1. Excellent location. 2. Clean rooms, nice view. 3. Good amenities in room. 4. SOHo: for me was the nicest restaurant in Kasol. Very nice food, excellent very helpful dining room staff for eg Mr Vicky, Mr Bhupinder etc. they are extremely kind and helpful. The food was good too. And the vibe of the place in fun, friendly, safe. 5. Staff at reception: Ms Ishika and Mr. Manish really were the stars of the place for me. Can’t thank them enough for the kindness and patience and all their help in booking a taxi, looking after my luggage, all sorts of support because i was a solo traveller. I will recommend highly and stay here during every visit to Kasol. Big thanks to the entire team 🙏🏼

Stayed at Royal Castle Hotel and had a wonderful experience. Our room offered one of the best views imaginable — majestic mountains on both sides, lush green tall trees, birds chirping, and a soothing natural atmosphere all around. Right in the middle of this scenic view, the beautiful Parvati River stream could be seen flowing, making the stay truly memorable. The hotel is conveniently located at the beginning of Kasol town on the main road, with markets, cafes, and other amenities within walking distance. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and hygienic, adding to the pleasant stay. A great choice for anyone looking to enjoy nature along with convenience in Kasol.

-Early check-in wasn't there although its off season. -Not much foods were available. Half of the menu was not available which was dissapointing. -Fruits were not good in breakfast, only watermelon available. No much options.

We went on 7th till 9th July and it is down time for hotels as most of the guests were gone till then but we went during that time so the staff was very lazy and didn't want to do anything and was giving excuses for not doing as we say even we only ordered dinner but that was also not good . It was just a day stay at Royal Castle but it turned into an amazing experience. Best ambience, best food and best service. One must visit Soho Bar.. Special mention Vicky who was an incharge of restaurant who personally took care of our food and made us absolutely comfortable at the place.

Honestly we did not li.ke anything much except for the little outdoor seating createdRooms were dull and dingy and the view was pathetic with lodge view striking more than the mountains. Breakfast chairs were uncomfortable and food was basic. We had to return one of the items as it was not good. While leaving we were accusingly asked if we consumed one of the chocolate which was embarassing. Reception staff needs to be more welcoming.

There was power cut and no power back up for the whole night which made very our stay very miserable. We requested the room service but they say it is the rule to not provide power back up from 12 to 8 in the morning. But it was not mentioned in booking.com.

On my first day, I booked the room through MakeMyTrip, and for the second day, I booked through Booking. com, where they offered me a great deal. It was a seamless experience both times, and the staff ensured everything went smoothly. The SOHO Kasol Cafe was the highlight of my visit. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The evenings were made even better with live music performances, creating a vibrant and relaxing atmosphere. Parking below hotel is nightmare for big cars, Staff does not help in parking cars effectively. Water is too expensive. 5 times the cost for a regular mineral water bottle. Staff had issues checking kids in (though they were mentioned in booking). Overall not worth it.

I shifted rooms after 1 night because of too much light coming in uncovered windows at night in initial corner room. WIFI a bit patchy. Roads very overcrowded with tourists in peak holiday season.
