Reviewed Jan 22, 2026Brilliant location in Kaiteriteri which was perfect for getting water taxis into the Abel Tasman to explore. Great communication from our host Nicki. The house was very well-equipped with very comfy beds. The outdoor seating area was great and very relaxing to sit out in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The top shelf in the kitchen was dusty, with some dead bugs and needing cleaned

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025Great apartment with all amenities. Kitchen was well stocked including a dishwasher. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good location close to the beach and Abel Tasman National Park. Smooth check in with clear inspections.
The noise from the adjacent house/unit carries a lot. The neighbors weren't loud at all but we could still hesr everything from what sounded like the kitchen

Reviewed Dec 8, 2024Fantastic space inside and out with a great location. The hosts really have thought of everything one could possibly need and it is exceptionally well equipped. They eve provide easy to carry chairs for the beach. Easy walk to beach and local (smallish) supermarket and restaurants.
Absolutely nothing could be improved on. Truly an exceptional property to stay at.

Reviewed Oct 12, 2024Lovely modern place. Comfortable beds. Everything clean and neat. Washing machine and dryer. Good deck area. Good location, just a 20 min walk to the beach. Very close to the bike park, less than a 5 mins ride. A couple of restaurants just up the road. Good communication with the owners.
No oven, just a hob. You can hear noise from the adjoining house.

Soundproofing from host families adjacent property not very good. The family were not overly noisy but just day to day activity was audible at times.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2024Beautiful modern apartment, close to everything! Quiet, well equiped. Kitchen was great : we found everything we needed to cook like we were home Loved the Nespresso machine 😊 Enjoyed eating outside in our private backyard. Big plus : washing machine + dryer!
Beds were too soft for my taste. AC was a bit loud. Would have appreciated some toiletries in the bathroom.
