Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Très bien situé, avec une belle vue depuis la terrasse sur la place de Kasbah. Cependant, l’hôtel est ancien et nécessite des travaux. La chambre manquait notamment d’éclairage, et la terrasse était mal aménagée et peu entretenue. Avec quelques rénovations et un meilleur aménagement, cet hôtel pourrait être vraiment agréable.
Chambre ancienne, petites fenêtres et mauvaise aération. Pas d’éclairage dans la chambre et beaucoup de bruit à cause de l’emplacement. La terrasse est mal aménagée. Enfin, le prix est un peu élevé par rapport à la qualité.

Avevo pagato per una camera più grande con aria condizionata e mi hanno dato senza aria poi hanno rimediato con una stanza più piccola ma alla fine andata bene per quanto riguarda la pulizia pecca un pochino .. comunque va bene..lo consiglio

Reviewed May 20, 2026Camera piccola ma accogliente e molto pulita. Buona colazione inclusa nel mio pacchetto. Posizione ottimale. Nella medina ma proprio all'inizio. Facile da trovare e a 200 MT da un parcheggio a pagamento.
Essendo sopra ad una attività si sentiva un pochino odore di fritti..Ma è stato solo per poco. Essendo la camera molto piccola non c'è una sedia ne un piccolo armadio.

La limpieza es mejorable y las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas. Alguna es completamente interior y sin aire acondicionado, a tener en cuenta en verano, aunque en la época en la que fuimos la temperatura era perfecta.

Alles wurde so liebevoll serviert und ich wurde mehrfach gefragt ob ich noch Sonderwünsche habe. Das gesamte Personal ist so mega lieb und zuvorkommend.! Das Bett war sehr neu, sehr bequem . Obwohl das Hotel direkt am hauptplatz von Chefchauen liegt, war in der Nacht nichts zu hören. Gute heiße Dusche .Wunderschöne Innenausstattung , alles sehr sauber , alles sehr blau! Ich empfehle dieses Hotel WÄRMSTENS!!
Eventuell könnte man einen Hacken in der Dusche anbringen um ein zweites Handtuch aufzuhängen. Dieses Hotel ist aber eigentlich perfekt!!

There is NO street parking, this place looks over the main plaza, if you drive yourself to Chefchaouen expect to park elsewhere. We parked on a side street in a parking garage. Do not expect to park easily.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026The hotel is very well located, just near the Alcazaba square. There are plenty of restaurants around and it is always easy to come back when visiting the city. Breakfast was very good and morning staff was very kind and helpful
The room was freezing cold. Not what you expect in a hotel to be comfortable. There is a heating machine but it doesn't work. We were given blankets but it's cold anyway and stay in the room it is not pleasant at all. There was no way to dry the towels because of the cold and humidity. We tried to explain it to the night receptionist and the answer he gave us, while playing videogames and smoking with other people, and answering in a very rude and unpolite way, was that was our fault because we booked a room without heating and we were not understanding it. It took a very while to explain to the night receptionist that there is not a clear way to know that there is no heating and it should be written in booking. Aside from that, the toilet wasn't totally clean and the the shower phone wasn't working properly as it was falling down all the time. Matress were really hard, we didn't sleep very well... Definetely not the experience you want to have when visiting Chefchauen
