يوجد بعض اعمال البناء في داخل الفندق مما يتسبب بالازعاج احياناً و اعتقد انه مؤقت و سوف يتحسن الحال الى الافضل و بعض العوائل يقوم اطفالهم بالازعاج و الصخب و لكن هذا ليس بسد الفندق انما من النزلاء هداهم الله و اتمنى من ادارة الفندق التنبيه عليهم بان هذا فندق و ليس مسكن خاص

الذي لم يعجبني امران احدهما بيد الفندق و الاخر ليس بيدهم .. الذي بيدهم ان هناك اعمال حفر و بناء داخل الفندق من الساعه 10 صباحاً و حتى 5 مساءً مما يجعل الامر مزعجاً بعض الشيء لمن يريد ان ينام في هذه الاوقات اما الذي ليس بيد الفندق فهو بعض السكان معهم اطفالهم و يقومون بالصراخ و الازعاج احياناً منا يضايق الساكنين اما بشكل عام فالفندق و موظفيه متعاونون و مكانه ممتاز و نظافته ممتازه لو لا النقطتين التي ذكرتها لوضعت لهم 10/10

You book online and there two room sizes to choose from , if you choose the small room you end up in a room without a balcony where you don't know it's morning or night because it's dark from everywhere . Receptionist is very rude specially the lady there and it's so so expensive for the location and room size . Talk to a local and they will give you better unit with half price. I had to stay because I lost my wallet and bank cards and they accepted apple pay . The rooms are super smelly and when you turn on the AC it gives you a bad smell in the entire room

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025Лучшее место за свои деньги в Александрии. Уже не раз здесь останавливаюсь . Есть все для жизни . В идеале ещё духовку , было бы просто супер. Продают много рыбы а запечь негде 😅. Бронируйте не пожалеете. Дают полный набор, зубной , мочалку для тела и посуды , снеки и напитки.

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025Расположен очень в удобном месте. Очень хороший спокойный они очень ненавязчивые. Это апартаменты не отель а квартирного типа студия с балконом очень понравилось все. В комнате придают всё необходимое для того чтобы можно было приготовить еду даже кофеварка стоит. Выходишь из отеля сразу через дорогу пляж. Но если хотите хороший вид из окна то надо выбирать более высокие этажи.

Reviewed Jul 31, 2025Everything was great but you have to ask for the towels upon arriving, I already knew that from the previous time I stayed with them so it was the first thing I asked for when I arrived. The place is cozy and comfortable and can fit up to 5 guests so it was good with our family of 4.
The stove top was an issue as it didn't work properly we had to call someone to check it and they were very hesitant to replace it and just wanted us to try again and we kept turning it on until only 3 burners worked out of 4 but it was a pain. The noise cleaners make in the morning is a lot according to my family, I am a heavy sleeper so I didn't hear it but they heard it as they like to wake up early and the cleaners were making loud noises in the hallway and other units and even fighting lol. I didn't like that the place doesn't match the pictures at all, yes they have different types of units in the building but they can easily advertise that on Booking.com if they know how to use the system properly. It had the same amenities and the side view though so that was okay. Also the AC takes time to kick in as it's central so it would be good if you tell the cleaning team or staff to turn the AC on before guests arrive. There wasn't a microwave so that was very disappointing as it's essential nowadays. It would also be good if you add a small tray and remove the pan that is there it's very old and barely washed it grossed us out so we didn't use it. And for wardrobe there was only one in the one bedroom which was an issue for the people in the second bedroom as they didn't have any place to put their clothes.
