التكيف السنترال سيء بكل ماتعنيه الكلمه غرفه رقم 212، اول ليله مانمت من الحر ثاني يوم طلبت تغيير الغرفه وحطوا لي اعذار لكن نشبت لهم وقعدت باللوبي مقابل كاونتر الريسيبشن لين شافوني صامل وبدلوها بغرفه تكييفها وحده المستطيل كان جداً بارد مخليه شغال 24 ساعه والغرفه باردة، حطيت لكم صوره تكيف الوحده للي مايعرفه هذا جداً ممتاز اذا كان بالغرفة.

Fantastic view and friendly staff and the breakfast was so good also they have garage to park your car near 200 m 10€ per day and it’s worth it safe and big garage , again thanks for the staff they are very polite

To już kolejny pobyt w Hotelu Centrale i zapewne nie ostatni. Pokoje odnowione i czyste, codziennie sprzątane, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, dobre śniadania no i przede wszystkim idealna lokalizacja !

La posizione centralissima e la possibilità di arrivare in macchina per scaricare. La gentilezza dello staff. L'ottima colazione e la possibilità di cenare al ristorante con il 10% di sconto. Camera con finestre insonorizzate. Vista lago molto bella.

La camera un po' piccola.. doveva essere una tripla, in realtà il terzo letto era una poltrona che diventava letto..quindi non comodissima. Ho trovato asciugamani sporchi.

The Location.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The location is excellent, but that was sadly the main positive aspect of our stay. One of the biggest frustrations was that we were never informed at reception about the Trentino/Garda guest card, which would have given us free or discounted access to several attractions in the area. We only found out about it because ChatGPT mentioned it while we were looking for things to do. When we eventually asked reception about the card ourselves, the lady working there in the mornings (with brown/grey curly hair) was rather passive-aggressive and dismissive. Unfortunately, this wasn’t an isolated interaction – we found her manner unfriendly and snippy on several occasions throughout our stay. We never felt particularly welcome when approaching reception with a question. Breakfast offered a good variety, but the quality was disappointing. Of the cold meats, the mortadella and prosciutto were really the only ones we enjoyed. The salami repeatedly seemed as though it had been sitting out for too long, with visibly dried and hardened edges. The coffee was also very unpleasant and tasted stale and old. The room itself was very basic in terms of amenities: no complimentary water, no coffee or tea, and no snacks whatsoever. Housekeeping normally didn’t reach our room until after 12:00. Ironically, on our final morning, after we had asked whether it would be possible to check out just one hour later (at 11:00), housekeeping suddenly arrived wanting to clean the room at around 10:00. Overall, the hotel benefits enormously from its location, but customer service and attention to guests need significant improvement. Being proactively informed about benefits available to hotel guests and being treated in a friendly and welcoming manner at reception should be basic expectations in hospitality.

E’ la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel , la posizione è bellissima, la vista idem e le stanze molto belle e pulite.

Mi spiace dare una recensione negativa per il ristorante che ho provato per la prima volta a pranzo: accoglienza zero tipo il cameriere che ti butta letteralmente i menu sul tavolo, pasta incollata e insalata mista con dentro pezzi marci, a fine pranzo nemmeno ci hanno chiesto se volessimo un caffè, ignorati totalmente. Io non sono una persona esigente, mi adeguo e non sono schizzinosa ma ecco qui mi dispiace scrivere ciò ma avrei sorvolato se ci fosse stata gentilezza. Anche io faccio un lavoro difficile ma lo faccio, vorrei dire ai camerieri e cameriere che forse non è il lavoro giusto se ti danno fastidio le persone.

Ottima la posizione, struttura dotata anche di parcheggio comodo. Letto molto confortevole. Buona anche la colazione.

It is really close to the lake and beautiful city. There stuff and services were really good and we were really comfortable there. Their breakfast was simple and yummy and have varities. It was clean food and environment was top notch.

Posizione centralissima (piazza principale di Riva Del Garba con affaccio sul lago) con parcheggio a pagamento disponibile a 10 minuti a piedi. Il parcheggio costa 10 euro al giorno. La camera era molto pulita, eccetto delle piccole ragnatele che pendevano dal soffitto, che personalmente non mi hanno dato troppo fastidio. La colazione era varia e molto buona! Consiglio sicuramente questo hotel per un breve soggiorno.

Nonostante fosse abbastanza comodo, in camera non avevamo un vero e proprio letto, ma due reti singole accostate di altezze leggermente diverse. Erano anche più basse della testata in similpelle affissa al muro. Abbiamo dormito bene, ma mi sarei aspettata un vero e proprio letto. Le pulizie avvengono ogni giorno e sono molto precise, ma avevo lasciato un campione di prodotto (mio personale, non dell'hotel) che non era ancora finito in bagno ed è stato buttato via. Il personale dell'hotel è molto cortese ma, per lo meno quello con cui mi sono interfacciata io, non dice niente di più dello stretto necessario. Mi ha fatto lo scontrino del parcheggio senza dirmi a quanto ammontava il costo. Era possibile fare colazione all'aperto e lo abbiamo scoperto solo una volta che siamo venuti via, non ci è stata comunicata l'ora del check out, ecc. Ripeto, gentili ed educati, ma poco loquaci.

I liked everything in this hotel and also I like the staff who were very friendly and helpful. And I recommend staying at this hotel - they helped with my reservation cause my flight was delayed 4 days and I contacted them and they understood and changed the reservation for free 🙏🏻

Hotel centralissimo, ben ristrutturato e manotenuto. Camera delle giuste dimensioni con affaccio sul lago e la piazza centrale. Buona colazione buffet. Personale educato e preparato.

Il ristorante chiude molto presto la sera.

Praticamente tutto. Hotel situato al centro della piazza con una veduta del lago dalla camera incantevole, camera molto accogliente con un letto super comodo, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante. Pulizia eccellente, bagno super pulito con prodotti da bagno ottimi. Frigo in camera e cassetta di sicurezza. Tv bello grande e con vista di tutti i canali. Angolo relax con divanetti vista lago. Colazione più che sufficiente, tranne il lato dolci che lasciava a desiderare come assortimento di torte, in compenso tanta buona frutta. Possibilità di poter cenare al loro ristorante . Conviene prenotare il parcheggio in anticipo.. Noi inizialmente abbiamo parcheggiato al Parcheggio Monte Oro , ci sembrava quello più vicino. La tariffa era di €2 di giorno €1 di notte,praticamente €36 al giorno. Passeggiando dopo un paio d'ore ci siamo accorti che c'erano diversi comunali tra cui Parcheggio Villino Campi, nella zona spiaggia sabbioni. La tariffa era di €2 fino alle 22.00 dopo gratis fino alle ore 8.00, complessivamente con un costo di € 28, abb7amp così fatto xambio parcheggio, nell'attesa che si liberasse quello del hotel al costo di € 10 al giorno.

La cucina della cena non è stata molto di mio gradimento, ma semplicemente per una questione di gusti personali e di modo di cucinare. Inoltre a differenza delle camere che ritengo impeccabili nel servizio colazione mi ha colpito negativamente il fatto che i tavoli non fossero apparecchiati con una tovaglia tradizionale, ma con una tovaglia di carta. Ho inoltre notato che, quando gli ospiti si alzavano, il personale si limitava a rimuovere rapidamente le briciole, spesso facendole cadere a terra, per poi girare la stessa tovaglia e riutilizzarla per gli ospiti successivi. Ritengo che questa modalità, oltre a non essere particolarmente curata dal punto di vista estetico, non sia adeguata sotto il profilo dell'igiene. Sarebbe preferibile sostituire la tovaglia ad ogni nuovo ospite, garantendo così una maggiore pulizia e attenzione al servizio.

Tuvimos que pedir un desayuno para llevar al partir miy temprano antes del comienzo del servicio de desayuno, y nos prepararon un gran desayuno para llevar. Tienen plaza de parking cerca del hotel.

Gorąco. Klimatyzacja nie wyrabiała. Była ustawiona centralnie na 26, a czasami 27 stopni. Pani na recepcji powiedziała, że nie ma możliwości zmiany, bo jest gorąco. Inne hotele jakoś sobie z tym radzą. Brak drugiego kompletu kluczy, a byliśmy w 3 osoby i trzeba było biegać z jednym. Pani na recepcji powiedziała, że nie ma możliwości dostać drugi komplet kluczy.

Posizione centrale, camera pulita, moderna e spaziosa. Colazione molto buona sia dolce che salata. Staff cordiale, parcheggio a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel, meglio prenotare un posto auto prima.

Location. Location. Location. Had a great view from our balcony overlooking both Garda harbour and the piazza. Proper relaxing atmosphere in the area with numerous gelato shops and pizzerias. Also the resto below makes good pizzas. Complimentary breakfast.

Breakfast menu could probably do with a bit more range.

Hotel would not set air conditioning below 27 C or 82 f Room was warm and uncomfortable. We asked them several times to change the setting and after several days of requests the finally brought a fan which worked but had a stand that was broken.

The location is excellent. The restaurant has really good food.

The elevator is a little quirky. Sometimes slow.

Great location in the middle of the action but the room was quiet from all the festivities at night, which was great.

The air conditioning didn't allow the temperature to get below 27C. It was too hot trying to sleep so sleep wasn't good.

Very good location, parking nearby, breakfast with a beautiful lake view, very comfortable beds, and the room was cleaned well every day.

The room had only a small window, so it became dark quite quickly. The air conditioning barely worked, and the room stayed at around 27°C despite our attempts to cool it down. There were no shelves or drawers to unpack our clothes from the suitcase. There were also ants in the bathroom. However, after we reported the issue, the hotel staff responded quickly and treated the problem with ant killer.

Es war genau richtig für uns! Netter Empfang.. schönes Zimmer mit Ausblick. Das Essen war gut.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Schöne Aussicht auf den kleinen Hafen. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit wirklich guter Auswahl an Brötchen, Ei, Lachs, Wurst und Käse, Obst, Joghurt usw. Zimmer sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Kein Luxus aber ausreichend.
