Everything, was no balcony to set, was windows, the curtains was Torn , not clean , the mattress wasn’t clean and torn, was no air conditioner, only one closet small for 2 bedrooms, the dining room, chairs was broken, table too , the table glass was broken, bathroom very not clean , the tub has mold, every time we used the toilet the water going down on the floor, no shower curtain, the picture on the site i guess he has another apartment that picture for it , i am really disappointed, , i have pictures for all what i am complaining about it

The location is the best where you can reach all places easily. Close to Montaza palace and the beachfront. The view is wonderful with a very cozy place to sleep and have your peace of mind. It is just like your home with no differences. The staff are very polite Farag and his wife the guard is a real gentleman polite and very helpful as well as the lady for the housekeeping. The owner Mr Engineer is a very awesome man. He calls me and follow me up on an international call just to make sure that all going great. Pictures provided for the flat and all info are fully true with no complements or fake info. Fully authentic. That was one of the best stay ever I have had in Egypt.

كان مالك الشقة المهندس محمد راقي ومتعاون الشقة كانت جميلة ونظيفة وكل شي متوفر فيها من مستلزمات المطبخ الحمام وكل أساليب الراحة اماً الإطلالة كانت خيالية وقريبة من كل المرافق جد كانت إقامة ممتعة ومميزة شكرا مهندس محمد جودة الخدمة كانت اعلى من المبلغ المدفوع

The host is very friendly, he was abroad, yet he called me to make sure I can receive the keys, find the location, and also follow up with me during my stay. The view is great. The whole apartment is sea-view. The facilities and accessories needed for a short stay are all available. The location is great with a hell lot of stores, groceries, restaurants, café shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies There are different public beaches for very low prices to use all over the day

The place needs some maintenance, especially the curtains The electronic key worked with my partner, but did not work with me For conservative people, the apartment is exposed to nearby neighbors, but this was not an issue for me as I was travelling with my brother, so we had all the windows wide open all day

The view is very good. The host is a very polite & cooperative. The facilities are almost great. The key is smart. So, this is very good advantage for collecting & leaving the keys. Finally, This is recommended Appartment for me.

The host's representative is not strait man. There were neither fan nor AC in the Appartment. But they bought 1 for me as soon as I complained. Thanks a lot. There is not nets on the windows. So, the flies can get inside. The Mattresses are very old & tough (cotton mattresses). The distance between the iron bars of the window is a little bit far in some ares. So, it's very risky on small children like mine as I was planning to return with my family. However I changed my mind as I got afraid on my little children.

The place is in a great area and the owner was great with us. The view is amazing!

The location couldn't have been better! Our 14th-floor apartment had panoramic windows in every room, offering breathtaking sea views. It was truly a feast for the eyes! Our host, Mr. Mohamed, added another layer of delight to our stay. He was incredibly friendly and responsive, and even surprised us with a basket of fresh, organic fruits and honey from his own farm. Such a thoughtful touch!

Just a heads-up: The area experiences a daily government-scheduled power outage between 6-7 pm. Since the apartment is on the 14th floor, it would be difficult to go out or get back to the apartment during that hour. This is completely out of the host's control, of course, but something to keep in mind when planning your day.

Large and clean apartment with a beautiful view on the beach, the building concierge was very helpful and always available if needed, don’t forget to tip him, I highly recommend this apartment.

It was a big aparment that fits a family. It has a Smart TV with streaming services, so it's nice if you want to have a chill day. The washing machine was also good to have. You also have a nice view at the ocean.

The location isn't that great if you want to see the highlights of Alexandria. It's about a 20 minute drive to the downtown area.

I have been to nearly 85 countries in the world, and I have not seen in the beauty of this apartment, which directly sees the sea, a first row of all rooms, as well as the bathroom and the kitchen. A feeling at the top of comfort to forget the fatigue of work and the pressures of work. Indeed, I was psychologically relieved, and I will repeat my visit as I recommend it, as the price is excellent and cheap, as is the neighborhood I have wonderful days inside this apartment. Honestly I never imagined that my experience in an apartment can be superb, But this one did strike my as the best experience ever not mentioning that apartment was clean and net, the owner Eng Mohamed is a really polite and amazing guy...I will be back for more stays in this place for sure
