Emaar Andalusia

We had a wonderful stay at Emaar Andalusia. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our visit. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable after a long day in Makkah. The location was very convenient for visiting Masjid al-Haram, which made our stay much easier, especially when travelling with family. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Makkah.

The AC can be set for super cold which is good in very hot weather. The cleaning boy, Muhammad Helal is very friendly and can manage to help me with the cleaning and restock the water and soap.

The hotel staff was cool. The cleaner on my floor was really nice and attentive. His is Abul Sayeed.

The shower was too snall. The breakfast options were not too well.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and all the necessary amenities were provided. The room had a pleasant atmosphere and was perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Specially the house keeping MOHAMMED HILAL he cleaned the Room every single day on time I was very satisfied with the room and the service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

The rooms were very small, with almost no space to put our luggage. The bathroom was extremely unpleasant, and there was a constant bad smell. The staff were helpful, hardworking, and well-intentioned. However, the breakfast selection was very limited and lacked variety.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders praktisch ist die Nähe zum Haram – zu Fuß sind es ungefähr 10 Minuten. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden und würde dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

The stay was pleasant overall, The only issue was that the windows were loose and made a noticeable noise whenever there was a little wind, which was somewhat annoying, especially at night.

We had a wonderful stay at Emar Andalusia Hotel in Makkah. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and considerate throughout our stay. From the manager, Amar Anas, to the duty manager, Saif, and our room attendant, Musharraf, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality really stood out. This is honestly one of the best hotels, with one of the best teams, we have experienced in years. We highly recommend Emar Andalusia and will definitely be coming back on our next visit to Makkah. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I really loved the Emaar Andalusia location. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to Gate 79 of Masjid Al Haram, which made going for prayers so easy and convenient. Special thanks to the receptionist ladies أثير عبدالله and حصه الشريف. They were very kind, helpful, and had open minds. Their service made our stay much more comfortable. I appreciated the location of Emaar Andalusia. It is only 10 minutes walking to Gate 79 of Masjid Al Haram, which was very convenient. However, I was not happy with room 1201. 1. The room was on the 12th floor, very hot, and had no windows so air was poor. 2. The room is right next to the cleaning staff room, and there was a lot of noise early in the morning when cleaning started. 3. The hotel only provides breakfast, no dinner option. This was very difficult for us as a family. I hope the hotel can improve room ventilation and noise issues, and consider dinner options for guests in future. أقدّر موقع فندق إعمار أندلسية. المسافة 10 دقائق مشي فقط إلى بوابة 79 في المسجد الحرام وكانت مريحة جداً. ولكن لم أكن راضية عن الغرفة 1201. 1. الغرفة في الدور 12 وكانت حارة جداً ولا يوجد بها نوافذ والتهوية ضعيفة. 2. الغرفة بجانب غرفة عمال النظافة وكان هناك إزعاج وضوضاء في الصباح الباكر عند بدء التنظيف. 3. الفندق يوفر الإفطار فقط ولا يوجد عشاء. كان هذا صعباً علينا كعائلة. شكر خاص للموظفات في الاستقبال: أثير عبدالله وحصة الشريف، كانوا لطيفات ومتعاونات جداً. أتمنى من الفندق تحسين التهوية وتقليل الضوضاء في الغرف، والنظر في توفير وجبة العشاء للنزلاء مستقبلاً.

التنبيه على الاخوه المعتمرين من الجاليه المصريه الحرص على عدم ازعاج المجاورين لهم بغرف الفندق وذلك بعدم التحدث على الهاتف بين الغرف ومن أراد التحدث على الهاتف ان يكون داخل الغرفه او تحت ف الاستقبال هناك مكان مناسب للجلوس وأخذ راحة المقيم .

A very small room. They have 3 bed in a room was very uncomfortable. Was unable to move around our luggage. Was unable to go to the last bed. I heard they have big room as well but they will give you according to your passport I guess. Broken shower. Not much facilities. Wasn't clean

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to Masjid al-Haram. It is only around an 8–10 minute walk, which made it very convenient, especially with children. I would also like to give special thanks to MD. Abu Saied from housekeeping. He was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. He made sure my children’s room was cleaned every day and regularly asked if they needed anything. His care and attention made our stay much more comfortable.He is a real credit to the hotel, and I truly appreciate everything he did for us. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and were very happy with the service and location. InshaAllah, we will definitely be returning!

The hotel is approximately a 10-minute walk from Masjid al-Haram, which is a very convenient distance. Everything else was exceptional—our room was clean, the air conditioning was remarkably efficient, and the elevators were impressively swift and dependable. The hotel staff provided outstanding service.

The restroom facilities require attention due to a noticeable odor. Additionally, during showering, water overflows from the shower tray, leading to a wet floor throughout the entire restroom. However, the overall experience was satisfactory.

Room had iron and stand which was good. Not to wait for room service. wiper in bathroom was rare to see as I am used to. Lot of restaurants down on the street.

The hotel was clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally supportive, professional, and friendly throughout our stay. We especially appreciate Hissa and Asma at the front desk for their warm welcome and excellent service. We would also like to thank Hanif and MD Mulla from the housekeeping and support team for their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. The duty managers was nice and helpful, specially the male ones.

The housekeeping was speaking very loud sometimes at the floor, so they disturbed people with families who were sleeping at for example 10 am.

What a wonderful stay! The hotel was incredibly clean and in a great Location. The staff was always so nice, welcoming, and helpful with any questions I had. Plus, the breakfast in the morning was delicious and a great way to start the day! Highly recommend.

The location was convenient and easy to access. However, the room was much smaller than expected for a family of four. There was very little space to move between the bed and the refrigerator, and the room did not have a proper sitting or dining area.

The room was extremely small and felt overcrowded for four guests. There was barely enough space to walk without bumping into the bed or the refrigerator. Based on my experience, the room quality and facilities did not meet the standard I expected from a 3-star hotel.

The location is good as it's within walking distance from Haram.

Washrooms are not clean and very bad lighting in washroom. Small beds are made for kids. Adults legs will hang outside. Washroom gets extremely slippery upon taking shower. Roaches in the washroom. Drainage system is clogged, water drains very slowly. Bed bugs in mattress. Plus there is very bad smell in the corridors upstairs, where the rooms are located. Overall will not recommend this hotel to westerners or anyone who cares about hygiene.

This is my 3rd time to stay here in the past 2 years so goes without saying that i like it here very much. Everything was excellent during our stay I personally believe that people are what matter the most, they can make or break a business so my favorite thing here is “THE STAFF” Everyone from the reception team to the housekeeping manager “Mr. Samir” goes above and beyond to help in any way to make our stay even more enjoyable. I got early check-in very smoothly without any fuss Rooms are always super clean, renovated and all amenities are great Location is perfect, it’s a 10 : 15 minutes walk to Haram gates depending on your pace of walking The entire hotel smells amazing and there are like 4 fast elevators so getting around even right before prayer is easily enough All in all, my experience with them has been smooth, enjoyable and exceeded my expectations in every possible way I keep recommending them over and over again to everyone i know

The staff were very good and the staff came all the way to our room to ask is everything was alright which I thought was very nice and like other hotel they will phone you and ask is everything alright. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Mecca. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made our stay relaxing after long days. The location is excellent—very close to the Haram, making it extremely convenient for prayers. A special thanks to Mr. Saif for his kindness and hospitality. He was very accommodating and graciously allowed us a late checkout at 5 PM, which we truly appreciated. Overall, everything about our stay was great, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mecca.

The only minor downside during our stay was some construction noise from a nearby hotel. This was outside the control of the property, but it did cause a bit of disturbance at times
