Reviewed Apr 16, 2026

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026The experience was disappointing. The property changed the apartment location at the last minute on the day of check-in, which caused significant inconvenience and stress. I was not properly informed in advance, and I had to deal with the situation late in the night. Although an alternative was offered, this is not acceptable after confirming a booking. I hope the management improves communication and respects confirmed reservations in the future.
