hotel well located for yacht charter. Staff really helpful and allowed us to store luggage even when were were away on the charter. Not a 5 star hotel, but perfectly ok for a short economic stay.

The staff were very helpful. My flight was leaving late at night and they gave me access to a room for no charge. The location was great. Views over the marina (sea view with balcony) and very near the main tourist street, shops and restaurants.

The lift stopped twice while we were there and the staff are rude and very unwelcoming and unwilling to assist with anything.

La posizione è molto comoda e la vista sul porto spettacolare. La stanza era pulita e rinnovata di recente.

L'emplacement est parfait. En arrivant, j ai réalisé avoir fait une erreur de date en réservant. J avais réservé le lendemain. La personne de l accueil nous ne a fait payer aucun cout en lien avec l annulation de la nuit du lendemain. Elle a juste décalé la date. C'est vraiment très appréciable comme attitude.

This location has a great view of the water from the balcony. I also appreciated the continental breakfast options and the options of restaurants outside the hotel.

Parking was extremely difficult. Specially if arriving late at night.

Hotel was old. Rooms were old. Not cleaned well. No blankets provided. Non English speaking staff in evenings. No parking provided to guests. Elevator was dirty smelled and very slow. They did NOT even provide water in the rooms and Charged for water which is unheard of for the premium price paid for the rooms. No ice in hotel they sent you to a restaurant next door. Our room was not cleaned properly daily and forgot to take garbage one day. Didn't changed towels. Breakfast was decent from what se saw but the same each day. Cold sunny side up eggs !!!

Great location just by the harbor and short walk to the center, the room was very specious and clean. Given it is a three start hotel we were nicely surprised with the quality of the room. Would definitely recommend

Posizione fronte marina, pulizia camere, bagno nuovo e ben attrezzato, personale cortese e flessibile. Bei letti, coffee facilities in camera. Rispetto all'adiacente ionion star, che è della stessa categoria, è un altro pianeta.

Un problemino alla serratura camera non perfettamente inserita nella porta, andrebbe sistemato. Ma è una minuzia.

Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία, πολύ καθαρό, το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και γενικά πολύ όμορφο σαν χώροι!

Είχαμε κλείσει δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι και θέα, αλλά μας έδωσαν ένα χωρίς μπαλκόνι. Επίσης μας είπαν πώς επειδή η κράτηση είναι μέσω booking, δεν περιλάμβανε πρωινό.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ παλιό , είναι σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και προσπαθούν με τις ανακαινίσεις που έχουν κάνει να είναι άνετα ,αλλά η αδιαφορία του ξενοδοχείου για το πάρκινγκ των πελατών που είναι αδιάφοροι τα δωμάτια έχουν προβλήματα που πρέπει σοβαρά να τα λύσουν , σε εμάς έτυχε δωμάτιο με πρόβλημα στην ψευδοροφή του μπάνιου που έπεφτε ευτυχώς το ρελε και έσταζε το ταβάνι και ο ηλεκτρολόγος να μας λέει δεν θα πάθετε τίποτα ευτυχώς πέφτει το ρελε , το μόνο καλό είναι ότι ευτυχώς μας άλλαξαν δωμάτιο ( σημειωτέον κατόπιν δικής μας πίεσης ) για τα χρήματα που δίναμε το βράδυ αυτό δεν είναι καλό ξενοδοχείο, πρέπει να ασχοληθούν πολύ σοβαρά Και επίσης δεν ξέρω τι γίνεται με τις κρατήσεις από booking διότι όταν πήγαμε δεν μας έβρισκαν, το σίγουρο είναι ότι δεν θα ξαναπάμε σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο

Posizione centrale alla fine del ponte, reception aperta 24h quindi comodo per voli che arrivano dopo le 21. Stanza grande e rimodernata.

Assenza di parcheggio. In zona c’è comunque possibilità anche se non vicinissimo da considerare nei periodi di maggior afflusso turistico

Très bel hôtel - le premier hôtel en arrivant sur l île de Leucate - très belle vue pour les chambres sur mer -chambres confortables - bonne situation au début de la rue commerçante et près des restaurants - personnel très aimable et serviable- climatisation efficace - petit dejeuner correct

Stationnement très difficile - il N y a même pas une place pour décharger les bagages - absence d une bouteille d eau gratuite dans le frigidaire en arrivant ( une belle tradition grecque qui se perd )-

The phone didn't work -we needed to go down for any request from frontdesck. Faucet in the room & elevator were outdated. No complimentary water. Cleaning staff was focused only on fixing the bed & the towels.

As a three star I expected at least some complimentary water in fridge I was surprised for the amount I paid for hotel plus all other 3 star hotels around Greece provided water but this one didn’t That’s only thing I can say but the rest was good

Het uitzicht, had een kamer met zeezicht. Echt een toplocatie, alles in de buurt. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en de lieve schoonmaakster kwam ook elke dag. Superfijn, schone lakens iedere dag! Het ontbijt altijd goed en genoeg keus. Goede airco op de kamer! Was blij dat ik dit hotel op de valreep nog heb kunnen boeken!

De badkamer was best gedateerd. Ligbad ( jacuzzi ) zou ik persoonlijk niet gebruiken, ook niet gedaan, oude gele aanslag op de zijkanten.

Läget var toppenbra! Sköna sängar och rymligt.

Servicen var inte alls bra, rätt så otrevlig personal, dryga när man ställde frågor och inte tillmötesgående överhuvudtaget.

Jeg fikk ikke rommet jeg hadde bestilt. Prøvde å klage, men ingen endring. Fikk heldigvis økonomisk kompensasjon for dette dagen etterpå. Så det er bra.

Vaig fer la reserva a aquest hotel, dies mes tard vaig rebre un correu en que l’hotel havia modificat les dates. Vaig dir que no era correcte i les dates es van mantenir les que jo havia reservat. El mateix dia d’entrada a l’hotel, sense cap explicació, em van cancelar la reserva a les 16h i em van deixar tirada sense res.

Location was amazing, right in the heart of cafes, shops, waterfront. Just a great location. Beds were very comfy and a variety for breakfast.

Osoblje je neljubazno. Dali su mi dvokrevetnu sobu sa pomoćnim ležajem i ako sam platio trokrevetni sobu. Kad sam im to rekao bili su neljubazni dok sami nisu videli kakvu su mi sobu dali pa su se onda izvinjavali i rekli da je kao došlo do greske. Kad smo već raspakovali stvari ponudili su sobu u drugom hotelu.

Lokacija je super, vse je par minut hoje oddaljeno.

Kopalnica zelo majhna, ni bilo čista, smrdelo je. Osebje ni bilo najbolj prijazno, ko sva prišla na recepcijo.

Unfortunately the lift didn’t work for most of our stay so we had to lift our suitcases up all the stairs We had a triple room with 2 people it would have been very small if we had another person

Great location. Clean and seems to be newly refurbished including the roomly bathroom.

There were no smoke detector or escape chart in the room. There were no bedside lamps, only the stark overhead lamp, not one single painting on the wall, no decorations. The staff at reception completely ignored me two times, at checkout there were two staff behind the counter but they let me and another guest wait several minutes until I had to ask them for service.

Convenient location for access to the marina to collect our boat. Close to town square for restaurants. Good breakfast. Comfortable room.

Sijainti on oikein hyvä ja huoneestamme oli merinäköala. Ostoskadun länsipää on muutaman kymmenen metrin päässä. Huoneen taso yllätti myönteisesti.

Aamupala oli keskinkertainen ja ruuan esillepano epäesteettinen. Liikenteen äänet häiritsevät parvekkeella, mutta eivät sisällä huoneessa.

Nu dispui de parcare, iar personalul de la hotel nu te îndrumă în acest sens. Pentru câteva minute de parcare în fața hotelului, unde erau multe alte mașini parcate, poliția ne-a ridicat plăcuțele de la mașină și ne-a dat amendă, iar de la hotel s-au făcut ca ploua, ca nu știu despre ce este vorba. Menționez ca eram singurii cu plăcuțele luate, deși în parcare erau zeci de mașini fără amenzi și fără numere luate.

Suport zero din partea personalului. Nu au raspuns la nicio solicitare de ale noastre. NU au parcare, trebuie sa parchezi la o distanta foarte mare sau in fata hotelului dar risti sa iti ia politia numerele de inmatriculare. Probabil ca tot ei suna la politie. Din 20 de masini parcate in fata hotelului, doar noua ne-au luat numerele de inmatriculare si ne-au amendat, restul masinilor fiind cu numere de Grecia. NU am avut niciun suport din partea hotelului in speta asta, a trebuit sa stam cu doi copii mici in 40 de grade pana sa ne dam seama daca numerele ne-au fost furate sau luate de politisti.

Praticamente al centro della piazza appena si arriva a Lefkada ed attaccato al lungomare dove la sera si scende. Tutto perfetto.

Centralissimo, moderno e fornito di tutto. Personale gentilissimo e pronto a dare consigli. Mi è dispiaciuto restarci solo per una notte!

L'aria condizionata, anche se messa al minimo, resta un po' forte. Ma queste sono preferenze, niente di eccezionale!

Aircondition was leaking in the room, The sink drain was clogged, there was no shower curtain, there was mold around the bathtub, and the toilet flush was not working properly.

The location was fabulous. They were happy to store our luggage before checkin time.

The bedroom balcony looked down into a very dirty and messy area.

The AC was broken and very loud when it worked. Parking near the hotel was a serious issue. The place needs a lot of work.

Only the location was good. But very limited parking spaces.

Air condittion unit was not working. Room advertised as superior but some of them have balconies others not. These should be categorised and have different prices at least, and not profiling the customers and randomly giving out rooms. Also the photos should be accurate for each room category. We changed 2 rooms and none of them is as shown on the photos. So , they were misleading and manipulative. Cleaniless also seems to be an issue in this hotel. Hair on the toilet seat, cracked walls with asbestos pouring out, broken windows. If not for the air-con the receptionist had no intention of helping us. When we politely stated our issues as soon as possible the answer was immediately "the hotel is full" , but after the air-con issue, another room was "magically" available. Overall bad experience. Thankfully we only stayed for 1 night.

Es war alles toll. Das neu renovierte Zimmer mit Meerblick war einfach Spitze. Das Personal an der Rezeption war stets hilfsbereit, super freundlich, einfach toll.

Nice staff who let me keep my luggage secure until check-in. Great location to wander around all the shops and restaurants.

The hotel was advertised as "on the beach", when in fact there is no beach in Lefkada town. There is a nice view of water from the balcony, but the actual beach (pebble beach with no facilities) was about a mile walk over the bridge.

Das Zimmer mit Stadtblick war neu renoviert mit großen und bequemen Betten. Sehr positiv war der Wasserkocher und die Tee-und Kaffeebeutel, da ich normalerweise nicht frühstücke. Die Lage des Hotels war super und war auch mein ursprünglicher Buchungsgrund.

It's right in the city so everything is 10min walk or less. The staff are all very friendly. The room was a good size, it's quiet for city centre and my room even had a small balcony to sit which is a real bonus. Great shower and comfortable bed.

The room was a little tired. Someone needs to go in and fix all the little things. None is a big deal but all together make the room feel tired and it really is unfair because it's actually a very nice room. A couple of table lamps for low level lighting and some wall decor would also make a big difference.
