Mykonos Riviera Hotel & Spa, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! The room was wonderful, the service was exceptional, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The location of the hotel is simply amazing, and the view is an absolute dream. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. There is no doubt that we will be coming back for our next vacation! And if anyone from the hotel staff happens to see this review — thank you so much for everything! You are truly amazing, warm, kind, and wonderful people. We really appreciate everything you did for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Praticamente tutto,hotel meraviglioso

Nessuna persona dello staff sa parlare l’italiano

Everything! The place is amazing, very clean and tidy. The Staff were absolutely incredible especially Rebecca she welcomed us on our first stay and helped us with everything (bookings and recommendations) throughout our trip. Food is good as well and the pool is clean and staff is incredibly polite. The cleaning staff would clean well and be respectful of our time. The hotel is close to the town (3 minute drive) and they have hotel shuttles to the town if you don’t have a car, if you do, then there is free Valet service 24/7 for your car. Definitely recommend staying here.

Cleanliness and staff.

Clean and comfortable

I was very disappointed with the transportation service. Before my arrival, the hotel offered me a transfer and informed me of the price, which I declined because I found it too expensive. However, when I arrived at the port, a driver was already waiting for us, so I assumed it was a complimentary service. The journey to the hotel took only about 3 minutes, yet I was unexpectedly charged the same high fee. I raised the issue with the hotel, but unfortunately, I received no response. This significantly affected my overall experience.

Struttura bellissima!

The staff

Elena and the team was amazing

I where waiting at the check in sauna the moment I ask changing room

Absolutely everything! Most of all the people, the service is second to none at this hotel!

Great location, breakfast, room and very friendly/helpful staff. Can definitely recommend.

Water supply in room was limited. Found out afterwards that they charged for all the water bottles in the minibar.

Best breakfast, beautiful rooms with great views of the ferries coming and going. Not truly city center but still a great location. Staff was amazing, truly went above and beyond. The breakfast was one of the best during this Europe trip I’ve had. Sauna room was nice just wish could use it more than once in a day as you are limited to time in there, this was the reason I booked this hotel ;)

Pool outside is not heated and was cold, this was in early October. More flexible sauna/steam room times. Think it would be better to allow two people at a time, one to use the sauna and one for the steam room and allow for longer times in there, or just allow to use more than once a day.

Nice room nice Jacuzzi nice view Staff very helpfull

This time we tried Also hamam and masage. I was expected will be very special, how they told that hamam they are proud of. But i didnt like. The girl who did us hamam she put on us cold water at the end of procedur, was funny But i mean in this kind of luxury clients you should minimum tell it before, and what they should wait … not good surprise. Also we didnt like that pool was extremly ice cold. In like this luxury hotel like riviéra they should invest in pool heating, Because also if Its 30 degree who wanna swimm in ice cold pool? Peole wanna relax in nice temperature water. Breakfast was also better before and when it was upstairs with nice view. Now they moved it down and i didnt like it .

breakfast was fascinating. staff was friendly and helpfull. room amenities were very useful.

price can be lower.

An amazing hotel - staff excellent, always willing to go above and beyond. The hotel has beautiful rooms with great views. Bed linens are of excellent quality. The infinity pool is big enough for proper exercise, and the service by the pool staff exemplary. Breakfast is served on the terrace and relaxed. Rarely have we stayed in a hotel with such good service.

service was good, and shuttle at night to city center was great

lots of stairs, bathroom was in room, no privacy

We loved everything! Customer service from reception to waiters to housekeeping was absolutely exceptional. Reception was extremely helpful in tailoring our stay to our personal liking, making great suggestions and arrangements for restaurants, excursions, you name it, they took care of it! It's exactly what we needed.

We loved everything. The only negative was when our vacation ended.

perfect

nothing

The staff was above and beyond. Iionna was incredible. She took care of every little detail ensuring everything to perfection. All of the front desk staff were so gracious. Highly recommend. I traveled with two teens and they loved their time. The room was gorgeous with an infinity pool will share a picture.

everything was perfect.

A challenge to navigate around because of the layout, shuttle buses and boat transfer needed, this is ok though, the town is exceptional and worth visiting day and night. So many places to eat and drink and the food was of such a high quality. The locals are super friendly. When the mega cruise ships dock, it goes crazy, good to try to miss the hoards of cruise ship tourists.

Roads are fine out of the town, it gets busy in town, stick to the sea bus for getting around if that helps. The wind can get strong and is relentless.

The property is beautifully maintained. It has Greek charm while also being very modern. The beachfront location is convenient and so beautiful. You really can’t beat waking up to ocean views.

The service was absolutely amazing, everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly and made our stay special. We got lots of great recomnendations for day trips and the hotel arranged everything from transport to providing complementary waters and beach towels, dinner reservation...you name it, they got it done! Exceptional guest service! 💖 The location is great (5 minutes from town), we loved the pool area and the breakfast buffet was delicious!

Everything was perfect.

Very small boutique hotel with pool and spa. Clean and comfortable. Staff very polite. 15 min from the center. Good offer to gluten free diet

The pool music was starting early in the morning. Before 9 am it’s very very early if you are in vacation and your room is close to the pool.

All was great, but the staff kindness made it super special. Highly recommend for the stay in Mykonos

Property was stunning 🤩 very beautiful and amazing ….room was excellent 👍 great views, dinner was excellent …staff were nice . Easy stopover for ferries and free transport from port helps a lot …quite a wonderful hotel

The staff were overly helpful after a long day travelling just wanted to get to room and you are chased for tips everywhere …

Excellent rooms, majestic and clean

Staff was sweet and caring, big thanks to Francesco and Nikoals! And Maria from the Spa area, all of you guys were amazing.

Everything was good, but the SPA facility is... underwhelming. Sauna was extremely dirty and slippery, the other facilities in the spa weren't operational.

Everything ! We can’t fault anything g in our stay , as soon as the staff knew we were in our honeymoon , they have upgraded us. The staff were incredible and the service was beyond exceptional, a specific staff member ( Paris) was amazing ! We give him 20/10 when it comes to customer service. We would definitely recommend the hotel and we would be there again without a doubt

Nothing at all
