Cuando nos cambiaron de habitación y nos empezaron a tratar bien

El trato de una recepcionista. El primer día dormimos en una habitación con el baño roto, dos enchufes sin funcionar y no tenían intención ni de cambiarnos ni de enviar a alguien para que arregle.

Posizione perfetta, vicino al centro ma in una stradina non trafficata con molti parcheggi. C'è un terrazzo comune con vista sulle montagne dove poter mangiare o rilassarsi e un minimarket di fianco che ha tutto il necessario. Alle spalle una comoda strada che porta a Ras El Ma e alla moschea Spagnola. L'appartamento è spazioso e ha tutto ciò che serve, il personale è cordiale e sempre disponibile.

Non sono critiche ma consigli per l'host: - La porta della camera matrimoniale non si chiude, un problema per le coppie con figli :) - La serratura del bagno ha bisogno di essere lubrificata, se un bambino si chiude dentro a chiave potrebbe restare bloccato. - La seconda camera che l'host ci ha gentilmente messo a disposizione per un ulteriore giorno è priva di porta asciugamani, attaccapanni e bastone per i panni nell'armadio.

Que le faltaba mucho mantenimiento. No iba la cadena del Walter, no funcionaba algún enchufe, tenias que pedir las toallas y el mando de la tele( no lo daban al llegar) no limpiaron la habitación......

Everything was clean and the staff are super friendly

Es ist ein wirklich wunderschönes Hotel. Sie werden sich wohlfühlen; die Aussicht vom Balkon ist fantastisch, es ist friedlich, ruhig und elegant. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier wärmstens empfehlen.

Ich habe darüber nachgedacht, konnte aber nicht herausfinden, was mir nicht gefiel; alles war wunderbar.

Jai aimé l’accessibilité des lieux. Le logement est à proximité des endroits les plus fréquentés et de plusieurs restos. Donc vous aurez tout ce dont vous avez besoin tout proche. Le personnel était très gentil, les réceptionnistes, merci à eux. L’hôte Abdelhamid aussi, très joyeux et était aux petits soins, un grand merci à lui pour son service et son petit dej exquis.

Ils auraient pu mettre une serpillière de sol dans les toilettes pour éviter de mouiller la chambre après la douche.

Super smo spali, postelja je bila zelo udobna, klima pa je odlično delovala, tako da nam v vročini ni bilo nič težko. Plačljivi zajtrk je bil obilen in okusen — lepo popestritev za začetek dneva. Nastanitev priporočava.

Težko parkiranje, saj sva prišla v poznih večernih urah, ko so bile vse ulice polne prometa. S tem povezane težave z dostavo kovčkov do hotela. Soba je bila majhna, tako da nisva imela prostora za najina kovčka. Soba ni imela rolet ali zaves, da bi si jo lahko zatemnila.

Es un alojamiento muy cómodo, bonito y bien ubicado. Se debe tener cuidado al salir en las noches porque las calles con oscuras y con hombres rondando

Nos salió un animal de las sábanas, estábamos ubicados en las escalas y toda la noche se escuchó las personas pasar

Ho apprezzato la posizione della struttura, subito fuori la medina, con una bella vista sulla montagna. La stanza era grande, silenziosa e tranquilla. Buona colazione servita nella terrazza, con personale cordiale e disponibile.

In bagno avevo una rottura che ha comportato allagamento per una giornata intera, senza aggiornamento sui tempi di soluzione. Il personale alla reception non ha saputo assistermi nella prenotazione di escursioni e taxi

Esta fuera de la medina pero a 2 min andando, es decir, como si estuviera dentro. Todos los trabajadores muy amables y serviciales. La habitación perfecta, con balcon (aunque sin vistas) y aire acondicionado. Los baños un poco pequeños pero limpios y funcionales. Ademas dispone de una cocina por sinkieres cocinar tu mismo y nevera por si quieres guardar agua fresca o alguna otra cosa. La terraza tiene unas preciosas vistas, para desayunar un lugar perfecto

Estaría bien alguna toalla de mas para cuando sales de la ducha y que tengan champu.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was great. Would 100% recommend.

The staff members we encountered were all very kind, helpful and welcoming. The location was excellent as it was quiet yet just around the corner from the main town. In addition, there was a restaurant literally downstairs next door, overlooking the river, where you could have a lovely meal and also buy alcohol at a reasonable price. The apartment was spacious and having the balcony was appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared each morning.

We were very disappointed with the kitchenette which was nothing more than a sink, electric kettle and a fridge. We had expected to find as a bare minimum cups, plates and cutlery and there was certainly plenty of available cupboard space in which to store them. Perhaps this is something that could be improved upon for future guests.

The location, view, service of the staff was amazing and very friendly. Breakfast was great. The accommodation was well stocked, clean and comfortable, and also in a great location to immerse yourself in Chefchaouen fully.

El baño de la habitación 5 olía mucho a cañería o aguas negras.

L’établissement est très agréable, calme, proche de tout, les filles du personnel sont très accueillante, Hamid est juste d’une gentillesse. C’est un must have cet endroit vous devez le visiter.

Do pequeno almoço e da simpatia de todos os funcionários que nos acompanharam. Parque de estacionamento para as motos no próprio alojamento. Muito bom e seguro.

Très bon emplacement, juste à côté de l’ancienne médina et de Sahat Outa El Hammam. Le personnel est adorable, les deux filles comme le monsieur, toujours souriants et prêts à aider. On s’est senti très bien accueillis.

Le rapport qualité-prix de cet hébergement est très décevant. Une forte odeur d'égouts persistait dans les toilettes. J'ai demandé une télécommande, j'en ai essayé cinq différentes, mais aucune ne marchait

Lovely property right next to my favorite restaurant in Chefchaouen! Access on two different levels and the room was fantastic! Lovely view with the river sounds giving a relaxing vibe! Loved it!

The location was fantastic, the balcony was the best part of the room! Amazing views! Staff were exceptional. Friendly, helpful. Helped us find a laundromat and provided everything we needed. Pleasant. Loved the location, and Triana restaurant was right by with excellent food, live music and wine selection.

The ONLY reasons I can't give 10 rating are because the bed was so incredibly hard and uncomfortable that I did not sleep much at all, and the bathroom bidet leaked and the shower did not drain so too much standing water made it feel unpleasant in the bathroom.

Hemos tenido una experiencia muy buena en este alojamiento. Desde el primer momento, la atención fue excelente, siempre amables Oumaima y  Hamid atentos a cualquier necesidad. El lugar estaba muy limpio y cuidado, lo cual se agradece mucho cuando viajas en grupo. Los desayunos fueron otro punto fuerte: comida deliciosa, abundante y con mucho sabor local. Sin duda, un placer para todos. Viajábamos 4 adultos y 5 niños, y el alojamiento resultó perfecto para todos. Es un sitio muy recomendable para familias, ya que ofrece comodidad y un ambiente agradable para grandes y pequeños. Sin duda, es un lugar para repetir. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

La ubicación. Muy cerca de todo. La recepcionista Bouthaina súper atenta y agradable (nos ofreció té varias veces, nos recomendó zonas para visitar, muy pendiente de si necesitábamos algo). Es la mejor.

El desayuno era caro (40dh por persona, fuera hay desayunos completos por 25dh).

El desayuno ha sido espectacular aunque se paga a parte (40 MAD/per) y con una terraza y unas vistas preciosas. La cama muy cómoda pero la habitación algo fria, nos apañamos con unas mantas. Relacion calidad-precio muy buena, con una ubicación buenisima y un personal muy amable.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable right away. The check-in process was smooth and very fast, which we really appreciated. The terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The apartment was clean, and very basic but everything you need. the rooftop was beautiful :) the breakfast was very good, and everyone was very kind and welcoming! Thank you abdelhamid for the delicious breakfast 🍳

Los miembros del personal son muy muy amables y educados y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar. Los apartamentos están maravillosamente ubicados en el centro y con vistas a la cascada. Maravilloso! Todo muy limpio, lo cual es de agradecer y de reconocer. Les doy un 9 y no un 10 porque hay alguna pequeña cosa por mejorar, como el wifi o tener una neverita pequeña para las cosas frías. Por lo demás, todo es estupendo. Muy recomendable. Si tuviera que volver a elegir los elegiría a ellos sin dudarlo. La relación calidad-precio perfectamente ajustada.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Boutaina et Hamid avec la joie et la bonne humeur, des notre arrivée on a senti le mood calme et no stress de la maison, le service est impeccable et ils nous ont bien conseillé sur les monuments à visiter. Je recommande cet établissement pour tout le monde

No me gustó nada

La habitación estaba sucia, en 7 días, sólo limpiaron una vez. El personal no hablaba español y ni se molestaban en hacerse entender. Cuándo necesitaba algo, usaba el translate pero las chicas me respondían en francés

Las personas que manejan el hotel son encantadoras, atentas en todo momento. El hotel está super bien ubicado. Ideal si tenes maletas ya que el taxi te puede dejar en la puerta y a su vez estás a solo pasos de la Medina. Las instalaciones super limpias. Nos tocaron dos días de lluvia y como la habitacion es algo pequeña aprovechamos de las vistas bajo techo de la terraza El desayuno se paga extra pero es rico y abundante.

Just outside the Medina but only a short walk away. Easy access to Ras El Ma and the Bouzafer Mosque. The politeness of the gentleman staff member and the lovely young lady was unforgettable.
