Personnel agréable et parfois bilingue italien/francais. Pression de l’eau dans la salle de bain parfaite ! Climatisation efficace et agréable en ces fortes à chaleurs. Ménage très correct et fait tous les jours.

Muy buena atención del joven que atendía en recepción, no así de su superior quien también se encontraba a cargo del restaurant, quien nos hizo sentir muy incómodos tanto en el hotel como en el restaurante al cual recomiendo no ir, pues la atención, servicios y calidad es muy mala para lo que cuesta. On arrival, the check-in process felt quite disorganised and the staff seemed unsure where our room key was. There was also unclear communication about breakfast. At check-in, we were told what time breakfast was served, so naturally we assumed it was included with our booking. At no point were we told that breakfast came at an additional cost. We only found out afterwards that it was an additional €15 charge per person, per day. It would have been appreciated if this had been explained clearly at check-in so we could decide whether we wanted it. Considering the cost, we also felt the breakfast selection was fairly average and didn’t offer great value for that price. Other hotels often make this clear at the start of the stay, so this lack of clarity here was very misleading and disappointing. With better organisation and more communication, our stay would have been much more enjoyable.

Die Ausstattung bzw das Preis Leistungsverhältnis, die Balkontür ist bei starken Wind (verschlossen) teils nach innen gedrückt worden. Die Armatur zur Bedienung der Verdunklung war kaputt (mir wurde beim zeigen des Zimmers gesagt, dass es morgen repariert wird aber das wurde den letzten Gästen bestimmt auch schon gesagt. Und die Klappe der AC ist kaputt und über dem Bett, so kommt die kalte Luft direkt ins Gesicht. Ich musste diese mit etwas Klebeband fixieren (Verschluss von der Tabakpackung) Die Qualität des Frühstücks war ziemlich schlechter Durchschnitt für 110€ pro Nacht. Brot vom Vortag, wenig Auswahl an Wurst oder Käse. Am schlimmsten war die Kaffeemaschine, grausam. Bei nachfragen wurde mir ein richtiger Kaffee mit der richtigen Kaffeemaschine gemacht aber das war nur einmalig. Da man den Aufwand nicht noch bei anderen Gästen machen wollte, wurde mir am nächsten Morgen der Latte Macchiato verweigert. Ich hätte für den richtigen Kaffee bezahlt aber nach der 2 Nachfrage habe ich mir den Kaffee woanders geholt.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Centralissima, pulita e confortevole. Vicina al porto, se prenotate l’escursione nel golfo di Orosei e dovete essere al porto alle 8 del mattino, in 5 minuti a piedi siete sul posto.
Non c’è un parcheggio privato. A me è andata bene che ho trovato libero uno stallo bianco di fianco all’hotel e ho lasciato la macchina parcheggiata lì tutta la durata del mio soggiorno.

The room had an AMAZING view (attached pictures) as well as daily room service and good working AC. I would come back to Sardegna just for the hotel. BEST HOTEL IN CALA GONONE.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026It is not a hyper-fancy or uptight place, but a lovely, laid-back hotel with down-to-earth and incredibly helpful staff — yet with a sea view that outperforms even the most elite five-star hotels. We were so glad that we booked 2 nights here during our Sardinia road trip. To show just how helpful the staff is: they even lent us a cooler bag with ice packs for our all-day boat trip, which was incredibly practical to keep our snacks and drinks ice-cold! The girl at the reception who checked us in late in the evening on the 19th was super sweet and lovely — she even grabbed my bag and started carrying it up to our room! We are very grateful for her warm welcome and genuine friendliness. Huge thanks also to the hotel manager, who gave us a room upgrade with a sea view for a symbolic fee to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We will be forever grateful for this and would definitely like to return on our next trip to Sardinia. The location is top-notch, just 2 minutes away from the harbor where our boat tour departed, and very close to the best restaurants and artisan shops. Our only regret is that we didn't end up trying the hotel's grill selection for dinner, even though it smelled absolutely divine! :)
Finding a parking spot on the evening of our arrival around 10 PM was quite challenging. However, after circling around for a bit, we managed to find a free spot in a nearby small street.Also, due to the central location, it can get quite noisy. On our first night, people were partying at the neighboring bar until dawn. On the second night around 5 AM, a group of tipsy Italian guys woke us up revving their car engines after a night out, though we managed to fall back asleep. If you are sensitive to noise, you can simply close the balcony doors and windows, so it didn't bother us too much.n the evening of our arrival around 10 PM was quite challenging. However, after circling around for a bit, we managed to find a free spot in a nearby small street.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Die Lage am Meer ist unschlagbar und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt ein kleines Frühstücksbuffet und auch frisch gemachte Eier. Das Hotel hat noch eine ältere Ausstattung, aber es ist sauber und hat im Zimmer alles was man braucht.
Der Föhn im Zimmer könnte mal ausgetauscht werden, aber das ist jammern auf Hohem Niveau.

Jeg var der i 3 nætter, jeg kunne ikke sove i 2 nætter, meget støj, når det blæser, larmer vindue. Det er ligesom det bliver bæst væk. Der er meget støj i hotellets bygning, jeg kunne godt høre alt der foregik ud på gaden,på hotelets gang men også alt andet kunne jeg godt høre. Jeg spist aftensmad kun en gang, det skulle være grilled ribeye,grilled grøntsager . Jeg vil sige at det var en af det mest smagesløst mad jeg nogensinde har smagt,ingen salt eller peber og meget kedeligt mad til 33 euro

De dagelijkse schoonmaak en schone handdoeken, de service bij het ontbijt en altijd keuze aan taarten en vers fruit. Al het personeel is echt heel aardig! Supermarkt en restaurantjes, de haven, alles is om de hoek. Er is veel leuks te doen in de buurt!

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025Posizione ottima vicino al porto. Ideale per chi ha prenotato gli imbarchi o deve noleggiare il gommone. Personale molto gentile e disponibile: avevamo un appuntamento al porto molto presto e ci hanno consentito di fare colazione prima dell'orario previsto.
La struttura è piuttosto datata. Gli arredi delle camere sembrano risalire agli anni ’70/’80 e lo stesso vale per gli impianti dell’aria condizionata: funzionanti, ma molto vecchi. Considerata la posizione centrale e il prezzo piuttosto elevato, ci si aspetterebbe un rinnovo dell’hotel.

Reviewed Sep 20, 2025Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente negativa. O prédio é muito velho, caindo aos pedaços, e o café da manhã é fraquíssimo. Achei um absurdo a recepção ficar fechada entre 14h e 17h — precisei ficar literalmente na rua sem qualquer apoio. Tudo isso começou porque fiz uma reserva em outro hotel da mesma rede (Costa Brava), e só ao chegar descobri que não tinha vaga, apesar de já ter pago. A gerente não só não me ajudou, como me tratou mal e se recusou a transferir minha reserva para este hotel, mesmo sendo da mesma rede. Acabei pagando novamente e, para piorar, encontrei a mesma gerente que havia me tratado tão mal. Resultado: fui muito mal atendido, sem assistência, e acabei em um hotel horrível, antigo, desconfortável e sem condições mínimas para o valor cobrado. Não recomendo de forma alguma. Ahhhh o wi- fi não funciona e ao reclamar apenas me disseram que não tinha nada pra fazer

El aire acondicionado funciona genial y es muy silencioso en modo noche. La ubicación es estupenda y cerca hay un aparcamiento gratuito
El baño es un poco justo de tamaño y falta presión de agua en la ducha
