Bed and Breakfast Ichnos vs Similar Hotels

Several guests note rooms and bathrooms are somewhat outdated, with specific issues (broken AC flap blowing on bed, balkony door movement, shower head problems) — comfortable and spacious but in need of modernization/repairs.

Multiple reviews note the hotel is clean and well maintained; guests praise room cleanliness and housekeeping, with no major cleanliness complaints.

Location is repeatedly praised (minutes from beach/port, central, excellent views); outstanding proximity to beach and local restaurants is a consistent positive.

Staff repeatedly described as very kind, friendly and attentive (owner/manager highlighted); a few mentions of disorganised check-in reduce this slightly but overall service sentiment is positive.

Food receives mixed feedback: an excellent outdoor restaurant and several good breakfast mentions, but others report poor coffee and limited breakfast selection/quality at times.

Mixed amenities: helpful features (elevator, shared freezer) and a good outdoor restaurant noted, but lack of private parking and some broken fittings lower the score.

Value is mixed: some guests find it good quality/price, others complain about the cost (example: €110/night) vs. average breakfast quality and extra breakfast charges, producing a below-target sentiment.
