Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt, umgeben von Restaurants, kleinen inhabergeführten Geschäften, wenige Meter vom Gardasee entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr ansprechend und ließ kaum Wünsche offen.
Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht ausstellen und blies unentwegt die ganze Nacht kalte Luft. Dies war sehr ungenehm.

Die Batterien von der TV-Fernbedienung waren leer. Der Badheizkörper hatte starke Rostflecke.

La chambre est un peu petite, mais cela reste un inconvénient mineur compte tenu de l’emplacement exceptionnel de l’hôtel en plein cœur de Riva del Garda.

De parkeerplaats (betalend) ligt 500m verder. Je kan de valiezen (uit-) laden voor het hotel als er geen markt is. Piepkleine douche

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, es wurde immer alles frisch aufgefüllt und die Auswahl war reichlich. Die Lage war zentral gelegen in Riva del Garda. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt.
Das 10 qm Zimmern war unserer Meinung nach für 154 Euro die Nacht viel zu teuer. Die Betten waren unbequem und es gab kaum Möglichkeiten seinen Koffer abzulegen/ Sachen aufzuhängen etc. Zudem war lediglich ein Stuhl vorhanden, was ein Zusammensitzen zu zweit unmöglich machte. In der Beschreibung wurde ein Parkplatz angeboten. Vor Ort wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass lediglich für eine Nacht ein Parkplatz in dem 500m entfernten Parkhaus für 10 Euro die Nacht zur Verfügung stehen würde. Für die anderen Nächte sei alles ausgebucht, sodass wir uns eigenständig um einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz kümmern mussten. Dies könnte etwas transparenter in der Beschreibung dargestellt werden.

Colazione top , “ poche “ cose ma molto variata , dal salato al dolce , diversi tipi di latte , frutta fresca , pancake (squisiti) . Cereali, granola a volontà! Per non parlare delle colazioni fatte al bar ( che purtroppo non abbiamo provato ) ma invitanti , torneremo sicuramente !

Und was Ausflüge betrifft wurde man auch perfekt beraten. Einfach super Und auch das Frühstücksbuffet war genial reichhaltig tolle Auswahl mit regionalen Produkten und hausgemachten Kuchen. Reviewed May 27, 2026Ich habe die Unterkunft schon zum zweiten Mal innerhalb der letzten 3 Jahre ausgewählt. Beide Male mit dem Fahrrad. Ein abschließbarer Fahrradraum ist vorhanden. Fahrstuhl. Die Zimmer haben alles, was man braucht. Frühstück ist gut. Die Lage ist besonders gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Frühstückszeiten könnten schon um 7.00 Uhr beginnen. Ansonsten ist alles gut.

Pulizia della stanza da rivedere, in molti punti c'erano accumuli polvere (vassoio all'ingresso con bollitore e tazze con velo di polvere sopra, comodini, ecc). Peccato!

Buffet wurde nicht nachgefüllt Wände sind sehr dünn. Nachbarn waren zu hören bei normaler Gesprächslautstärke.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026- Sehr zentrale Lage, es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen - freundliches, herzliches Personal, durften nach Verfügbarkeit bereits vormittags ins Hotelzimmer einchecken - ausreichendes, frisches Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Auswahl, stets alles vorrätig - Zimmerausstattung völlig ausreichend für einen Städtetrip, es war stets alles sauber und hygienisch
- Für uns persönlich waren die Betten/Matratzen zu hart. Das ist aber nur unsere persönliche Empfindung - Etwas hellhörig im ganzen Gebäude

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026Os pontos fortes desse hotel são o atendimento incrível e a localização. Ao que parece foi todo reformado e tem um charme todo especial. O quarto era espaçoso e o banheiro bom, o único porém é o tamanho do box (minúsculo), mas isso é um problema que vivenciamos em praticamente todos os hoteis da Itália, mas que em nada prejudica a qualidade do hotel. O café da manhã é gostoso! Foi uma experiência gostosa e essa cidade tem um charme que meu deixou encantada! Voltaria, com certeza!

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Freundlichkeit und Professionalität des Personals. Wirklich sehr zuvorkommend. Top war auch das Frühstücksbuffet: keine Massenware sondern wirklich frische, saisonale Produkte, vieles davon hausgemacht und mit freundlicher Bedienung. Wir möchten wiederkommen!
Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war nicht grandios aber die haben wir auch nicht erwartet. Ansonsten einfach nur top und so dass man gerne wiederkommt.
