Η συνολική εμπειρία ήταν πολύ θετική και ευχάριστη. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη, η οργάνωση πολύ καλή και υπήρχε πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για την εμπειρία του πελάτη. Όλα ήταν προσεγμένα και επαγγελματικά, κάτι που έκανε τη συνολική εμπειρία ακόμη καλύτερη. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had. The reality of the hotel was completely different from what we expected based on the photos and presentation on Booking.com. The property felt very poorly maintained, outdated and, most importantly, extremely dirty. The overall condition of the hotel was simply unacceptable and definitely not what we believed we were paying for.

Hotel w opisie ma 4 gwiazdki. Zasługuje zaledwie na 1. Klimatyzacja tylko w pokoju. W pozostałej części hotelu panuje nieznośny upał. Nawet w stołówce/restauracji jest bardzo gorąco. Śniadania okropne. Zepsuty sok pomarańczowy pewnie z powodu upału Jedzenie niesmaczne, nieaceptowalne. Brudne łazienki w pokojach, niektóre elementy nie czyszczone chyba 10 lat.

Solo la posizione

Servizio pessimo, colazione pessima, pulizie pessime, stanza vecchia e da rifare ( soprattutto il bagno). Viene indicato come un 4 stelle, ma nella realta' ( secondo gli standard che riconosco) forse puo' arrivare a 2 stelle. Mi chiedo come booking possa promuovere un hotel a 4 stelle che in realta' non lo e'; mi sento preso in giro. Sicuramente non lo consigliero'. Le foto pubblicizzate, non corrispondono assolutamente alla realta'.

Room AC was terrible, and key system was awful. It’s hot and to not be able to leave a key in the room to keep it cool sucks. Also, the bathroom shower barely worked. No pressure, almost no shower supplies, noisy flushing toilet. Room 172 was not nice at all. Can’t keep cold waters, unless fridge runs overnight. Cmon, could all be fixed by a second key!

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό

Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες, το ερ κοντισιον δούλευε 5-10 λεπτά και έκλεινε και ξανά άνοιγε μετά από 30 λεπτά, δεν υπήρχαν πρίζες κοντα στο κρεβάτι, όταν έκανες μπάνιο έβγαιναν νερά από το σιφόνι με αποτέλεσμα να πλημμυρίζει όλο το μπάνιο,η πόρτα στο δωμάτιο δεν κλείδωνε από την έξω μεριά με αποτέλεσμα να φοβόμαστε για τα πράγματα μας, το στρωμα στο κρεβάτι ηταν λες και κοιμόμασταν πάνω σε τσιμέντο και ένιωθες τα ελατήρια του στρώματος και τέλος το δωμάτιο δεν είχε καμία ηχομόνωση άκουγες τα πάντα από τα διπλανά δωμάτια και από τον διάδρομο! Για τα χρήματα που δώσαμε δεν άξιζε ούτε τα μισά!

Η έλλειψη σωστού κλιματισμού, τα στρώματα που δεν ήταν άνετα, το γεγονός ότι δεν υπήρχε άνθρωπος να βοηθήσει με αποσκευές, ότι αντί για κανονικά ποτήρια αφήνουν πλαστικά, ότι δεν έχει σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο έστω σε μικρά δοχεία αλλά σε κάτι φακελάκια σαν τα δείγματα που δίνουν δωρεάν εταιρείες, τα μαξιλάρια είναι «πατημένα», δεν υπέχει μια κουβέρτα έστω ψιλή, μόνο σεντόνια, οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι δεν έχουν κλιματισμό, και το κτίριο δείχνει την μεγάλη του ηλικία. Δεν αξίζει τόσο ακριβή χρέωση

Het is niet een 4sterren hotel, wat ze zelf wel zo uiten. Het was allemaal wat verouderd, niet helemaal meer een frisse uitstraling.

Very disappointing experience. The room had no towels, housekeeping was practically nonexistent, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The swimming pool was dirty and clearly not maintained. The service was terrible—staff were unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving any issues. This hotel does not meet even basic standards of hygiene or customer service. I would not recommend staying here.

Die Zimmer Ausstattung war sehr schlecht und sind mit dem Fotos bei booking.com nicht vergleichbar. Sehr schlechte Ausstattung, alles alt und die Zimmer wurden gar nicht richtig sauber gemacht. In den Badetücher habe ich jedesmal Haare von anderen Gästen gefunden. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht. Sehr enttäuschend. Das Frühstück war auch eine reine Katastrophe.E

Location is excellent; if you have a car, parking can be tricky. There isn't parking at the hotel, so either seek private parking or you have to find parking on the street or use the free public parking that are 5 to 10 minutes walk away. The pool is good, but on one time, all the sun loungers were used but there are plenty of comfy seats and shade. Breakfast is OK. We used it if we wanted to get up and go somewhere; otherwise, go into town for a nicer breakfast. It's not a luxurious hotel, but I liked the staff and the overall vibe. I'd go again.

La camera e soprattutto il bagno non all'altezza di un quattro stelle la doccia dentro la vasca vecchis e scivolosa e' peticolosa

Le camere non erano pulite, wc sporco, la camera puzzava giorno e notte, cambio di lenzuola una volta in quatro giorni, non parlare poi dei materassi molto scomodi e vecchi, che puzzavano, condizionatore non funzionava bene e quel poca aria che usciva era puzzolente. Non so 4 stelle questo albergo se li merita? Non lo consiglierei a nessuno

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικό σημείο στο κέντρο της Λευκάδας, προσφέροντας άμεση και εύκολη πρόσβαση στις βόλτες της πόλης. Η πισίνα αποτέλεσε ένα από τα πιο δυνατά σημεία της διαμονής μας ήταν καθαρή, πολύ ευχάριστη και μας άρεσε ότι είχε pool bar . Επιπλέον, το προσωπικό ήταν φιλικό και επικοινωνιακό, ενώ οι παροχές κάλυπταν τα βασικά, περιλαμβάνοντας ένα απλό αλλά ικανοποιητικό πρωινό.

Η εύρεση πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή ήταν εξαιρετικά δύσκολη, με το κοντινότερο επί πληρωμή να απέχει περίπου 500 μέτρα. Όσον αφορά την καθαριότητα, αν και το δωμάτιο μύριζε καθαριότητα και χλωρίνη χωρίς να είναι βρώμικο, το καθάρισμα ήταν αρκετά επιφανειακό, καθώς σε σημεία όπως οι γωνίες ή πίσω από τα έπιπλα φαίνεται πως χρειαζόταν περισσότερη προσοχή. Γενικά, τα δωμάτια και οι χώροι χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση. Θεωρούμε ότι η τιμή ήταν υψηλή για τη συνολική ποιότητα που προσφέρεται και θα έπρεπε είτε να γίνουν βελτιώσεις είτε να προσαρμοστεί το κόστος χαμηλότερα.

Overall very run down. Our toilet plumbing was extremely loud for at least 5 minutes post use. The wifi was non existent. Pool towels and access to them was poor quality aswell.

Czystość hotelu ok., mimo bliskości centrum cichy hotel, basen fajny. Przyjechaliśmy wcześniej i mogliśmy zostawić bagaże w oddzielnym pomieszczeniu i korzystać z basenu.

Excellent location

Rooms look nothing like the photos, very average. Makeshift furnishings, poor condition, lack of maintenance is evident. Breakfast was limited. No fruit. One yoghurt. Rubber cold eggs. Feedback provided very constructively. No response or acknowledgment. Query on whether we had been allocated the deluxe room we paid for left unanswered.

Good location, nice if small pool.

Rooms are neglected, old and very tired. The bathroom has two soap dispensers but neither had and soap in them. Not enough towels. Bath/shower tap was loose and didn't function properly, eventually the handle fell off into the bath. Plug in the sink did not work. Water pressure in the wash basin was almost zero. Electric switch in the bedroom fell off the wall when I tried to switch on the light. Internet is none existant n the rooms. I reported this to the reception, they wrote down my room number but nothing was done. Lovely staff fighting the odds here, they have no chance.

Frühstück war sehr einfach. Sehr wenig Auswahl. Personal im Frühstücksbereich ungeeignet.

Dit is geen vier sterren waard. Alles verouderd, niet schoon en slecht/vies ontbijt. Personeel was wel aardig maar ook niet echt aanwezig. Zwembad zorgde voor verkoeling. Kleedkamers met kunstgras erin, oud en vies. Receptie ruimt in de ochtend naar rook. Spiraal van de bedden voelde je. Vloerbedekking in kamer vies. Hele oude badkamer. Kortom geen aanrader.

A good place to stay as the pool is good.

The breakfast was terrible. The cooked option was left until it was congealed and cold. The fried eggs were all overcooked and floating in liquid. There was no fruit to go with the yoghurt ( until the following week, we were told when enquiring). My wife could find nothing she wanted to eat so left without any breakfast.

The breakfast for a start. When booking, we requested a room with a bath, which we got. But there was no plug for the bath. When enquiring at reception we were told that plugs could not be supplied because the bath uses too much water! The telephone style shower head had a rickety wall bracket which was in danger of falling off the wall. Our friends in an adjacent room had no wall bracket at all.

Dopo esser scappati da un B&B a patrasso abbiamo incontrato loro. Un hotel posizionato MAGNIFICAMENTE il personale super disponibile e soprattutto super gentili con il mio cane. Consiglio vivamente a tutti un ambiente davvero meraviglioso After escaping from a B&B in Patras, we met them. A hotel in a wonderful location, the staff was super helpful and especially kind to my dog. I highly recommend it to everyone, it's a truly wonderful place.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect location near the centre, but also quiet.

Es ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört alle Gäste am Gang und bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen ist durch den Lärm schwierig.

Οι χώροι του καταλύματος, είτε οι κοινόχρηστοι είτε τα δωμάτια, ήταν εξαιρετικα άνετοι. Μας άρεσε πολύ η ιδιαίτερη κυκλική μαρμάρινη σκάλα και η τοποθεσία που ήταν στο κέντρο της Λευκάδας (χωρα), ακριβώς δίπλα στον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο και στην πλατεία που έκαναν πρόσφατα ανάπλαση. Η θέα από το δωμάτιο ήταν ανεπανάληπτη και είχαμε μεγάλη βεράντα να κατσουμε. Αλλά το κυριότερο από όλα, ήταν η εξαιρετική φιλοξενία που εισπράξαμε από το προσωπικό. Ταξιδέψαμε με το σκυλάκι μας και από την πρώτη στιγμή μας περίμεναν με μια ανοιχτή αγκαλιά για εκείνο. Αυτό μας καθησύχασε και μπορέσαμε να είμαστε κι εμείς πιο ανετοι κατα την διαμονή μας. Τέλος, επιλέξαμε να πάρουμε και το πρωινό μας στο ξενοδοχείο, όπου υπήρχε πλούσιο μενού με νόστιμες προτάσεις, καθαρά ελληνικό και με πολύ νόστιμα προϊόντα. Προτεινουμε σε όποιον επισκεφθεί την Λευκάδα να επιλέξει το Ionion Star Hotel για να ζήσει την γνήσια φιλοξενία του νησιου.

Great location and good pool and surrounds. Good view from the level 2 rooms. Reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Beds were very hard (good for some people though). Breakfast was bad - don’t bother. Bread old and dry, eggs all cooked at once and overdone. Limited choices.

Location - very convenient for all town facilities; and my room had magnificent sea/sunset view. Spacious room, corridors, reception/lounge area. Light, airy, spacious breakfast room with view of sun twinkling on the sea/outer port.

Breakfast was potentially filling, but underwhelming - bread was rather dry, orange juice had Sunny Delight taste! But great if you like cake, and there was fresh fruit and some hot options.

Zeer gedateerd. Er staat een bad in de badkamer, maar zonder badstop. Die hadden ze verwijderd, want als het bad gebruikt werd en leeg zou lopen, dan hadden ze overstroming. Dat was het antwoord van de receptie. Dus badgebruik was niet mogelijk.

1. Excellent location with lovely views from the hotel. 2. Very friendly staff, especially Effi who checked us in and Arris who made us nice rea one evening.

1. We had no kettle or coffee machine in our room and were told that they couldn't bring us coffee to our room when we phoned reception early one morning. This seemed strange for a 4 star hotel. 2. Breakfast (although only €10) was slightly disappointing as there was no fruit at all on the one day we ate there and no freshly squeezed orange juice or freshly baked bread.
