המקום נקי מאוד, הצוות מקסים ולבבי, עוזר בכל מה שצריך. החדרים גדולים ומרווחים עם נוף מדהים מכל חלק במלון. האוכל מצוין! מאוד נהננו והיינו חוזרים שוב.

מקום ברמה מאוד גבוה, נקי וחדשני.

העלייה קשה, והקבלה מאוד קפדנית, מבקשים צילום פנים , ויזה.. מאוד קפדניים אף מלון לא עושה את זה באזור.

I really like the amenities & parking area availability (specially driver food & rest room availability).

I try to order something from kitchen but the guy was so drunk he could not even understand what i am saying so i end up eating outside.

The location and views were unbelievable. Service was good. Rooms were comfortable, spacious and very clean. Heaters/AC were also included which was great. The food from room service was also good.

The hotel is one of the best in the Kasol city centre because of its location, view, and very natural surroundings. Very helpful staff. Very nice and well-maintained interior, sitting, and hanging out areas. The private car-parking area of the hotel is a huge plus for travellers.

The way to the hotel can be a little difficult to walk because of its hilltop location.

Everything was amazing. Their staff were extremely efficient and accomodating. The facility was amazing with an amazing view. The food was great. Overall an extremely a wonderfuk stay.

Extremely close to the center of the city, all major cafés are within walking distance. Great view of the mountains. Really beautiful plants and flowers around the property that makes the stay all the more serene, whenever we went out, we were always looking forward to coming back to the hotel. Even the interiors are extremely pretty, has a great sitting area where they light bonfire in the evening. Can chill in the sitting area for hours, lazing in the sun, without feeling the need to do anything in particular.

Some of the switches weren’t working in the room.

Service was very good and the food was awesome. All the staff were very polite and helpful. We had arrived earlier than the checkout time but still the staff went out of their way to comfort us with blankets and food. Ghanshyam was very helpful and friendly thanks to him 😀

The hotel is new, is comfortable and clean. It has a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff is friendly and helpful, waiter Riwal ( I hope I wrote the name correctly) he is very nice.

Das Hotel liegt auch einem Hügel ca. 3 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle/Marktplatz entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügt über eine Heizung. Die Aussicht auf dem Bergkamm ist ein Traum. Rundherum ist viel Grün mit viel Vogelgezwitscher am Morgen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant ist im Garten des Hauses angelegt. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Es wird gerade ein Fahrstuhl angebaut, um barrierefrei in die oberen Geschosse zu kommen. Das Hillside ist sehr zu empfehlen und würde es jederzeit wieder buchen!

1) Door knob in the bathroom was broken so got stuck inside the bathroom. Toilet seat was broken

Large room, very clean and fancy. Wonderful balcony with beautiful view.

The location was fantastic. We had a great view of the mountain and the river from the room and the balcony. The breakfast was very good with many choices available. The hotel staff were very polite.

Lack of credit card payment facility. I was told it was broken and that needed cash payment.

Minor fixes in bathroom fixtures and bigger shower gel bottles.

We arrived at 6 am and it was very cold outside. The lovely employee there let us into the lobby, got us a heater and made us hot tea. Then the manager arrived, checked us in very quickly (compared to other places in India that can be exhausting with this process) and gave us our rooms at 7 am even though check-in was supposed to be at 12 noon. The employee helped us carry the heavy bags to the rooms, and when I tried to give him a tip he refused with a smile. The rooms were great, spacious, clean, stunning view, great shower with hot water. And the beds were comfortable and cozy, and the rooms had a radiator that warmed us up at night. And a bonus - there is a ping pong table downstairs that we really enjoyed playing on.

The staff was very helpful, polite, and soft spoken. Food was very good and we took options of having dinner too inhouse. Their main kitchen staff.....i keep forgetting his name....maybe Mahipal {not sure} was the longest working with them.. Rooms, view and comfort was excellent. Only had to change my schedule as they could not manage our early check-in but that is understandable

The climb to the facility, a tiring four story climb to the reception and another two storey to our room. But the view covered the tiring effort

The place was located at a decent spot, close to the main area. Parking was comfortable.

The rooms were not clean, the floor was not mopped and during the peak season time in Dec they had loud construction noise coming through. It was pretty painful to stay at a premiumly priced property and face such issues. We woke up atleast 5-6 times during that time

Staff (Hemraj) needs to be more sensitive to guests especially when there is women, after a long bus journey wanted some rest by early checking, which was available at the time, was refused initially claiming that early checking was not possible. Though he appeared to be helping, inherent behaviour was that of sadist. However, after long conversation it was allowed for one room. Let the staff be more pleasant receiving guests than showing rules and regulations. Apart from this everything went fine.

Great views from room and dining areas of mountains and snow. Location on the edge of town so a bit quieter, but also a bit of a climb up to the property so not so easy for the elderly or particularly unfit I daresay. Staff friendly and helpful particularly the older gent with the moustache whose name I unfortunately can't remember. He was very caring when I got sick with (I think) food poisoning / gastro (source unknown but I gave chicken momos a miss afterwards).

The traffic and crowds, roads too poor and too many tourists for a small town. Should have gone there 10 years ago!

Firstly, the location is surrounded by mountains and lush green landscapes. It is also very near to bus stand and market (without any noise). The rooms are tastefully decorated, the staff (HemRaj and Rival) are extremely polite and helpful, and the food is superb. We never felt away from home with this hotel. Highly recommend!

There was nothing that one will not like there

Hotel rooms were very clean and balcony having such a beautiful mountains view. This hotel is having car parking space which is very rare in kasol. All staff are so polite,helpful they made your stay even way more good. Food is so tasty.its located in the center of kasol. So you can easily accessible by walk to market and other happening cafe all those are in 500 meter from the hotel.over all we had a great stay with you. Thank you to all team members of hillside.

The room was super clean and comfortable, the shower and washroom are all new. Big balcony that watches amazing mountain view. Devoted crew. Restaurant includ nice couches and is located infront of the view. Location is awesome. Best hotel we have been so far in India
