Blue Bay Studio Bayview

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a fantastic central location, with everything within easy walking distance. It was well equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. We especially loved enjoying our morning coffee and breakfast at the counter in front of the window while taking in the lovely view. The modern design and stylish feel of the place made it even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!

There wasn't much to dislike. The only small suggestion would be that the shower drain could use some attention, as the water didn't drain very well. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Le studio est très fonctionnel : cuisine correctement équipée, grand lit et bon matelas, beaucoup d'espace, 2 beaux fauteuils et de nombreux rangements, face à la mer la situation est exceptionnel. salle de bain avec belle douche et baignoire; le seul reproche est que le WC ne soit pas à part, un demi mur sans porte sépare salle de bain du reste. Place de parking devant le studio et solarium au dessus. Les propriétaires vivant à côté sont sympathiques et disponibles. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

les WC pourrait être placés différemment.

Tout !... L'agencement de l'appartement, le confort et l'équipement, la vue sur la mer, la terrasse et l'emplacement... Et la gentillesse des propriétaires. Nous reviendrons sûrement....

Open plan bathroom/ toilet

The kitchen was a bit messy. A cutting board left a nasty gooey residue on the cabinet. There were a handful of ants around, no power outlets in the bathroom, and no privacy in the bathroom.

a few minute drive to the town and other amenities can walk to the local beach and the view from the studio is magnificent

fridge was close to the sleeping area which affected our sleep on the first night

It was a great location with sea views. It felt safe and the accommodation was compact and had everything we needed.

- There was a leek in the roof, which made one wal totaly damp - There were traces of molt on nearly all window blindes. The whole apartment gets very humid, at least in winter when we were there.

The apartments layout fully met all requirements. The view was exceptional. The parking very suitable. Darren and the help excellent. With nice neighbours all within 6 minutes walk of Simons Town station should you not have access to a car. I would recommend the property to anyone wanting a great holiday.

The refuse could be collected the day before collection by the council.

Loved the view and location. Was so nice sitting there looking out towards Simons Town harbor. Everything was so nicely done up and clean.

No AC or big fan for warm days. No door or curtain to the toilet.

Everything was perfect, very neat, spacious and there was a sea breeze in the morning. . Wow sea view.

It was ok. We traveled the west coast all the way from Elandsbaai. This was not a good value for Money Property. There were no teaspoons, and even though we booked with kids, there were not even cups for all of us. The bathroom is open. Thus, when my husband went for a nr 2, we had to stand outside for 10 minutes. Truly disgusting. The location is nice and a good view.

Beautiful view. Lovely modern unit with all comforts of home. Great location for exploring We arrived during the Simon's Town fires. My husband and little one are asthma sufferers. The hosts were lovely and provided us with masks and some essentials oils to manage the smokes effects. We enjoyed our stay.

Would recommend adding an aircon or fan in the unit. We had to keep the windows closed so it was a bit hot in the unit.

Superb apartment let down by an open bathroom. Hearing and smelling toilet functions especially at night was a little gross as no fan or extractor or air conditioning.

The location and view were spectacular. The unit was clean and spacious. We loved it, traveled around CT for 12 days, and this was our favorite stay. 10/10
