A little gem

The Tiny Home is a perfect spot to relax and unwind. It had all we wanted, though the stadder took a little getting used to! If you're tall, probably not the best place for you as the bedroom ceilings are low. The location is fantastic and the deck was a lovely spot for eating and relaxing.

Wonderful tiny house! Immaculate, brilliantly designed for excellent use of a small space, well equiped for cooking. Two bedrooms upstairs on a "stadder" (ladder/stairs) with doors that close, so it's good for privacy. Lots of light pouring in through big windows. Nestled in a lovely garden with a view of the estuary that is sparkling and gorgeous at hide tide. Walking distance to the beach and little "town" (cafe, restaurant, small grocery store, several boat/kayak companies). Great host. I'm telling all my friends about this. It was really special!

Everything! The location, the decor, the comfort, the space, great having a washing machine, beautiful gardens, lovely birdsong, pretty views over the inlet, walkability into Kaiteriteri.

Warm welcome. Excellent location. Quiet, scenic and within easy level walking distance of beach and shops /pub etc. Quirky accommodation, as advertised. 'Stadder' not a problem. Bedroom ceilings a little low, particularly with raised beds. Recommended.

Suitcases left downstairs. Space still OK for two of us.

This property was amazing! Heather was lovely and the home was perfect for our three night stay. Close to everything we wanted to explore.

This property is excellently located for the beach, but is in a beautiful quiet location. It's comfy, relaxing and well equipped. It was lovely seeing the Tikaokao wandering the grounds. Heather our host was very helpful and accommodating. We Would definitely stay here again, it's certainly worth making the trip over from the North Island

This is a beautiful, comfortable quiet place and the host has thoughtfully designed every aspect of the home. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. It’s an easy to walk to the beach. I highly recommend staying here.

We had good communication before we arrived. Tiny home can really be recommended with a lovely location and very nice host.

The house was very clean and had lovely views. The design was clever and surprisingly spacious in the downstairs area of living kitchen and bathroom.

The bedroom had a low ceiling and for some reason the bed was on a raised platform. It was difficult to get in and out of it.

We loved the experience of living in a big tiny house. The view and location was spot on with plenty to look out on. Very relaxing and clean.

Couldn't have chosen better spot for honeymoon stay in such an amazing part of the world! Heather was so helpful and luvly, awesome special touches, and the tiny home was just incredible. We are very much tiny house enthusiasts, and the facilities, location and everything about it were more than could have asked for. Perfect, relaxing location overlooking the estuary. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful little house, super spacious for a tiny home. Exceptional amenities.

Throughout our whole NZ trip, this was by far our favourite place to stay at. We loved it so much that we asked the owner where she bought this Tiny House. Absolutely FANTASTIC!

Wonderful aspect, great view and perfectly kitted out self contained house in an excellent location a short walk from Kaiteriteri beach.

So much to like. Only small improvement would be to get a more comfortable couch in the living area.

Great location for Abel Tasman and activities along the coast. Tiny House is so comfortable and well equipped we didn’t see the need to eat out. We enjoyed eating on the terrace looking out to the lagoon. Heather kindly gave us some passion fruit from the garden.

The location is perfect!!! The beach and the restaurants were all within walking distance. Our view from the home was spectacular and the setting was very quiet and serene! Our hostess could not have been more accommodating. We HIGHLY recommend this Tiny Home!

The barstools are too high and too big for the space. We kept tripping on them

Heather was a lovely host, from the homemade biscuits to local suggestions, she made our stay a special one. The house itself is perfect, clean and tidy with wonderful views. Thank you Heather, we hope to come back!

Great location with water taxi booking desks 10 minutes away, very clean and a very well equipped kitchen. A beautiful property overall. Heather was very helpful and easy to contact. Cannot fault our experience.

Wonderful few days. What a fantastic spot and the tiny house has everything we needed and more! Highly recommend staying here and it gave us such great base for an awesome family break

Great location and well equipped kitchen.

Heather and Gordon were amazing! Super welcoming and helpful. The home was so comfortable and and very clean. It is in an amazing location. They had beautiful gardens on the property with Weka and even heard a Ruru owl. Didn't want to leave and will definitely be coming back to stay :). Also, we loved their dog Maggie and wanted to take her home with us. Do not pass up the opportunity to stay in the gorgeous tiny (not so tiny) home!!!
