breakfast was average and the property didn’t offer any health or wellbeing facilities, which I would expect at the price

Amazing hotel, amazing bar to watch sunset, can even watch the view of sunset from the pool with a view of the mountain as well. The staff are so friendly and helpful in organising trips. Komang was the best!

Mooi hotel met ruime kamers. Uitzicht vanuit de kamer was top (ocean view) met een prima zwembad direct bij de kamer. Wat met name opviel was het personeel: zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Toen mijn vriendin zich niet lekker voelde, werd er direct soep aangeboden en werd er zelfs gratis sap naar de kamer gebracht door de hotelmanager.

Een aandachtspunt is wellicht het onderhoud van de kamers. Het was niet onhygiënisch (handdoeken waren altijd super zacht en roken heerlijk) maar er was wel te zien dat het hotel was verouderd is, en er weinig onderhoud aan wordt gedaan. Houd er ook rekening mee dat het zich bevindt in een wat rustigere omgeving (niet in het centrum) waardoor het noodzakelijk is om een scooter te huren. Deze konden we wel eenvoudig via het hotel huren voor IDR 100.000 per dag (€5).

Het uitzicht is prachtig. Het personeel is super vriendelijk.

Helaas zijn wij op de eerste dag meteen vertrokken. De kamer was allesbehalve proper, overal stof en de lakens van het bed zaten vol vlekken. Het leek alsof het gewoon de lakens van de vorige gasten waren. Daarnaast zat er een grote zwarte schimmelvlek naast de airco.

Pulizia assolutamente non al livello di un resort di questo tipo. Wi-Fi completamente non funzionante nonostante fosse connesso (ho un video che fa vedere come la connessione fallisce). Aria condizionata (stanza 6) che non ha funzionato per 3 giorni su 4. Nonostante lo si é fatto notare ogni giorno, hanno risolto il problema solo prima dell’ultima notte; facendoci passare notti insonni a causa del caldo e della mancanza d’ossigeno (aprire le finestre non é un’opzione visto le migliaia di zanzare). Colazione ridicola che nemmeno all’hotel 3 stelle fanno, servita nello stesso luogo dove hanno il ristorante con prezzi esorbitanti e servizio ben diverso. Quindi é una scelta di servire una colazione misera (visto che rientra nel pacchetto). É chiaro che il manager dell’hotel non ha interesse a far vivere una bella e completa esperienza ai suoi ospiti, a contrario di tutte le altre strutture che abbiamo frequentato nel nostro viaggio. Un vero peccato. Abbiamo parlato anche con altri ospiti che alloggiavano nello stesso periodo e hanno riscontrato anche loro che connessione Wi-Fi/colazione e pulizia lasciano a desiderare. Per loro fortuna l’aria condizionata però funzionava. Nonostante ho fatto ricorso hanno scelto di non emettere un rimborso o gesto commerciale dandomi del bugiardo dicendo che loro hanno provveduto subito a risolvere i problemi. Personale in cattiva fede. Mi chiedo come non si ci si possa vergognare a mettere degli ospiti in tale situazione ed in più farli sentire così poco ascoltati. Una vergogna

L’éloignement pour ceux qui sont à pied. Petit déjeuner limité. Restauration très chère. Personne dans le restaurant, bar et puscine.. pas d’ambiance vacances, cela manque d’animations et de propositions. Pas de massages. Bref la vue seule sauve le reste, c’est dommage...

La vue, le lit, la douche et la nourriture même si le service est lent. Le conducteur Dede était le plus gentil de tous!

La chambre était salle, il y’a avait bcp des moustiques, service de la cuisine très lent, pas de réceptionniste des fois et le personnel était pas très accueillant.

Infinity pool bellissima, ottimo servizio, personale molto attento, gentile e disponibile, spazi comuni ben curati, vista oceano incredibile (abbiamo visto dalla camera delfini e tartarughe). Buona colazione.

The views are incredible, the pools are sparkling, rooms really comfortable. Restaurant has small menu but the food is excellent. Fresh water in your room daily. Staff are so friendly, warm, welcoming and they make you feel like you’ve come home. Hotel arranged taxi. Local spa has a free pick up service. The team just wants your stay to be the best possible. Loved it

The Point Resort is off the beaten track and we loved that. It is a small resort so peaceful and everywhere overlooks amazing ocean views. The two infinity pools were crystal clear and we saw dolphin, turtles and lots more while lying by the poolside. The food and service was great.

We had to leave!!

Stunning location and secluded Right on the cliff edge with the sea water right there. We saw Dolphins and turtles regularly. It was a real gem of a place. Highly recommend The Point Resort. The staff are incredible too; ensuring that you are comfortable and have everything you need to have a special holiday. It was my husbands birthday and they made it super special for him!!

The only slight downside was the price of the accommodation- for 5 nights it was £1000 which is a bit steep!!

The hotel was of excellent quality. The staff were exceptional, and the hotel manager, Mr. Komang, was incredibly helpful with everything we needed. He arranged all our transportation and activities, making our stay truly enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

Stunning location. Really peaceful and relaxing. I absolutely loved our room that walked out directly onto the pool. The sea view was incredible from this hotel. A Staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful.

Wasn’t the hotel just the bumpy roads leading to it.

Zimmer sauber, Pool sehr schön, sehr gut zum Abschalten und entspannen. Frühstück okay (wenig Auswahl uns eher kleine Portionen, für Mittag- und Abendessen gibt es rundherum bessere Restaurants/Warungs.

Wir hatten einen Roller gemietet, der kaputt gegangen ist, was bei dem Zustand (Bremsen quasi defekt, Motorkontrollleuchte usw.) nicht wirklich überraschend war. Es wurde uns ein neuer gebracht, also hat das gepasst obwohl mich als Verleih danach nicht trauen würde, den vollen Preis für das Premiummodell, zu verlangen. Beim Auschecken kam es uns vor, als würden die Angestellten uns nur noch loswerden wollen…

Fantastisk udsigt. Fine værelser og fin pool. Sødt personale, der var hjælpsomme. Overordnet et rigtig fint hotel.

Der er borebiller på værelserne så der er meget træstøv. Hotellet er slidt i kanterne og der er mange ting der kunne fixes. Maden er absolut ikke værd at skrive om. Vi havde et ophold der i en uge og morgenmaden blev meget ensformigt. De har ikke latte eller cappuccino. Vi fik aftensmad og frokost en gang og det var rigeligt. Så hermed en anbefaling om at spise andre steder.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Point Resort. Absolutely loved every part of the stay, from the genuine welcome with our lovely iced drinks, to the room, which was perfect and had all that we wanted and needed. The location was absolutely unbelievable, the best position on the island. Loved the peace and solitude. The pool was absolutely divine. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for, thank you so much for your kindness and sincere hospitality. Cannot wait to return!

The hotel is in an absolutely stunning location, with one of the most beautiful ocean views, especially at sunset. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality was truly one of the highlights of our stay.

Unfortunately, our room had clearly seen better days and even felt a little uninviting. The textiles were worn and stained, there were marks and stains on the walls and floors, the room was quite dusty, and the towels left a lot of white lint behind. We also experienced several issues with our door, which came loose from its frame more than once. Although the pool areas offer breathtaking views, the sunbed cushions were dirty and the pool areas did not appear to be cleaned or maintained regularly. Considering the price of the hotel, the breakfast was also disappointing. The portion sizes were small, and the food lacked flavor. Unfortunately, we don't feel that the hotel offers good value for money in its current condition. The property has tremendous potential thanks to its incredible location, staff and spectacular views, and we sincerely hope the facilities receive the facelift and maintenance they deserve.

location is at the tip of the island and that can make getting around challenging. Roads are fairly average on the Mushroom beach side and we walked as quickly as a taxi could take us. Having said that, transport is cheap and if you hired a scooter the roads are quiet.

We had a fantastic stay at The Point Resort Nusa Lembongan. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the views were absolutely stunning, and the villas were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was the perfect place to relax, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Location - the walk to Mushroom Beach is rough road & not lit at all in the dark as the Resort is a little isolated. Also a lot of unsafe steps to Villa 3 & 4

Just felt rather isolated at the bottom of island but they got us a scooter so we could head out and about with no issues.

Stanza bella, bagno super spazioso. Vista mare pazzesca, purtroppo essendo proprio davanti al mare era inevitabile la presenza di un po' di muffa nella stanza ma nulla che avesse influito nel nostro alloggio. Piscine pazzesche, colazione buona. Staff sempre disponibile. Servizio di noleggio motorini presso la struttura ottimo.

La prima sera gli asciugamani avevano un brutto odore. Presenza di muffa nella stanza ma come detto prima, in fronte mare con l'umidità altissima è inevitabile. Unico grande difetto: il tratto di strada per raggiungere la struttura è completamente dissestato e rende difficoltoso sia l'uscita che l'entrata presso l'alloggio. So che non ha a che fare con la struttura ma sarebbe necessario sistemare il percorso di accesso in quanto non tutti sono in grado di guidare lo scooter su una strada così.

Had an amazing view and wasn’t in a busy area.

It was very removed from everything and isolated. Roads were a nightmare getting to and from. Lots of animals inside villa and around the area. Slightly run down and lots of mosquitoes.

WHAT A STUNNING PROPERTY! We stayed in room 7 or 8 which was upstairs and woah! Absolutely stunning views of the sunset You're at the tip of the island with the ocean below you and you get to see dolphins from the room!! The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Even taught us how to use scooters. Simply wonderful people. It actually felt like a dream... stunning room and shower, stunning views. Stunning stunning stunning paradise

It's a bit far from everything. However, restaurants and spas arrange shuttles for you (free of charge when you dine with them/use their facilities) and the accomodation itself is really helpful with making transport arrangements for you.

The views from our room were looking over the strait to Bali and Mt Agung - really breathtaking. The room was luxurious and Komeng and his staff were so friendly.

Awesome stay, cliff edge rooms and pool is just fantastic to hang out and chill, no need to leave. 10 mins walk to Mushroom, 25 min walk to Dream beach and Devils Tears. really a special stay with only 4 rooms per each infinity pool feels like it all yours. the view is xlt and sunsets forever with great food available in house to the room or up at the point.

Really lovely resort with stunning views! Saw dolphins from my balcony! Waves crashing on rocks below. Infinity pool just delightful. Food was delicious and room service was super quick! Bonus of having only 8 rooms! Staff were very nice and polite. A great stay!

The road to the resort is very rough and bumpy and if you are on the back of a taxi truck hold on for dear life! Ask your driver to go slow! Not something the resort has any control over but guests should be aware, especially if you have back problems.

Reviews were absolutely breathtaking!! Our bungalow was so beautiful and so clean and very private. The infinity pool is absolutely stunning and we spent so much time here. The food is amazing, although it has a limited menu. Komang and the staff were amazing, and nothing was a problem. We didn’t want to leave.

It was perfect but if i was being really fussy, the top if the mossie nets need a clean (dead bugs)

The view point was stunning. The staff was so caring, everything was smooth thanks to them, to discover the island, by the sea and land.

The views from the rooms and 250 degree from the infinity pools was a real memory. Its isolation from other venues was a bonus with everything you need a short walk down the hill to mushroom beach. The staff were excellent and happy to help organise any tours or activities. The local people were a pleasure to deal with and not hassling if you were not interested in what they were trying to provide. Sunsets were amazing from your own deck.

Nothing. A very enjoyable and relaxing stay. My only advice is not to hire bikes on a tour of penida as the car traffic on poor quality roads is stressful as the boat loads of tourists try to tick off all the advertised sights in a day…. and in a hurry!

Absolutley stunning location and everything was kept perfectly, the pool the gardens the rooms. Just wonderful. Not too mention the gorgeous view over to Bali and Mt Agung. The location of this resort makes you relax with 180 degree view of open sea. The room had lots of space and was very comfortable and the resturant and chill out places were great to do just that, Chill Out!

Being vegetarian, I found the menu a bit limited, but the staff can't do enough for you and are warm and helpful.

It is really a very beautiful location such a nice view for sunsets, and you can even see dolphins and turtles sometimes. The staff is extremely friendly, not annoying at all. Breakfast is a la carte, the choices of various egg dishes good enough and the portions big. We stayed one time for dinner, that was also nice, just a pity that they do not serve wine, but they are ok if you bring your own. Restaurant and Bar close at 9 PM, but you can still then sit on your own balcony or terrace. There are two nice infinity pools.

The bar closes quite early (9 PM), and the location is quite a bit away from other places and restaurants, and the roads are so bumpy!

I thought the staff was amazing and attentive. The room also was fantastic. Location was also very good I thought but the roads were a bit tricky, Which we didn't mind and they are repairing the main road which will take a couple of weeks. We had a pool literally outside our room and hardly anyone used it.... Only had snacks and breakfast at the hotel but they was very nice

If I had to say anything The cushions on the sun loungers are a bit dated but not really a problem. Overall we had a fantastic time at the point resort and would come back again. One other thing would be putting long live milk in the rooms but after asking we got a lot whole tub of milk

It was a million dollar view, truly breathtaking! The 180 degree views of the ocean, the sunset at the infinity pool, service, food, cleanliness and staff were all perfect. Highly recommend this property, one of the best hotels I visited, small and private and therefor individual approach offered to the guests. On the day of checkout I had a terrible migraine and the owner allowed me to stay and rest for a few extra hours, which was highly appreciated. My only regret not staying here a little longer.

Not much, but if I was really fussy, I would really appreciate a dressing gown with slippers in our room as the property seemed like 5 star property. Also the roads outside the hotels are really poor and you will need a bike or walk by foot, which didn't bother us as there is a beautiful Mushroom Bay with restaurants only a 10 min walk.

Rundown... mildewy smell overpowering in my room. Plug sockets and tapwear very loose and wobbly. So disappointed as the view is spectacular!! A piece of advice...ask only for the new rooms not an "upgraded villa " option... overpriced and dirty. Food options too were very limited. Health and safety far from a priority here as steps to villas had no hand rails and dangerous drop offs. Cracked glass door was concerning.. especially as it was like that on a previous visit and not yet repaired (2025). However views were amazing but not good enough to change my poor and very disappointing review on the resort. Would definitely not book here again.

The view is amazing with beautiful sunsets every night. The small boutique feeling of this resort is great with the pool right outside my room. Food was delicious and staff accommodating and attentive.

I did not realize the bathroom was open air, and therefore getting the AC cool was a bit of a challenge, however that was more of a lack of knowing that an issue with the resort. Just keeping the bathroom door shut helped.

Room was relatively new, so very modern. View is amazing, often seeing Dolphins go right past the front of the resort . Access to the property, roads were very rough. Remote location so either need to walk (10 minutes to Mushroom Beach), hire a scooter or get picked up by one of the local restarurants. Small breakfast, limited choices Toiletries/lack of left a lot to be desired - need to supply nicer toiletries for the price you pay for a room New pool a bit shallow/small and was always very warm )maybe some shade cloth over it would be good Staff very friendly but need to be a bit more proactive with guests around the pool rather than guests having to seek staff out for food/drinks

Volt némi fennakadás a foglalásunk során, abban az értelemben, hogy csak 2 felnőttet vettek figyelembe, a 3 éves kislányunkat nem. Plusz ágy nem volt bekészítve és a 2. nap reggelén csak 2 reggelit kaptunk. Az óriási bőrödjeinket a női személyzet tagjaival szerették volna a recepcióra vitetni, amit a férjem nem engedett, inkább ő vitte fel. Az ételadagok kicsik.
