La vista dalla camera (n. 521) sulle piramidi era eccellente. Il personale estremamente cortese e disponibile.

Il quartiere dove si trova l'hotel è assolutamente degradato, privo di strutture turistiche (ristoranti...). La camera era pulita ma trasandata, con infissi vecchi che non trattenevano il vento. Il bagno vecchio e sommario. In tre giorni nessuno è venuto a rifare la camera. ll wi-fi, gratuito, funziona decentemente solo alla reception, nella camera era praticamente inutilizzabile

El personal muy atento en todo momento, la habitación con vista a las pirámides un lujo. Relación precio calidad 10/10. Recomendable. Plus el desayuno casero y bien abundante 😀

Сподобалось розташування близько до пірамід. З ресторану на даху відкривається чудовий краєвид. Але район у якому розміщений готель не туристичний. Готель організував безкоштовний трансфер з аеропорту. Сніданки були смачні, були присутні місцеві страви. Персонал був привітний та реагував на наші прохання. Номер був достатньо великий, місця вистачило усій нашій компанії з 5 людей.

Вигляд кімнат на фото набагато кращий ніж є в реальності. Здається фото зроблені багато років тому. Апартаменти не були прибрані належним чином. Підлога була брудною. Постіль здається не прали багато тижнів. Вона була у плямах та волоссі. Довелося просити на ресепшені нову. Вона була стара але принаймні чиста. Матраси та подушки були жорсткі та не зручні. В одній з душових не було занавіски. В іншій душовій був зламаний тримач для занавіски. Міжкімнатні двері та двері у ванну кімнату не зачинялися та дуже скрипіли. Прибирання не було та сміття не виносилося із баку біля кімнати. Туалетного паперу було мало, довелося просити на ресепшені. Посуд у кухні був брудний і його було недостатньо. Не було навіть ножа, просили у кухні ресторану. Будівля здається не цілком належить готелю, лише декілька поверхів. Тому на сходах брудно, темно, багато сміття яке не прибирають. Вночі шумно на вулиці, бо мешканці району не сплять до пізньої ночі. Заважає шум машин, лай собак та вигуки.

1) The staff here were very nice and kind. Always smiling and pleasant 2) The view of the pyramid from both the room and rooftop was breathtaking 3) We got a complimentary upgrade which we are super thankful for. 4) The breakfast offered here is amazing and tasty.

1) The rooms were not cleaned properly. It was quite dusty. Our blankets and bed were quite dusty too. It even had a dusty smell. 2) The toiletries were not sufficient as they provided sachet shampoo and a very tiny bar soap. We eventually had to go to the nearest convenient store to get a bottle or shower gel and shampoo for our 4 day stay there.

The location was good, only a 20‑minute walk from the entrance near the Sphinx at the Pyramids. The staff does not speak English very well, but we had no communication issues. We had an unexpected issue with our flight and had to do a late check-in, and we received immediate responses from the receptionist.

Breakfast was okay, with some traditional food options, but very basic. The main issue was the serving time, as it was only available after 8:00 AM. Because of that, we didn’t have breakfast on the first two days, and on the third day we had to change our plans in order to have breakfast. The bed linen was dirty and had an unpleasant smell.

I was delighted with my stay. I was upgraded to a large room overlooking the pyramids. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. All the staff were very kind and helpful. The location is easily accessible, very reasonably priced, and the entire place is clean, well-equipped, and meets all your needs. They are also very flexible, allowing guests to bring in their own food. Thank you very much, and we will definitely return.

the only think good of this hotel is the roof top view, I stayed with a friend for 6 nights the toilet it had issues although they fixed it it was only okay, we had to ask twice for toilet papers, soap and shampoo in the 6 days they never cleaned the room or even offered. the last night we could not sleep at all because in the reception which is near the room were people laughing and speaking very loud, it also said it is a soundproof hotel when it was clearly not soundproofed

A wonderful accommodation that exceeded all our expectations. The entire hotel was spotless and sparkling clean and with very new furniture. The rooms were equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need, and from the rooftop we enjoyed the most beautiful sunset overlooking the pyramids. The airport transfer was exceptional as well, we would like to thank Michael very much for being flexible with the transfer time and for taking us safely to the airport. Without a doubt, when we return to Cairo, we will choose the same hotel again.

The Hotel itself was fine, the issue we had was that the price quoted when booking was not the price we had to pay, the Hotel wanted to charge an additional 5% for using a card, we chose instead to pay by cash, we could not however get a receipt, the price we actually paid was 25$ higher than we should have paid, this was explained by the manager as addition fees, for what we were not told

Todo, lo que pagué fue exactamente lo que tuve. La ubicación fue perfecta y la vista a las pirámides desde la habitación y el desayuno fue increíble. El personal fue muy receptivo y amable en todo momento, hizo nuestra estancia más agradable.

L’emplacement très bien. La chambre vu sur les pyramide ainsi que le balcon/terrasse privative vu sur pyramide était vraiment très appréciable. La chambre était grande avec un frigo. Le personnel était très gentil et serviable Je recommande vraiment !

Il n’y a pas beaucoup d’insonorisation, personnellement cela ne nous a pas dérangé. L’évacuation de la douche un peu éloigné, ce qui a pour effet beaucoup d’eau dans la salle de bain lors de la prise de douche

Vue sur les pyramides depuis la chambre, rooftop très agréable, chambre spacieuse. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Bon petit-déjeuner, personnel accueillant. Et c’est très pratique qu’ils organisent les sorties.

Quando mi sono lamentata con lo staff (che a stento parlava inglese) mi hanno risposto che per loro era tutto normale.

Tutto - è tutto terribile - non credete alle foto su booking e alla descrizione di booking. Come prima cosa va specificato che questo non è un hotel ma una serie di stanze tra il 12 e il 14 piano di una struttura fatiscente in un quartiere ancora più fatiscente. Non capisco come mai booking lo venda come hotel e come mai tante persone abbiano lasciato recensioni positive. La sensazione è quella di essere presi in giro. Le foto sono assolutamente ingannevoli e questo posto andrebbe chiuso all'istante. Non abbiamo cambiato alloggio perchè eravamo stanchi morti e avevamo già pagato le camere e non ci avrebbero dato il rimborso ma con il senno di poi avremmo dovuto perdere i soldi e scappare. Dormire in questo alloggio è impossibile. Letti scomodi oltre l'immaginabile. Vista si sulle Piramidi ma anche su uno scorcio di città veramente brutto.

Rooms are spacious. It’s very close to Giza pyramids. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful

The elevator is a bit hard to deal with. Garbage can was kept right next our door entrance and not cleaned daily. WiFi wasn’t good at all.

Great view of the Pyramyds. The breakfast ladies were very nice when we said we’re in a hurry, so they prepared everything really fast.

Het uitzicht op de pyramides vanaf onze slaapkamer( tgv een gratis upgrade)en het dakterras was formidabel. Ontbijt was goed genoeg ook qua variatie.De straat om de hoek was heel locaal, ik keek mijn ogen uit en iedereen vriendelijk. Aanhet eind van die straat, eerst oversteken, was daar een goed restaurant en in een steel ernaadt een shop met goeie essentials olie van Antonio, daar heerlijke thee en koffie gedronken en gelachen.

La vue sur les pyramides depuis ma chambre au 12ème étage et depuis les terrasses de la réception et du petit déjeuner. On voit également très à gauche des pyramides, un morceau de la tête du sphinx.. La gentillesse et la serviabilité de l’ensemble du personnel ( réception, restaurant) Le confort du lit et une bonne couette car il faisait très frais au Caire le matin et la soirée La proximité en taxi ou tuk-tuk du GEM et des pyramides (10 mn environ) La vie de ce quartier très populaire, en fin d’après-midi avec les vendeurs de pain, les fruits et légumes… à noter cependant l’extrême saleté des rues, les poubelles ne sont pas ramassées.. par contre, à noter la gentillesse des gens qui, très souvent, m’ont souhaité la bienvenue en Égypte.

The rooftop is the greatest value of the hotel. Having breakfast under the sun while watching the nearby pyramids feels surreal. The breakfast itself is varied and the ladies who prepare it deserve words of praise. The staff are very friendly in general. The hotel gives a very good value for money.

Очень «уставший» отель! Разваливается всё, из удобств только к унитазу нет претензии, прожженый старый матрас весь грязный, ужасные двери, никакой шумоизоляции. Попросили тапочки, нам принесли использованные, в которых 10-15 человек уже ходило! Кипяток есть только утром! Помыться контрастным душем кайф, но не зимой! Горячей воды хватает на 3-5 минут!

Bardzo ekonomiczny hotel, jeżeli nie oczekujesz luksusów, a jedynie miejsca, gdzie można przespać noc - jest w porządku. Widok na piramidy jest magiczny, nie tylko z samego balkonu, ale także z ostatniego piętra (z tarasu). Śniadania były dobre, świeże produkty i bardzo pyszny koktajl z bananów. Dogodna lokalizacja hotelu - pieszo, w ciągu 20 minut, można dojść pod piramidy. Dla niewymagających - jest to dobry wybór.

Brak suszarki do włosów w pokoju oraz popsuty prysznic w łazience. Pościel - mimo że czuć było, że była prana - była poplamiona.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful, with a round-the-clock reception available. The homemade food was excellent, with the option to order dinner. Additionally, there was a lovely view of the pyramids.

The shower in the bathroom was not enclosed within a cubicle; as a result, the entire bathroom remained wet and slippery long after use. The water heater was not operational upon our arrival; however, the staff assisted in resolving the heater issue promptly. We were required to make our own bed after checking in. The rooftop restaurant was unclean and poorly maintained. Additionally, several room facilities listed on Booking.com were only provided upon request at the reception, rather than being readily available.

Maybe some maintenance is required specially the shower. However , this balance out with a wonderful view and a low cost options for people travelling on a budget. Staff is wonderful and location is convenient to the piramids. The kitchen breakfast was the best!

La educación, la amabilidad y lo cercano que era el personal, a destacar: Ahmed y Ismail. Hicieron la estancia mucho más reconfortante. Calidad/precio muy adecuado.

Nous n'avons passé que très peu de temps dans cet établissement. Le personnel d'accueil était avenant et agréable. Le chauffeur de taxi nous attendait bien à l'aéroport malgré une arrivée très tardive. Le petit déjeuner semblait correct mais nous n'en avons pas vraiment profité pour cause de départ très tôt le matin.

La localisation est surprenante. Voire un peu inquiétante si comme nous, vous découvrez l'Egypte ce soir là. Et en plein milieu de la nuit. S'il y avait bien la vue annoncée sur les pyramides, nous étions au dernier étage d'un immeuble sans charme dans un quartier très populaire (rues défoncées, éclairage public sommaire, etc...). L'hôtel semble occuper les derniers étages d'un immeuble d'habitations. La chambre bien que spacieuse est équipée d'une salle de bain dont le sol est particulièrement glissant (dangereux même) et la douche peu efficace (quelques gouttes d'eau coulent du pommeau dans le meilleur des cas).

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast varied and was delicious! The views were phenomenal. The location was very nice with friendly locals and school kids having fun. Lift takes you all the way to your floor with a few steps to get to the lift. Bustling environment with lots of shops nearby. Uber drivers always available. Bonus: Friendly cat who loves to be fed in the restaurant :)

Location close to the puramids of Giza. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop terrace is spectacular! We also booked a toir from the hotel with Ahmed as our guide and had a wonderful time.
